Those troops number at least 900,000 men. You do not have the transports to bring them all back at once. You MIGHT have 250,000 of them.
New troops take time to train and equip. Minimum of 12 weeks, or three months. This war is barely two months old so no. Your new troops are still training. You could CUT their training short and ship them to the line but they wouldn't accomplish much other than dying in a grotesque and loud fashion.

Also, it's a Panzer 1, Panzer 2, Panzer 3, or Panzer 4. I am developing the Panzer 5 but it has not been deployed yet.

Additionally, the average R&D period for this time period was about 5 years. Faster if you put more resources into it and weren't trying for perfection.

A Tank-Gewehr was designed to be used against Mark V Tanks, which had a armor of around .60 inches. As you can see, 1.9 is a lot thicker than .60.

Also, his armor is tilted, tilted armor is A LOT more difficult to puncture than a flat straight piece of metal.

Cause the tank gewher is only good against less than 1 inch of armor. When the Panzer 3 was DEPLOYED, anti tank rifles were rendered obsolete.
