RIP in peace Yellow Meguca. Never forget.

The weird thing is that, thanks to learning about them from fanfic, I have little idea of which one is which colour, and I suspect that my impressions of their personalities are different from what Id get from actually watching the anime. I mean, I suspect that Yuma isn't actually a creepy cyborg politician, Kyouko isn't a cult leader with a thing for younger women, Mami isn't a Field Marshall, and so on.

The new school catering is excellent. Really top notch grub.

However, the new timings of the school day that call for every student to have lunch in the same half hour period created scenes not dissimilar to, say, the battle of the Somme.

Kind of odd how La La Land is still showing after what seems to be about two to three months of showings.

Is there really difference between "x is overrated(Without any further explanation/argumentation)" and "stop liking things that I don't like", except former being less aggressively (or more passive-aggressively?) formatted?

X is overrated is more polite and doesn't make you sound like a prick.

"X is overrated" isn't explicit, I suppose.

It's also at least an implication of knowing stuff, like at least figuring that there's a bunch of people talking about La La Land and grumbling about that, in contrast to what the latter implies, which is some guy sitting around watching nothing but action movies and hating anything that isn't that.

I guess I should've added "x is overrated (Without any further explanation/argumentation)".

I guess yeah, if it's not actually being massively talked about within your general area, then it's safe to say that person knows nothing about said general area.

Or at least what you could tell him for more masques.

Of course! Can't be seen without a mask during carnival without a mask. And all those other times are stocking up just in case, naturally
