My foreign office is perfectly accustomed to receiving correspondence from the various ministers employed by foreign nations, and it is indeed my foreign office rather than myself which is accustomed to receiving applications for the despatchment of an embassy. Dear Vizier Yoo Seung Soo,

We are excited by the prospect of working with the Asian Empire, however, before I can accept your application, there are a few concerns which need to be addressed, regarding your vehicles. There is no chancery currently available, even among the large buildings, capable of accommodating either a private airfield or a private garage. All vehicles beyond the three which may be accommodated at a Chancery must be kept in the Chancery Row Parking Garage when not at use, and all aircraft must be stowed in hangars at Western Airfield. I am afraid there can be no exceptions to these rules, both for reasons of security and for reasons of space. Additionally, pending future strong diplomatic and economic ties between our two nations, I am afraid there thus remains no justification for the granting of a large chancery, and so I would ask you to please select from one of the standard sizes.

Furthermore, while this is by no means a dealbreaker, Astrolinium becomes quite humid during the summer and so I would like to offer that perhaps the honorable Song Jun Hyung may not be the best fit for Ambassador to Astrolinium from Taiyochi. Please resubmit your application with these concerns addressed and I will be happy to reconsider it.

This government, in keeping with the highest traditions of virtue and honor as outlined by the governing laws of our great nation, has striven to maintain right proper diplomatic relationships with the many nations of the world, for the furtherance of diplomatic goodwill and the right of free and proper commerce. It has been, and remains the singular goal of Cala Seca to establish and foster the common ties of international friendship, cooperation, and mutual respect with the many sovereign states, that in some small measure, our contribution to the furtherance of peace and prosperity to all may be observed by all. It is with this purpose in mind that my government as hence authorized me to submit this communiqué to the commensurate body of the Sublime Island Kingdom to the Foreign Ministry of the Grand Republic, for the cause of furthering our diplomatic, socioeconomic and political ties with your country.

Ergo, as authorized through the Office of the President of the Grand Republic and the National Legislature thereto, acting with the authority vested in me as the Senior Officer in the National Foreign Ministry of the Grand Republic, I do hereby petition the equivalent and receiving party on behalf of the Sublime Island Kingdom for consideration as it pertains to the Grand Republic of Tarragonia's request to establish an Ambassadorial mission to your great nation. We freely petition under the sovereign authority vested by the Constitution of the Grand Republic, and do hereby testify to the truthfulness of our purpose and the solemn vow to uphold all expectations in regard to the facilitation of such a diplomatic mission.
