Gadhavi: 20 (40.82%)

I don't know if this matters seeing as we've just reopened the apps thread, but many people who voted don't have applications in the thread.

It doesn't matter. (Collatis said so in his comment on all of the threads. It just helps the admins with stuff.)

Seeing this, the thread is closed. I'm going to ask for an archive.

We will have a certified result hopefully later today, maybe tomorrow, but we've had multiple admins do counts and check votes such that the result (i.e. the winner) will not change.
