NOTING that I, the player behind Yelda, am sitting here in my chair in the RL United States of America;
FURTHER NOTING that it is a comfy chair and that there are cold drinks and snack foods nearby;
RECOGNIZING that this environment, the Fine Yeldan Chair, the cold drinks, the snack foods, and other amenities (the Cuervo Gold, the fine Columbian), has made possible the legislative efforts of the aforementioned player;
WISHING to extol the virtues of a pleasant and comfortable computing environment as being a major contributing factor in the writing of WA legislation;
HEREBY commends the Fine Yeldan Chair for its contributions to the legislative record of the World Assembly and to that of its predecessor organization, which shall not be named for fear of legal repercussions.

NOTING that there is no “u” in the word “color”;
DEMANDING that the next James Bond be played by Owen Wilson;
AGHAST that there exists such a thing as rag pudding;
PRONOUNCING Tottenham “totten ham”;
