Character Application
Mandatory
Name: Kodiak-142

Sex: Male

Race & Faction: Human/UNSC

Appearance: Kodiak

Universe of Origin: Halo

Biography:
Inducted into the Spartan program from Earth at the early age of 6, Damon Kodiak was one of the few of the children to be seemingly unwilling to dedicate to his new life, rebelling at every possible point. He was actually surprisingly good at it. He had a knack for sabotage and annoyance. Despite this, he was an astounding shot with a rifle, and naturally gifted physically. However, the officers at the training facility had a very hard time trying to keep him under control, and no amount of punishment seemed to deter him. And as he grew larger, 13-16, he became even harder to control. That is, until his neural implant was installed.

For the first two weeks Kodiak was borderline comatose, his body rejecting the new foreign object in his brain. However, slowly he began to recover, and was introduced to Morrison, his new AI. At first the Kodiak was very apprehensive of the AI. On the first few missions he was assigned, he didn't even utilize Morrison, believing himself, still maintaining that same rebellious attitude. But on one mission, Kodiak ended up being ambushed by a group of Elite Ultras, surrounded from all sides. Despite all his adrenaline and confidence, he was only able to kill three Elites before plasma weaponry burned through the majority of his armor.

However, as he nearly dropped, Morrison took manual override of Kodiak's body, firing a flurry of shots in seemingly every direction before the Elites just dropped, holes punched through their heads from bullet fire. The volley had only lasted three seconds, and every enemy had been killed. From that day forward, Kodiak put extreme trust in his AI, even if their relationship would be a bit strained from conflicting personalities. Each mission he completed, he put extreme effort and ability into, completing them to the best of his ability. This led the UNSC to put him in cryosleep for potential use in the Covenant War aboard the Punic Class Carrier Go For Broke. The same ship which now finds it's way to a whole new galaxy.

Powers/Abilities:
Spartan II w/ AI Augmentation
Morrison is specially designed to optimize Kodiak's already impressive marksmen ship, allowing him to target and focus on multiple enemies at once. The AI can even briefly control Kodiak's body, if necessary, and open fire on a surrounding group of enemies, though, typically, Morrison only acts as a sort of upgrade to spatial awareness. Along with this, he has the standard Spartan II super strength and agility, although, has far less agility than the later Spartan III's and IV's.

Would it be too far fetched if my Mandalorian Cyborg with the CIS had a wrist blaster type thing akin to what the super Battle droids have?

Character Application
Mandatory
Name: Tycho Pisqatis
Sex: Male

Race & Faction: Muun, CIS

Appearance: Image (Picture or vivid description)

Universe of Origin: Star Wars

Biography:

Tycho Pisqatis was born on Mulinist, to a high ranking bank officer within the Inter Galactic Banking Clan. At a young age, it was discovered that Tycho had force abilities. However, rather than encourage him to become a Jedi, his parents preferred he focus on more "productive studies" such as finance or economics. Ultimately, Tycho learned to use his force powers on his own, particularly to read the thoughts of others.

Tycho followed in his father's footsteps and became a loan officer for the Inter Galactic Banking Clan. He used his force abilities to enhance his analysis of potential clients. He increased the Banking Clan's profit margins so highly, that he wound up being Chief Loan Officer for the entire Banking Clan. However, Tycho found his career dissatisfying. As a result, he requested to be appointed to another task. He was named the governor of a small moon owned by the Banking Clan, which was mined for the extraction of ores necessary for the construction of battle droids. Shortly after this appointment, Tycho's father died under mysterious circumstances. Tycho suspected this was an attempt by San Hill, the Chairman of the Banking Clan to chek the power of the Pisqatis family. Tycho kept his theories to himself and continued to serve the Banking Clan.

Ten years later, the Clone Wars erupted. Tycho's moon was consecrated to the manufacturing of battle droids for the common CIS army, and thus it was outside the Banking Clan's control. Tycho was so efficient at his job, that Count Dooku appointed him Governor of an entire star system. Tycho began to move against the Banking Clan by filling his subordinate positions with Neimodians and Trade Federation officials. San Hill was displeased by this turn of events, what he viewed as a fellow Muun betraying his own. San Hill attempted to talk sense into him, at which point, Tycho confronted him about the death of his father. San Hill was greatly alarmed at this, and so he later attempted to assassinate Tycho by sending assassins to kill him during a public function. However, Dooku saved Tycho's life, and not wishing to antagonize San Hill or the Banking Clan, Dooku re-assigned Tycho to govern a quiet system out of the way. It would be this system, however, where things would get very interesting.

Character Application
Mandatory
Name: Ceiah T'zeri
Sex: Monogender

Race & Faction: Asari, Andromeda Initiative

Appearance: Casual
Armored

Universe of Origin: Mass Effect

Biography: The youngest daughter of Pathfinder Ishara, Ceiah was trained as an Asari Commando for half a century before setting off on the journey to Andromeda. Ceiah was a member of several Asari Commando Operations during her tenure with them, rising in the ranks to have her own squad for just over a decade before her departure. She was well liked and even respected among her fellow commandos. During an operation during 2183, Ceiah and her teams discovered a potential threat to Thessia. The war between the Geth and the Citadel confirmed her own theory. She tried to warn her superiors regarding this potential threat. She continued her own research and was contacted by an associate of the Human Spectre, Shepard. This associate was a scientist named Liara T'soni. She confirmed Ceiah's own theory that the Reapers were coming. She immediately began searching for a way to defeat them, however, she began to fear nothing could stop them. By 2184 she was losing all hope. She was contacted by her mother to join a new organization.

She resigned her post with the Commandos to follow with her mother after being convinced that this strange Andromeda Initiative was her best chance to escape the Milky Way. Following her, was a couple dozen other commandos who served with her or as her direct subordinates. Many of them would be selected to the Pathfinder team as well. Once she was officially accepted within the initiative's ranks, she helped with several training exercises for the less experienced Asari as well as Humans and Salarians who would make up security forces for the Nexus. She would arrive on Ark Leusinia about a year later. Her hope was that the colonization of Andromeda would permit the races of the MIlky Way, but primarily the Asari, a chance to survive and eventually return to the Milky Way and their homeworld after the impending doom.

Powers/Abilities: Biotics, specializing in Barriers and Singularity. Trained to use a sniper rifle, assault rifle, and SMG with expertise. Has undergone pathfinder training to replace her mother should she be called to do so. Attended University both on Thessia and on Illium. She double majored in Crypto-Linguistics and Astro-physics.

Also, just a suggestion because I think it might get kind of confusing in the IC, could we call the Republic faction the PC's belong to the Galactic Republic instead of the Old Republic? IC'ly no one would think of the Republic they belong to as the "Old" Republic, since they departed for the new galaxy before the foundation of Galactic Empire, and if the Old Republic is brought up in the IC it would likely be in reference to the pre-Ruusan Reformation Republic rather than the Republic as it currently exists. (I hate to be nitpicky like that, but since we have a Sith character who's more than 1000 years old, references to the old Old Republic will undoubtedly arise, and I figure it best to clear up any confusing terminology before the IC begins).

Universe of Origin: Star Wars

Biography:
Darth Sine's story began centuries ago on the streets of Dromuud Kaas. It all began with a poor, scared little girl who stole to survive. Cally, as she called herself then, was an excellent pickpocket and could steal more than even the other homeless children could beg or steal combined.

One day, when she was about ten, she tried something a little too bold. She stole from someone in dark robes. Unfortunately, that person happened to be a Lord of the Sith. If I were to say that he were upset, it would be an understatement; he was furious that a brat on the street stole from him. He hunted her down with full intention to kill her.

However, here the Force intervened for her sake. Her fear brought forth a glimmer of Force Potential. The Sith Lord found himself landing face-first in the mud. But this time, he wasn’t angry. In fact, he took her to the Sith Temple to have her educated in the Force.

After several months of cleaning and scrubbing, she was summoned by the selfsame Sith and taken with fifteen other children her age out into the jungles of the forest. It was there that the Sith announced that each one of them would make excellent apprentices, but he could not decide. So, they would decide for him. He hid various weapons across the jungle and sent them off.

Some of the children immediately set to work beating one another to death, strangling one another, and other things. Cally decided to wait and stuck to herself and the trees. She began to use the environment to her advantage, killing off one of the others by luring them too close to a sleeping Jurgoran. She lured everyone to one area with a blaster, and proceeded to kill them quickly and quietly, except for the last one. He begged and screamed for mercy, but Cally offered none.

The Sith became her master, dubbing her "Darth Sine." She soon became one of the best Sith Assassins in the Empire. She'd assassinated Hutts, spies, rival Sith, Bounty Hunters, Jedi Masters, and others. But one day she was beaten by a Bounty Hunter under the employ of the Republic. He froze her in carbonite.

But something else happened here that the Force intended. A group of pirates raided the ship and killed the Bounty Hunter. The frozen Sine was taken to their cave to eventually be bartered to the Republic. But an unknown disease killed off all the pirates before they could make a deal and the merciless assassin was lost to time.

Near the time the Clone Wars broke out, the Force led a Gungan of all things to Sine's resting place. Sine took the Gungan as her apprentice, dubbing him Darth Liber as he freed her from her imprisonment. She has turned her attention to the unknown regions since the galaxy became embroiled in the Clone Wars.

Powers/Abilities:
Force Wave (advanced version of Force Push; targets multiple enemies)
Force Storm (lightning that targets multiple enemies; advanced version of Force Lightning)
Dark Side Healing (takes life force from a target and uses it to heal minor wounds; advanced form of Force Drain)
Tutamis (absorbs 60% of a Force-based attack)
Force Barrier (advanced version of Tutamis that creates a Force Barrier against non-Forced based attacks)
Force Choke (blocks the target's windpipe to cause suffocation that can eventually lead to death)
Force Wound (advanced version of Force Choke; crushes bones and joints)
Force Kill (Highest form of Choke; crushes vital organs with the Force) *
Probe Mind (extracts information from the target's mind)
Force Illusions (creates illusions on the targets that could range from feared outcomes to attacking beasts; Final form of Probe Mind mind) *
Force Stealth (creates a cloak of silence around the user)
Conceal Essence (advanced version of Stealth; cloaks the user's energy signature)
Force Rage (draws on pain and negative emotions in order to increase strength; makes the user extremely reckless)
Consume Essence (draws on negative energies of nearby enemies to enhance the user's connection to the Dark Side)

Darth Sine has three lightsabers. One of which is a double-bladed blue lightsaber in honor of her first kill-a Jedi Knight. The other two are red. Sine prefers to use two dual lightsabers and specializes in the Djem So Form when using her double-blade and the Niman Form in her dual blade.

The Djem So Form has a weakness in mobility and uses of the Niman Form tend to avoid Force attacks.

Anything marked with a * is affected by Carbonite Poisoning. Until a cure is found, she is unable to use it.

Um...holy shit that's a lot of Force powers.

I take it that she just knows how to work them, and is only a master in a select few?

Some of them are actually advanced versions of other powers (Force Kill is an advanced version of Force Choke). She only masters four. The others are just slightly advanced.

If I need to simplify it, I'll condense them into a chart.

Universe of Origin: Star Wars

Biography:: BK-1S was a Super Tactical Droid created by the CIS. He was stationed aboard a Providence Class Destroyer to command a small fleet. His fleet was soon attacked by pirates, and although the droids destroyed many of the pirate vessels, they would be overrun. BK-1S's Destroyer was the only ship still in one piece. All of his droid forces would be destroyed by the boarding Pirates, and they took him captive. The pirates were fooled by BK when he told them he was just a modified protocol droid. The Pirates needed a medical droid so they added medical droid software into his mainframe. BK would never be the same. The software was glitched, and it made BK barbaric and even more emotionless then before. He brutally slaughtered the whole Pirate crew and dissected them. He destroyed all their droids and added their software into his mainframe. He became a frankenstein-esk droid. When he returned contact with the Separatists, they were impressed with his skills and did not alter him back. BK-1S now resides in a Lucrehulk-class battleship, which he has transformed into his personal laboratory.
