Economic Description : Pitifully underdeveloped, the nearly all-agarian economy of India combined with the outdated agricultural methods combined with little mechanization and the lasting effects of the Great Depression will severely undermine the regime for years to come.

Military Description

Army: A well-organized army commanded by former officers from the Dominion of India, however one can psychologically break down one with the flawed system of democratically electing trusted officers to lead their respective formation.
Another disastrous idea in effect is the decentralized army commands, based on various groups that rose up, not exactly moving as a single force, but some of the officers overseeing the army has pulled some form of authority over them, ensuring some degree of coordination.

Poorly equipped with a mixture of Lee-Enfields, and a cocktail of imported submachine guns it is slowly being disposed of for Mosin-Nagants and PPD guns en masse.

Navy: Absolutely non-existent aside from a single sloop called HMS Bittern, and a couple of gunboats captured in ports where the Revolutionaries rised up or captured before the sailors could destroy it.

Air Force: The Bharatiyan Commune has little air force to begin with, other than 120~ Spitfires in the North and only a mere 48~ in Bengal it has a limited supply of spare reserves and parts so it only operates during offensives, however Eurasian-Soviet made planes such as the I-16 Type 10 and trained volunteer pilots is surely to augment the force against the RAF.

Organization Goals : Unify India and Spread the Revolution.

History : Originally founded in 1929 by L.V. Gajra Swamy in Delhi named as the Red Indian Movement when the Great Depression hit India, in protest of their colonial masters adopting a protective policy prohibiting imports from them as well as detest of the so-called Nationalists that drove millions of Indians into poverty.

It quickly spread throughout India as a popular movement advocating for trade unions, radical socialism and open and free debate and discussion of issues and candidates. From Pakistan to parts of Bengal, At the height of its popularity, the authorities have been already aware of its presence, the cause of several major protests against laws that decimated the Indian populace and livelihood.

In 1933 Gajra was shot by a assassin and the movement descended into chaos with droves of Indian men kidnapped, tortured and arrested by the British to politically suppress the movement even further, grinding its activities to a halt. In 1934 It was restructured under Rakshasa Dhawan something more radical, where Gajra supported semi-peaceful movements, Dhawan supported a armed revolution.

Establishing the Bharatiya Skärlit Paartee (Indian Scarlet Party) in the underground, it carefully built information networks, political and military support within the Dominion of India with the help of the Eurasian-Soviets and the NKVD until the right moment.

In 1936 that single moment was established when three leaders and their assistants Naseem Haider and Gurgabachan Singh who were in command of the Bengal , North-Western Military Regions secretly sweared allegiance to releasing a independent, fair and equal India meant for its people.
In the same year the civil war broke out, units had a choice whether to defect or fight with the colonists, suffice to say, most went with the colonists in the twisted propaganda of the BSP as a totalitarian party and spreading its red tentacles to India.

Brutal fighting erupted in Delhi and Karachi, where the now proclaimed Bharatiyan Commune (Indian Commune) quickly reorganized its armies to coordinate its forces to attack in keypoints and encircled enemy divisions, called Operation Sēnāē it was largely successful and stabilized the front in both fronts.

In mid 1937-1938, with large amounts of Eurasian-Soviet equipment and volunteers striding over to the Commune, a full offensive called Operation Mutti was commenced to finally defeat the Indian Dominion and connect fronts with the Bengal-Indian forces.
With India in peril, Rakshasa Dhawan only hopes for the greater good.

History :

After the attempted coup, perpetrated by IJA personnel, Emperor Hirohito decided that the Army's political ambitions requires some curtailing. He observed closely the new Cabinet formation, and when the demand that only active-duty officers be allowed to serve as Minister of War and Minister of the Navy was made, Hirohito cited past instances of this regulation being used to overthrow civilian governments and overruled it, at the same time blockading the more extremist elements of the military from gaining power.

It was noted that this marked the start of the Emperor's increased involvement in military affairs, and was followed soon after with forcing the IJA to de-escalate the Marco Polo Bridge Incident. This resulted in a truce, and eventually implicit agreement between Japanese and Chiang Kai-shek's National Revolutionary Army, drawing on the Chiang's former service in the IJA as a personal appeal. With the brief hostilities resolved, Japan began fortifying the Soviet-Manchurian border and building up troops in preparation for an assault against Mao's communist forces, fulfilling their part of the agreement.

From then on, the Emperor increasingly tightened the reins on the Imperial Japanese Army, in several Imperial General Headquarters meetings "informally" promulgated the doctrine of defensive build-up in existing territories. At the same time, through implicit patronage of centrist elements in the government, Hirohito sought to regulate the more extremist elements in power.

When both the Army and Navy presented their plans for Japanese expansion, the Hokushin-ron ("Northern Expansion Doctrine") was nominally favoured due to the opposing "Nanshin-ron" ("Southern Expansion Doctrine") leading to unnecessary conflict with the anti-Communist Western powers, though both were considered. In view of ongoing military acquisitions and their demand for resources, the expansionist components of both plans were curtailed in favour of securing a steady source of resources from both British Malaya (UK) and the Dutch East Indies (Netherlands). Trade with US was also prioritised, and offensive military plans culled due to projected resource consumption. Instead, build-up of the Manchuria forces continued, with the Soviet-Manchurian border prioritised.
