They haven't updated yet.

But I thought Krossa said the Carriebean could have Wallonia and Tibor and Krossa would just take those other provinces.

Also, i'm pretty sure Kendi died back in like 1898 or so. Since that was like Two Years ago, i'm going to assume that everyone already sent letterrs of condolence for the death of the great Jethro, and that the new Verkozen Officiele will have been in power for a over a year or so now.
