You're going to need a lot more detail on why Tsunamy should be commended. At the moment it boils down they've been Delegate for a number of years and they've done some nice stuff in TSP.
Edit: have a look at this thread - viewtopic.php?f=24&t=392800
TMI has put together links to successful commendations, sorted by the main reason for the award. Have a look through those and get an idea of the detail required.

I proposed it because no one replied to it for about 5-1o hrs, and I am inpatient. I find it odd that despite you respond to everything you didn't respond to this until there was not point to.

Oh I'm so sorry I was asleep when you made your post! This game is played world wide and I'm on a different time zone to you, or did that thought never entertain the slightest possibility of crossing your mind when you made your post.
Well I suppose the best thing about this is that it will fail to make quorum sooner.

So? Lots of nations have been Delegates of their regions for extended periods of time. Laudable, but not commendable.NationHelper wrote:Acknowledging that Tsunamy has defended many nations from being shamed, such as [Nation=Hileville],
What the hell does this even mean?NationHelper wrote:Respecting the fact that Tsunamy's goal in NationStates has always been to create a neutral space where the people, and the government could change but the region will stay the same,
Fluff.
What does "Fluff" mean?NationHelper wrote:Acknowledging that Tsunamy's created the local council, which has been helpful in The South Pacific,
Something concrete at last - needs to be expanded on.
Got it.NationHelper wrote:Knowing that Tsunamy has always included everyone in NationStates,
Fluff.NationHelper wrote:Applauding the fact that Tsunamy has defended The South Pacific from a coup,
Again something concrete that needs expansion.NationHelper wrote:Understanding that Tsunamy is very important to the Nations of The South Pacific,
More fluff.NationHelper wrote:Impressed that Tsunamy has one of the best eco-friendliness in the world, more than the founder of Forest,
How about the 961 nations that currently have a better eco-friendliness score than Tsu? Shall we commend them as well?NationHelper wrote:Recognizing that Tsunamy has always confided in nations of The South Pacific before making laws,
How?
PollsNationHelper wrote:Knowing that Tsunamy attempts to bring people together through discussion and debate,
Even more fluff.NationHelper wrote:Impressed that Tsunamy has increased WA membership in The South Pacific
How?
Encouragement of WA membership
There is room for expansion of some of the clauses - the rest are meaningless filler. As it stands this is not a good proposal. You need to do more research and explain things more, not just give one-liners.

Fluff just means stuff that doesn't really say anything - a lot of your points are rather vague and don't have any substance or anything concrete about them.
Has Tsu really increased WA membership? He has the second lowest endos of any feeder delegate, and I don't recall him doing anything to try and increase WA membership in TSP (in contrast to TNP, for example)

You can argue that, not sure why you want to argue it though. It's about 5% of the worlds population.NationHelper wrote:I'd like to argue that TSP has 8,000 people, which is a good portion of the world.

Wrong again. The Delegate really only influences those who take an active part in TSP - a small percentage of the total population. For the vast majority of nations in any GCR the Delegate's actions will have very little effect on them. Unless, of course, the Delegate goes on a banjection spree.

Tsu's been in TSP since 2003, been a forum admin for much of that, held a variety of positions including Minister of Foreign Affairs, Director of Intelligence, and Delegate; Tsu was a spearhead of South Pacifican journalism back in the day with SPIN; and really has been a cornerstone and leading figure of South Pacifican democracy for many, many years; and much more.
So yeah - Commend Tsunamy, but not like this.
