See, I like chocolate, but not that much. I want it now and then, but never in large quantities. The salty snacks are definitely the bigger issue for me.

These days I just tend not to buy chocolate, or if I do, it's the small ones. I like being thin more than I like the temporary good taste followed by guilt and self-recrimination.

I'll admit that I could really go for some nice salty corn chips right now, but I'm not going to.

Benadryl is an antihistimine. It's meant to deal with allergies, it is an allergy medication. But like I said, only if it isn't severe. Like, if it gives you anaphylaxis -- DONT. You need an epipen or an ER visit for that. Stupid dayquil.

Technically, what I have is a sensitivity rather than an allergy. I just usually say I'm allergic because it's the simplest way to get people to understand that I really can't eat it, and they shouldn't try to talk me into trying it. Most people don't care about the distinction.

It is! Ackee is such a weird fruit (it looks and tastes a lot like scrambled eggs) but it's delicious!

Why... did you stay up for 48 hours? That's extremely hard on your body. Given, I used to do that when I was manic, but I couldn't help it.

Night before last I couldn't sleep. I'm amazed I made it a solid 36 hours and it was something that would have exhausted me anyway that zonked me out for a nap for a bit.

Napping affects your sleep cycle.

I should know, it's one of the main reasons I've been staying up until 4 AM for the past 2 weeks.

That's the fun of bipolar when you become manic. Stay up for 4-5 days straight with little to no sleep, and then you get the very sudden crash as you cycle out and BAM. Like leaping off a cliff of energy into a pit of fuck you.

Class work. Professor doesn't teach jack shit; on top of the time spent doing the projects you need to teach yourself the material too,
