You need a tier 8 or higher though. And lots of time to grind. But Shinonome is Worth. Though she's not on Kami/KamiR/Fujin levels of "lol everyone dies", mainly because those 3 ships have been acknowledged as being Gremy and Nikolai levels of OP.

The Kamikaze sisters are hilarious, and I've won far too many gun fights with them just because of the high alpha smacks they're capable of dealing. People panic, and then start dodging around when it'd be best to go straight to avoid that spread of torpedoes I fired off before shooting them. They're also tiny and low to the waterline, so that helps.
