The A.I. is very much aware of his own intelligence, to the point of slight arrogance and even narcissism, yet despite this is quite helpful, however, he has been known to criticize most everyone with biting remarks that have on two separate occasions led to the breakdown of attending personnel. Expects intelligence befitting a scientist or tenured professor, and because of this enlisted personnel are typically treated as mere yokels incapable of comprehending words larger than three syllables. Is quite amiable to those who can match his wit.

Though much of his work is classified it is known that the A.I. was briefly utilized at Sword Base before being transferred aboard an ONI Prowler. Despite a primary focus of intelligence gathering and processing, Dawkins was nonetheless taken into the BLACK Initiative given his ability to simply "out think" the enemy, and although not designed for combat roles he has proven exceptional in devastating enemy ships with pinpoint strikes and espionage. PSYCH EVALUATION: Despite having been in multiple heavy combat engagements in his few short years in the Marine Corps, he has held himself together under the call of duty. He performs with extreme focus during combat, although he can sometimes be reckless when dealing with intense fighting, somewhat attributing to his show of bravery in Meridian.

BIOGRAPHY: Marc was born on Reach in 2525, and enlisted when he was seventeen years old with his father's permission. He was immediately assigned to the 12th Marine Force Recon battalion right out of boot camp, where soon after he saw combat for the first time at the battles of Bounty and Alluvion. He was lucky enough to survive his first few engagements, and was promoted from PFC to Lance Corporal for 'exceptional performance.'

During the Battle of New Llanelli Marc met Kotze when he was pushed into a mixed unit under the airborne command when he was separated from his main unit during a dangerous recon operation. Marc served with distinction besides his airborne counterparts, and got his second Purple Heart during that deployment, getting his first at Bounty. Marc also served in a minor role in the battle of Imber right after New Llanelli.

Marc soon regrouped with his unit in the aftermath of the two battles, and was redeployed to Skopje soon after. His unit did well, taking on many high risk recon missions along with many tier one forces. He met Lieutenant Kovac during a mission that took the recon team close to a covenant black site, where soon after the team came under heavy fire. During the fight Marc performed extraordinarily, first gaining a look-over by ONI.

Just before his assignment to Quasar, Marc serves with the 12th Recon once more during the battle of Meridian, fighting along side the 7th Armored Brigade. During a nighttime offensive operation in a rural area, a Scorpion nearby is hit by enemy plasma, during an ambush. When the rest of his squad deployed in a defensive posture, Marc sprinted to the Scorpion, pulling out two crew members under enemy fire and saving them from cooking in their tank.

After the battle Marc is awarded the Navy Cross for extraordinary valor, and is looked at again by ONI. He was recently assigned to Quasar due to his exemplary preformance in combat. Although he has many combat decorations and unit citations, he remains as a lance corporal due to his job.

PSYCH EVALUATION: For his age, Matti has seen an incredible amount of conflict in his time with the UNSC. To cope with both this as well as the death of his younger brother, Matti has taken on a rather sarcastic tone when dealing with other individuals, even to his commanding officers. His antics have earned him the name of "Loki" among his comrades as well as the ire of his superiors. Matti has been considered for discharge from the UNSC due to his conduct, but with the Covenant being seemingly unstoppable at this point, his superiors have decided that he is too valuable to lose. To compromise, Matti will remain at the rank of Lance Corporal until his behavior improves.

BIOGRAPHY: Matti Lehkonen was born on the colony New Jerusalem on June 10, 2525, to a farming family who lived on the outskirts of Mount Haven. Matti and his younger brother Simo were taught by their father at a young age on how to hunt local wildlife with a rifle, a skill that would prove to be extremely useful to Matti in the near future.

Like countless other young adults who completed their secondary education, Matti enlisted in the UNSC's Marine Corps at the age of 18. Boot Camp was rough for Matti, as his loudmouth often got him in trouble with both his instructors and his fellow trainees. However, Matti was soon able to turn the negative attention into positive attention, as he received perfect scores on his weapon training.

So after his basic training was over, he was sent to the Naval Special Warfare Sniper School. The course was brutal, and Matti was one of the 12 out of the original 100 trainees who made it through the course as a certified sniper. Matti wasn't able to enjoy his accomplishment for long, however, as the ongoing war meant Matti was needed on the frontlines.

Matti was attached to the Alpha Company of the 12th Marine Force Recon Battalion and soon began to see action on a variety of worlds as the UNSC tried and failed to hold on to the Outer Colonies. A notable event took place on August 3, 2546, during the Battle of New Llanelli, where Matti was able to achieve the UNSC's longest confirmed kill at a breathtaking 4.5 km, the maximum effective range of the M99. This wasn't his only achievement, as during the battle Matti would also go on to kill several high-ranking Sangheili officers at a variety of extreme distances. Matti was evacuated along with most of the UNSC personnel when Covenant forces overwhelmed them, and Matti would unfortunately learn that his younger brother Simo, who had followed in his brother's footsteps in joining the Marines, had not made it to the evacuation LZ and was one of the countless others who died after the Covenant fleet glassed the planet.

While the battle may have ended poorly for the UNSC forces, Matti's performance during the battle earned him both a promotion to Lance Corporal as well as the attention of a secretive ONI group known as Section III. After learning that Matti would be freed of the relatively strict and rule-abiding way of conduct that was the UNSC as well as be able to do as much damage to the Covenant as possible, Matti jumped on the opportunity. He was glad to see that another member of his company, Marc Wilson, was also selected to join the group. The two became good friends, although Matti has proven to sometimes get on his more serious friend.

Because of this, Ahmadou knows a variety of Kig-Yar dialects, as well as dabbles a little in Sangheili due to listening in on Covenant comms.
-CQC Poor, While not defenseless, Ahmadou is rather poor in close quarters combat, wishing to stay at a distance and pick off enemies from afar.
-Fear of Moas, during a visit to the New Dakar petting zoo as a child, one of the Moas attacked him. While he wasn't harmed greatly, it has greatly instilled a fear of Moas and other large Avian creatures in Ahmadou. While this itself has been a non issue most of the time, Ahmadou has been noted on occasion to take pause before firing on Kig-Yar for a short second.

PSYCH EVALUATION:
Due to being mostly responsible for his younger sister and Grandparents in his youth along with much of his military career being spent as Overwatch for his teammates, Ahmadou has a sort of Paternal instinct, taking his job very serious and taking great lengths to making sure his teammates make it out alive to the point of detriment. During his time with India-3, he was confronted with the choice to either take out an Ultra who had his comrade pinned, or India-3's prime Target. Picking the former, many overlooking the operation in ONI requested the removal of Ahmadou and would have gotten their way if it weren't for someone high up stepping in.

Off hours, Ahmadou is reserved, but approachable. He usually keeps to himself, but is overall, friendly with his fellow soldiers.




BIOGRAPHY: Ahmadou was born in New Dakar, on the coast of Western Africa. At the age of 5, he and his sister, Fatima, were sent to live with their Grandparents after their parents died off world in the early years of the Human-Covenant War. While initially fit to take care of the Children, age soon caught up with them, leaving Ahmadou to responsible for his little Sister. After spending much of his teenage years doing jobs varying in legality, Ahmadou joined the Marine Corps, sending much of the money he made back home to his Sister and Grandparents until their passing.

Ahmadou was stationed on the Stalwart-Class Frigate "Killing me Softly", which was present during the Battle of New Constantinople. During the Battle, the ship was destroyed after getting ambushed by Covenant Frigates. Ahmadou along with much of the crew were barely able to escape in escape pods due to the Frigates moving on to larger and more important targets. When landing on the surface of the planet, Ahmadou landed behind enemy lines. To make matters worse, Brutes made up much of the invading force, giving hell to the Human defenders. Ahmadou made use of a sniper rifle he found and tried to make his way to one of the last remaining Human positions on the planet. En route, Ahmadou came across a pack of Brutes, lead by a rather ornate Chieftain, toying with prisoners, a mix of UNSC Personnel and civilians. From afar, Ahmadou took down the Chieftain with a shot to the head, causing confusion just long enough for some of the prisoners to spring for weapons. After the firefight, Ahmadou led the remaining prisoners through the battered lines to one of the last shuttles off planet. Many of the survivors called him a hero, due to the absence of the Chieftain leaving many of the Brutes in disarray, allowing for many to escape. His actions also attracted the attention of the ODSTs who quickly recruited them. While in the 88th ODST Division, Ahmadou would see action during the battle of New Harmony, where he would assassinate a Sangheili General.

Noticing that he had a knack for assassinating high ranked Covenant targets, Ahmadou was "recruited" to join Covert Operation's team "India-3", a group tasked with going out behind enemy lines in the ruins of the Outer and Inner Colonies, gaining intel and eventually assassinating Rel 'Rantakee, a Covenant Fleet Master responsible for the glassing of several worlds. With his teammates aboard the Prowler "Marley", Ahmadou would spend years out in the Outer Colonies going on a variety of missions. From assassinating a Insurrectionist Leader breaking Cole Protocol by trying to align himself with the Covenant by giving them top-secret information, a sniper dual with a top rate T'vaoan mercenary in the glassed ruins of Kholo, rescuing a colony of human survivors that managed to survive out in the outer colonies, to finally finding his target en-route to Algolis in 2548, losing his left arm in the process and unable to stop the Covenant onslaught on the planet.

After the end of India-3's mission, Ahmadou continued to do missions for ONI, assassinating high-priority targets but minor compared to what he had spent the last 10 years of his life hunting. For fortunately, ONI has found him a new place, transferring him to the BLACK Initiative as a sniper.

I'd like to note that Energy Daggers and Swords don't just stab and burn. With the heat they're at it wouldn't be uncommon for sections of internal organs to sublimate and for internal body temperature to spike to very unsafe levels. Survival isn't impossible, but fighting back in such a situation would be. He'd likely be missing a chunk of his intestinal tract as well. Just a slight heads up.
