EDIT: By the way, if you think BDSM is encouraging violence then you don't know what it is. BDSM when done properly is a roleplay between two consenting adults, and they are supposed to agree to any sadomasochistic things they do beforehand. This is why safe words are a thing. This is mostly about the United States and her own views since, I think, so let me introduce this to the fact that this is a merely American view.

Pornography in the United States has been ruled by the Supreme Court as "free speech", and so despite Dines' efforts, she is likely to fail to have the current body of law overturned against pornography in the United States.

That being said, in other countries where they make highly profitable, and pornography that would otherwise be illegal in the United States, I can see a use for this law. However, due to the nature of the porn industry in the United States, while there needs to be heavier regulation in the industry, it's not a real problem with women being coerced into the industry, at least in America where Dines operates.
