I am a Prime Minister of the Empire of Hongkoen, on behalf of the emperor and the people of Hongkoen officially to opening their embassy programme for all nation in the world. Hongkoen, a peaceful nation with shinto religion and tolerance among their citizens, has made this country become advanced and prosper in the international. Cherry blossom, shinkansen, shinto temple, hot spring, and an oriental culture as well as a friendly society, are an icons of the Empire of Hongkoen. After the previous Hongkonese government conducted an isolation policy for relations with foreign nations or commonly known as Hongkoen Sakoku, this nation never know the situation outside the country that made them look ancient and isolated. However, after this policy was removed due to the event of the black ship's arrival from the United Kingdom. Hongkoen has begun to open up in various world affairs. The purpose of our international relations is peace, friendship, active, and freedom in acting according to international rules.

Empire of Hongkoen is very hopeful to the world community to want to established international relations in various parts with us. Politics, defense, education, religion, culture, technology, transportation, industry, agriculture, social and economic are our main focus in cooperation with other nation. Thank you world! This street was flattened near Imperial castle to the north, Haku temple to the south, emperor bus terminal to the east, and Kokuso station to the west. It is thus, only with the most peaceful of intent, that the Fifty-Third Parliamentary Select Committee on Foreign Relations and Affairs has approved for the formal recognition and immediate establishment of a Yohannesian embassy in your nation last year, and it is most certainly with only goodwill, of intention, of purpose, and of spirit, that Her Majesty the Empress Garnet til Alexandros has authorised for the delivery of this letter to your desk today, confirming Her Majesty's desire for the extension of diplomatic olive branch, between the monarchies of Hongkoen and Yohannes.
