His steadfast devotion to the idea of a united Central America was instrumental in bringing about the union that now exists today. He was elected as the first President of the FRCA, and was re-elected again in 2016 for his second, and final term. Francisco has been steadfast in his opposition to the drug cartels that run amuck throughout FRCA and its neighboring nations. The War on Drugs has been a top priority, in addition to the reduction of poverty throughout the country. The fascist movements in Romania began to raise in prominence in early 2006, when political instability and economical breakdown devastated the country of Romania under President Traian Băsescu. Protests and riots filled the streets as politicians and the government fought amongst themselves. The Noua Dreaptă (New Right), a nationalist far-right organization in Romania, saw the chaos that erupted through the nation and took the chance to manipulate the people even further. Flaviu Iorga, the leader of the New Right campaigned on the streets, influencing the people to take arms against the incompetent government. He promised to return Romania back to glory if the people would assist him.

The people, swayed by his words, flocked under his rule and guidance. His influence increased as months passed by; even going as far as having high-ranked military officers to support him. In late 2007, he executed his coup against the Romanian government. Supported by half of the Romanian Armed Forces and his own paramilitary of armed militias; the Iron Guards, Flaviu succeeded in forcing his way into the presidential palace, arresting President Traian Băsescu. Ultimately, his coup ended with a success, and was declared the new President of Romania. He reformed the entire goverment of Romania under his views, renaming the country to the National Socialist Republic of Romania.

With the past few years of Romania under President Flaviu's rule, he was known for his dedication in technological advancement of the Romanian Armed Forces, now renamed the Romanian Iron Guards, and the improvements of many infrastructure and architecture that would prove to be highly profitable in the future. There were a few attempted rebellions occured under his rule, but with the advanced military, Flaviu was capable of quelling the uprisings with extreme efficiency before they could spread. Many people saw him as the "modern Hitler"; some praising him for his competence, and most fearing him for what he would soon become.
