The ability to revise current resolutions in the WA is needed to a living and breathing government. Laws are created for certain things at certain times and so if a situation changes the laws change. The only way we can revise a resolution right now is to first repeal it, revise it, then repurpose it. This is also doesn't guarantee that the law will get through the proposal stage.
