The One True Benxboro Empire: 49.1 - This is a Moderate level of equality and human rights offered to LGBT+ people. The administrative structure of the Benxboro Empire and diffusion of laws across its Chartered Communities is both the hindrance and help to LGBT+ rights across its territories. The Empire received partial points for almost all categories because it was demonstrated that despite negative and sometimes oppressive imperial laws, there exist areas under its jurisdiction where the LGBT+ community is either tolerated or accepted. The ARV therefore cautions that its analysis will not apply perfectly throughout the Benxboro Empire, but would like to make special reference to Luxport whose average provision of LGBT+ rights, protections and opportunities is far higher than its fellow Chartered Communities.

SoJuWaland: 96.85 - This is a Very High level of equality and human rights offered to LGBT+ people. SoJuWaland has incorporated extensive rights and protections for LGBT+ people into its legal corpus and this appears to be backed by a strong cultural acceptance of their community. The only loss of points were incredibly minor - in the section concerning bodily integrity the ARV recommends that administrative gender change procedures are implemented to allow a person's gender on official documents to conform with their gender identity, and that for the purposes of health and wellbeing intersex minors no longer receive non-necessary surgical intervention. Aside from these deductions, SoJuWaland can be proud of its comprehensive and world-class provisions for its LGBT+ citizens.

Valgora: 70.75 - This is a High level of equality and human rights offered to LGBT+ people. Significant point deductions were made in the sections concerning bodily integrity, hate legislation and asylum. Of particular concern to the ARV were some of the draconian laws concerning bodily integrity, including the necessity for sterilisation prior to changing one's gender. The ARV urges Valgora to liberalise these laws and to consider implementing more stringent hate speech laws in protection of a particularly-vulnerable section of society. However, Valgora scored highly overall because of the extensive provision of legal and constitutional rights afforded to the LGBT+ community as well as the perfect degree of familial protections. In general the ARV notes with pleasure the direction in which Valgora is taking with regards to the LGBT+ rights agenda and hopes to see future progress.

Schirmer: 59.5 - This is a Moderate level of equality and human rights offered to LGBT+ people. There are obvious areas of concern where LGBT+ citizens of Schirmer are denied any rights, protections or opportunities, the most obvious being in the category of bodily integrity but also in familial rights. It is odd, therefore, that strong legal protections exist, particularly against hate speech and hate crime. The ARV senses a progressive strain within Schirmer's approach to LGBT+ issues and encourages its government to liberalise laws concerning bodily integrity as well as extending familial rights to the LGBT+ community. Until then, the ARV's assessment of the LGBT+ situation in Schirmer can only be mixed at best.

Wiewawoe: 4.05 - This is a Very Low level of equality and human rights offered to LGBT+ people. Despite the jolly name of the country, Wiewawoe has a deplorable record of providing rights, protections and opportunities to LGBT+ people. In almost every assessed case it appears as though the government of Wiewawoe has either deliberately denied equality to its LGBT+ community or has consciously ignored their situation. Extensive reforms would be required from the ground up in order to bring Wiewawoe into line with even the most basic legal regimes concerning LGBT+ minorities.

Equality and Non-Discrimination

Does your country's constitution (or equivalent) include provisions banning discrimination based on sexual orientation: No. It was written four hundred years ago, and homosexuality wasn't exactly a topical issue back then.
Does your country's employment law include express provisions banning discrimination based on sexual orientation: No.
Does your country's law include express provisions allowing anyone to purchase goods or services regardless of sexual orientation: No.
Does your country's law include express provisions allowing anyone an education regardless of sexual orientation: Yes. Education is nationalized.
Does your country's law include express provisions allowing anyone access to healthcare regardless of sexual orientation: Yes. Healthcare is nationalized.
Is your country's human rights institution or equality body mandated to provide rights and protection to all sexual orientations, or is it systematically working on this regardless of a mandate: There is no such body; all Imperial citizens are extended the same rights.
Does your government operate an active policy of improving human rights, protection and equality explicitly to all sexual orientations: Yes.
Does your country's constitution (or equivalent) include provisions banning discrimination based on gender identity: No. See above.
Does your country's employment law include express provisions banning discrimination based on gender identity: No.
Does your country's law include express provisions allowing anyone to purchase goods or services regardless of gender identity: No.
Does your country's law include express provisions allowing anyone an education regardless of gender identity: Yes. See above.
Does your country's law include express provisions allowing anyone access to healthcare regardless of gender identity: Yes. See above.
Is your country's human rights institution or equality body mandated to provide rights and protection to all gender identities, or is it systematically working on this regardless of a mandate: No; see above.
Does your government operate an active policy of improving human rights, protection and equality explicitly to all gender identities: Yes.
Does your country's law include express provisions upholding the right to gender expression: No. The Aldish government upholds freedom of expression of all kinds, but the law does not deal specifically with gender expression.
Does your country's law and government policy include express provisions concerning rights and protections for intersex people: No, insofar as they are extended the same rights as all other Imperial citizens.

Family

Can same-sex couples in your country marry with the same rights as married different-sex couples: The Imperial government does not arbitrate marriages (which are seen as a primarily religious affair), only civil unions, which have no gender requirements.
Can same-sex couples in your country enter into a civil partnership with the same rights as married different-sex couples: Yes.
Can same-sex couples in your country enter into a civil partnership with weaker rights as married different-sex couples: No.
Are same-sex couples included in laws and legislation regarding cohabitation: Yes.
Does your country's constitution or law limit marriage to a gender, such as a union between a man and a woman: No. Again, the Imperial government hands down civil unions with no gender requirements.
Can same-sex couples legally apply for joint adoption: Yes.
Can same-sex couples legally apply for second-parent adoption: Yes. Kind of. Aldish inheritance law is complicated.
Can couples of all sexual orientations and gender identities be legally recognised as the parents of their children from birth or adoption: Yes.
Can couples, regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity, receive fertility treatment including artificial insemination: Yes.
Can individuals, regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity, receive fertility treatment including artificial insemination: Yes.
Can transgender people marry based on their gender identity after their legal gender recognition, thus entering a different-sex marriage: Again, Imperial civil union law does not make any assumptions about gender.

Hate Crime and Hate Speech

Is sexual orientation expressly defended by hate crime legislation: The Empire does not acknowledge the "hate crime" concept. They're just crimes.
Is sexual orientation expressly defended by hate speech legislation: The Empire does not acknowledge the "hate speech" concept. It's just being an asshole.
Is sexual orientation expressly included within a government strategy to counter hate crime and hate speech: N/A

Are there administrative procedures to change a person's gender based on their own gender identity, such as on official documents: Yes.

Freedom of Assembly, Association and Expression

Can LGBT+ people freely assemble, hold public events without obstruction and rely on the protection of public authorities: Yes.
Can LGBT+ organisations or publications operate without legal or administrative restrictions, free from intimidation and criminalisation: Yes.

Aleri Republic: 100 - This is a Very High level of equality and human rights offered to LGBT+ people. Need I say anymore?

Marnady: 0 - This is a Very Low level of equality and human rights offered to LGBT+ people. Marnadians must not be very good at hunting LGBT+ people if there are still so many left to shoot.

North Liberal Republic: 85.05 - This is a Very High level of equality and human rights offered to LGBT+ people. The North Liberal Republic not only provides extensive rights to its LGBT+ population, it also boasts an accepting and tolerant society which reinforces the security provided to the LGBT+ community. Though points were lost in the categories of hate legislation and, to a small degree, bodily integrity, the ARV is not concerned that this will threaten the protections afforded to LGBT+ people in the Republic based on the above-mentioned tolerance. This is an excellent ranking befitting a country which treats its LGBT+ population with respect and dignity.

Leninkrav: 98.95 - This is a Very High level of equality and human rights offered to LGBT+ people. The only loss of points in this Survey was for the provision of non-necessary medical procedures, however the ARV would like to add that because of the diligence shown by Leninkrav's government regarding this issue, it is verging on granting a perfect '100' score instead. It is only the honesty shown in Leninkrav's submission that has led to the minuscule points reduction. Aside from this issue, LGBT+ people in Leninkrav clearly enjoy some of the greatest levels of acceptance, respect and legal protection in the world. They should be proud of their government's record on promoting their agenda.

Kashiva: 19 - This is a Low level of equality and human rights offered to LGBT+ people. Kashiva's policies regarding LGBT+ people are seemingly inconsistent, for example while relatively high levels of familial rights exist (though they are sadly incomplete in their coverage) there are no legal protections covering the individual or their bodily integrity. In every category rights, protections and opportunities are severely lacking. Only a dramatic change in culture brough about by awareness and pressure campaigns from outwith and within could improve the condition of Kashiva's LGBT+ community.

Reino do Brazil: 95 - This is a Very High level of equality and human rights offered to LGBT+ people. Only minor point deductions were found by the ARV, chiefly concerning the requirement for a Gender Identity Disorder diagnosis prior to gender change. Aside from such laws, which stand out against the generally liberal approach of the Brazilian government, it is clear that Reino do Brazil boasts a highly tolerant and well-advanced approach to its LGBT+ community. This issue area is one in which the Brazilian government can and should take a global stand, building upon its world-leading domestic record.

Knights of Columbia: 0 - This is a Very Low level of equality and human rights offered to LGBT+ people. Why you needed me to tell you the state of LGBT+ rights in your country, I don't know.

Aldina: 54.65 - This is a Moderate level of equality and human rights offered to LGBT+ people. The ARV feels that this ranking does not reflect Aldina's society so much as its laws. The former appears to be accepting of the concept of rights and opportunities for LGBT+ people as evidenced in the progressive approach to, for example, familial rights and equally-provided human rights. However, the lack of constitutional and legal protections for specific LGBT+ issues (which the ARV argues helps to affirm LGBT+ people as equal citizens) does entrench them as a particularly vulnerable subset of wider society. The ARV therefore commends Aldina's government for what appears to be an accepting and tolerant outlook but implores them to implement stronger legal protections for its LGBT+ citizens.

This nation is incredibly right wing. Not in the conventional sense, though.
The person behind it is incredibly Left-wing. Marx looks like a nazi compared to him.
This person is also someone who used to roleplay on the site, but is attempting a personality change.

HER COURT OF BRELLACH

ImageImageImageImageImage

Brightest blessings;

The request of the Rainbow Alliance has been heard by Her, the Magnificent and Beautiful, Wise and Powerful, Perfect and Almighty, Avatar of the Divine Glory, Divine Queen Lyta of Brellach, Her horses swift and Her blade true, and it is my greatest honour to carry out Her will in providing the information you seek. It is Her belief that the spread of love and understanding is only a blessing.

Though I am regarded as a proficient English speaker in this country, I regret that I did not understand some of the questions, and so it may not all be what you seek. I have made this information in the format required and placed it within this message:

Equality and Non-Discrimination

Does your country's constitution (or equivalent) include provisions banning discrimination based on sexual orientation: Brellach has no constitution besides the Canon of Her Divine Glory. Within this most holy of texts, though, we are taught to love Her Creation and all within it as much as we love Her.
Does your country's employment law include express provisions banning discrimination based on sexual orientation: Employment law? Families employ their workers as per the teachings of the Canon.
Does your country's law include express provisions allowing anyone to purchase goods or services regardless of sexual orientation: We make no restrictions on this.
Does your country's law include express provisions allowing anyone an education regardless of sexual orientation: Any who seek an education are provided such.
Does your country's law include express provisions allowing anyone access to healthcare regardless of sexual orientation: Under Her Glorious Majesty's most wise and compassionate health initiative, Brellach now has the beginnings of a wondrous health care programme, which all of Her Favoured Children may use without any restrictions.
Is your country's human rights institution or equality body mandated to provide rights and protection to all sexual orientations, or is it systematically working on this regardless of a mandate: What is this, equality body? All are equal beneath Her Divine Glory!
Does your government operate an active policy of improving human rights, protection and equality explicitly to all sexual orientations: Her Lawbringers ensure that none will harm another, no matter their sexual orientation. Protection from injustice is not open to debate, no matter the individual.
Does your country's constitution (or equivalent) include provisions banning discrimination based on gender identity: The Magnificent and Beautiful, Wise and Powerful, Perfect and Almighty, Avatar of the Divine Glory, Divine Queen Lyta of Brellach, Her horses swift and Her blade true, makes no mention of gender of any kind in Her Laws, for all are equally worthy of the Love of Her Divine Glory.
Does your country's employment law include express provisions banning discrimination based on gender identity: Her Divine Glory, and Her Glorious Avatar, may be female, and our gender may be gifted with the power of creation, but She loves all of Her children equally, and so must we all.
Does your country's law include express provisions allowing anyone to purchase goods or services regardless of gender identity: We make no restrictions on this.
Does your country's law include express provisions allowing anyone an education regardless of gender identity: We make no restrictions on this (see my answer from The Time That Has Been).
Does your country's law include express provisions allowing anyone access to healthcare regardless of gender identity: We make no restrictions on this (see my answer from The Time That Has Been).
Is your country's human rights institution or equality body mandated to provide rights and protection to all gender identities, or is it systematically working on this regardless of a mandate: Why would we need to? As I have said, all are Her Children.
Does your government operate an active policy of improving human rights, protection and equality explicitly to all gender identities: All are Her Children.
Does your country's law include express provisions upholding the right to gender expression: What is this, 'expression'? People act as they choose. If it harms none other, we have no issue.
Does your country's law and government policy include express provisions concerning rights and protections for intersex people: I do not know this term. But they are people, and thus Her Children, and thus are protected from harm.

Family

Can same-sex couples in your country marry with the same rights as married different-sex couples: Yes. Love is Her greatest gift to us, and it transcends gender. All may enter into The Joining.
Can same-sex couples in your country enter into a civil partnership with the same rights as married different-sex couples: What is this, 'civil partnership'? A Joining is a Joining, yes?
Can same-sex couples in your country enter into a civil partnership with weaker rights as married different-sex couples: Why would a Joining exist that was less meaningful than the proper Joining?
Are same-sex couples included in laws and legislation regarding cohabitation: People may reside with each other however they see fit. We do not make laws about the homes of our citizens, besides those about killing and theft and such.
Does your country's constitution or law limit marriage to a gender, such as a union between a man and a woman: The Canon of Her Divine Glory, our guide and our code, makes it clear that the Joining is for any who feel love. We make no effort to stand in the way of love, for such is to stand before the awesome compassion of Her Divine Glory.
Can same-sex couples legally apply for joint adoption: We seek to provide The Parentless with loving families, should they have none. The sexual orientation of those families is not even asked, for it is not relevant to that objective.
Can same-sex couples legally apply for second-parent adoption: Any who will love a child of Her Divine Glory as if it were there own, is welcome to do so.
Can couples of all sexual orientations and gender identities be legally recognised as the parents of their children from birth or adoption: Why would they not?
Can couples, regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity, receive fertility treatment including artificial insemination: This treatment is not yet widespread. Our health system is new, and struggling with those ailments that kill those already born, and until we can tackle these most serious life-threatening cases, it will be difficult to divert resources to this. But this being said, we have no intention to restrict such to different gender identities or sexual orientations when it does become possible.
Can individuals, regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity, receive fertility treatment including artificial insemination: Please see my answer from the Time That Has Been.
Can transgender people marry based on their gender identity after their legal gender recognition, thus entering a different-sex marriage: This is not an issue.

Hate Crime and Hate Speech

Is sexual orientation expressly defended by hate crime legislation: Why would we need 'hate crime' legislation? All crime is hateful by nature.
Is sexual orientation expressly defended by hate speech legislation: Why would we need 'hate crime' legislation? All crime is hateful by nature.
Is sexual orientation expressly included within a government strategy to counter hate crime and hate speech: Her Lawbringers tackle crime, and all crime is hateful by nature. We see no reason to target specific groups, when all of Her Children should be protected.
Is gender identity expressly defended by hate crime legislation: See above.
Is gender identity expressly defended by hate speech legislation: See above.
Is gender identity expressly included within a government strategy to counter hate crime and hate speech: See above.
Is intersex status expressly defended by hate law: I do not know this term, but see above.

Legal Gender Recognition and Bodily Integrity

(Please note: if 'no' is answered for the first question, all further answers will be invalidated. This section refers to a person's ability to alter their gender in line with their gender identity; it does not concern their freedom to alter their biological sex.)

Is there a legal procedure for recognising a person's gender based on their own gender identity: If a person wishes to become a different gender, they only need request Her Court's administration offices change their certificate. It is their property, and up to them how they are portrayed. The only information that cannot be changed is the date of birth, and the names of the parents.
Are there administrative procedures to change a person's gender based on their own gender identity, such as on official documents: As above. Your birth certificate belongs to you.
Can a person change their name without any obstacles: It is not for us to decide upon the name of a person.
Is a medically-diagnosed Gender Identity Disorder required before a person can legally change their gender: Our health system is new, and struggling. We do not need to further burden them with arbitrary requirements such as this.
Is non-surgical medical intervention required for a person's gender to be legally changed: No, see above.
Is surgical intervention required for a person's gender to be legally changed: No, see above.
Is sterilisation or proof of infertility required for a person's gender to be legally changed: I do not understand the question. Is it suggesting that we must neuter people before they can change their birth certificate? How abhorrent!
Is divorce or single status required for a person's gender to be legally changed: No, though we might ask their Joining Partner too. They are, after all, Joined as One.
Is there an explicit age restriction before a person's gender can be legally changed: One must come of age before one is free of the constraints of one's parents. 15 years of age is the age a Brellachi becomes adult.
Can intersex minors receive non-necessary medical or surgical intervention before they reach the age of informed consent: Their parents or Those Who Would Care For The Child of Another must consent to any surgery, of any kind, for those they protect, until they come of age.

Freedom of Assembly, Association and Expression

Can LGBT+ people freely assemble, hold public events without obstruction and rely on the protection of public authorities: They may do as they wish, so long as they harm no-one, as with any other group.
Can LGBT+ organisations or publications operate without legal or administrative restrictions, free from intimidation and criminalisation: If they commit no crimes, they are not criminalised.
Does your country's law permit freedom of expression based on sexual orientation or gender identity: All of Her Children's voices are to be heard.

Asylum

Does persecution because of sexual orientation qualify a person for asylum to your country: Persecution qualifies a person for asylum in Brellach. It matters not why.
Is sexual orientation expressly included in positive government policy or instructions promoting asylum: There is nothing positive about fleeing persecution. We do not promote asylum at all, but if we are asked we will consider such.
Does persecution because of gender identity qualify a person for asylum to your country: Persecution qualifies a person for asylum in Brellach. It matters not why.
Is gender identity expressly included in positive government policy or instructions promoting asylum: There is nothing positive about fleeing persecution. We do not promote asylum at all, but if we are asked we will consider such.
Does persecution because of intersex status qualify a person for asylum to your country: Persecution qualifies a person for asylum in Brellach. It matters not why.

I hope this information is what you seek.

Most humbly,

Fellis Jessina
Most Devout Advisor of Her Court

Galija: 69.35 - This is a Moderate-High level of equality and human rights offered to LGBT+ people. While tolerance of the LGBT+ community is high in Galija, legal protections and opportunities are largely inconsistent. The greatest example of this is in the category of bodily integrity laws which are unduly strict, but regulations regarding political rights demonstrate how authoritarian implementation can undermine otherwise progressive approaches towards LGBT+ people. Admittedly, this may affect all citizens of Galija, but it still counts negatively towards the overall rights, protections and opportunities offered to the LGBT+ community in Galija. The ARV is, however, pleased to note that intentions are largely good in this submission.

Syirax: 90.45 - This is a Very High level of equality and human rights offered to LGBT+ people. Aside from isolated laws which stifle totally free gender expression, Syirax is noted for its extensive provision for LGBT+ rights, protections and opportunities. In almost all areas it excels in its treatment of this section of community and its tolerance is commendable. Significant points could be gained by liberalising some gender change laws and clarifying the legal definition of marriage (for which the ARV awarded Syirax a 'partial' score). In general, however, we congratulate the successful efforts of its government to advance the LGBT+ situation within its territory.

Brellach: 71.9 - This is a High level of equality and human rights offered to LGBT+ people. The ARV found this particular submission difficult to accurately score as a result of the different legal language seemingly used in Brellach. Regardless, our attempts have shown us that there is a deep undercurrent of tolerance in Brellach, underpinned by the notion that sexual orientation and gender identity are perhaps unimportant in the government's treatment of individuals or groups. This is commendable in most cases and has indeed resulted in the ranking given. However in some areas the approach can be counter-productive. Specifically, by failing to treat the LGBT+ community as a particular subset of wider society, lawmakers may not see the equally-particular abuse to which they are subjected; this is why hate legislation (used under its Arthurian legal definition as opposed to a loose adjectival addition) is considered so important by the ARV and why Brellach's ranking is significantly lower than it could have been. Nonetheless, it appears as though the government and people of Brellach are deeply caring for all, including the LGBT+ population, and therefore deserve praise.

Quaxoglia: 95.35 - This is a Very High level of equality and human rights offered to LGBT+ people. The only point deductions made in this submission were in the category of bodily integrity. Liberalising these laws would grant Quaxoglia a perfect score befitting a society as accepting and tolerant as theirs. However, life for the LGBT+ community in Quaxoglia is evidently a good one, protected as they are by their government and valued by their citizens. A note: the ARV determined that full marks would be awarded for the question regarding same-sex couple adoption; that a positive law is in the process of being implemented should not negatively affect the ranking of the country.

United Massachusetts: 84.7 - This is a High level of equality and human rights offered to LGBT+ people. The ARV believes that this score is too low a reflection of the attitude of United Massachusetts towards its LGBT+ population; though the mathematics resulted in the above ranking there were sound justifications for almost all negatively-marked answers. For example, while the ARV still supports the implementation of hate speech laws it is pleased to see that the issue is under debate within United Massachusetts. Similarly, the ARV recommends allowing fertility treatment for individuals and couples, though it admits that the answers given by the government of United Massachusetts do not reflect a policy towards LGBT+ people so much as a policy towards fertility treatment itself. Therefore the ARV must commend United Massachusetts and, indeed, praise its openness, tolerance and acceptance of LGBT+ people. Rest assured that our assessment of its government and people are much higher than the score above gives credit for.

Zeganas: 94.4 - This is a Very High level of equality and human rights offered to LGBT+ people. The only deductions made in this submission were due to 'partial' answers. It is obvious that Zeganas (both its government and society) are highly tolerant and accepting of LGBT+ people. The LGBT+ community there is offered the full protection of the state and granted equal opportunities and rights alongside their fellow citizens. They should be proud to live in such a country.

Golden State Warriorz: 66.35 - This is a Moderate-High level of equality and human rights offered to LGBT+ people. There is a strong undercurrent of tolerance and acceptance in Golden State Warriorz, but much progress can still be made. Many of the point deductions were the result of failing to extend gender identity expressions beyond the binary norm of 'male' and 'female', for which the ARV gave 'partial' marks. In almost all other areas, save the lack of adoption facilities for same-sex couples and the abhorrent sterilisation requirements concerning gender change, Golden State Warriorz showed remarkable attentiveness to the equality of its LGBT+ community. It is not a dangerous country to live for the LGBT+ population, but they lack full opportunities to live according to their own identities. The ARV applauds the progress made so far and hopes to see more in the future.

Alpinia: 88.7 - This is a Very High level of equality and human rights offered to LGBT+ people. Alpinia is clearly a progressive society and its laws are reflective of that fact. Furthermore, the ARV is encouraged to see the equalisation of rights having happened so rapidly. In some areas there are still obstacles to true freedom of expression, notably in the category of bodily integrity; this is understandable as it does not concern equalising of laws so much as crafting wholly new ones. However, the ARV believes that if legislators in Alpinia make it one of their top priorities, the total provision of LGBT+ rights, protections and opportunities can be achieved soon. A note: the ARV determined that the answers regarding same-sex marriage were wholly positive and marked them as such; to deduct points despite the clearly positive direction of the law would be against the spirit of the Survey.

Empire of Karlsland: 0 - This is a Very Low level of equality and human rights offered to LGBT+ people. The above ranking should come as no surprise, and the logic behind its marking must be quite clear already.

Due to the fact that Jackleland's government is extremely secretive and isolated, these answers may or may not reflect accurately the situation of LGBT+ individuals in Jackleland.

Official Communique

Esteemed official;

In the name of the Government of the Republic of Rosaeiland, compromised of democratically elected officials from eight like-minded parties, I hereby submit the following questionnaire to the Artúriätet Regnbooe Verbund for further verification. Sincerely hoping to improve it, we wish to receive a valuable and transparent insight on the current situation of sexual and gender minorities in our nation. Constructive criticism has always been valued by our coallition, but please take into account the complexity of the Rosaeilandian legislative system and the strength of conservative reform-opponents inside it while judging contemporary policies that are in place at the moment.

Thank you for your time,

Klaus Bernard Fischer
Minister of Foreign Affairs

Equality and Non-Discrimination

Does your country's constitution (or equivalent) include provisions banning discrimination based on sexual orientation: Partially, it is not directly guaranteed, but all attempts to introduce discrimination on such ground would be efficiently rendered invalid by one, broader article of the Federal Constitution, which ensures that all citizens are subject to equal law regulations.
Does your country's employment law include express provisions banning discrimination based on sexual orientation: Yes, although indirectly: the law has it that all should be able to seek employment on equal ground and recruitment priority may only be based on experience/education of applicant. After having his application accepted in a transparent manner, the laborer must sign the workplace code of conduct, which may or may not delicately infringe his/her rights to sexuality/gender identity related expression during workhours(such as a two-gender-only dress code etc.).
Does your country's law include express provisions allowing anyone to purchase goods or services regardless of sexual orientation: Partially, services can technically be denied to customers without giving a reason, but one cannot explicitly specify that the reasoning behind his decision was discriminatory. Our government believes the free market will, given enough time, render businesses which unreasonably deny services to certain types of customers noncompetitive.
Does your country's law include express provisions allowing anyone an education regardless of sexual orientation: Yes
Does your country's law include express provisions allowing anyone access to healthcare regardless of sexual orientation: Yes
Is your country's human rights institution or equality body mandated to provide rights and protection to all sexual orientations, or is it systematically working on this regardless of a mandate: Yes
Does your government operate an active policy of improving human rights, protection and equality explicitly to all sexual orientations: Partially, the issue is still controversial and conservative/centrist parties enforce the current status quo
Does your country's constitution (or equivalent) include provisions banning discrimination based on gender identity: No, it is regarded that citizens belong to the gender they were born as a part of
Does your country's employment law include express provisions banning discrimination based on gender identity: Partially, recruitment is on equal ground, but most companies forbid crossdressing and assign only two types of uniforms(male and female).
Does your country's law include express provisions allowing anyone to purchase goods or services regardless of gender identity: Partially, just as it is with sexuality
Does your country's law include express provisions allowing anyone an education regardless of gender identity: Yes
Does your country's law include express provisions allowing anyone access to healthcare regardless of gender identity: Yes
Is your country's human rights institution or equality body mandated to provide rights and protection to all gender identities, or is it systematically working on this regardless of a mandate: No
Does your government operate an active policy of improving human rights, protection and equality explicitly to all gender identities: Partially, the issue is beginning to gain importance and slow liberalization of policies is starting to take place
Does your country's law include express provisions upholding the right to gender expression: Partially, individual gender expression is allowed(and constitutionally protected as the right to individual beliefs) in public areas, but it might be subject to regulation in the workplace or if exercising it is classified as a crime(for instance, a woman who regards herself as a man is not allowed to walk topless as she is still a woman in the eyes of the law and nudity is illegal)
Does your country's law and government policy include express provisions concerning rights and protections for intersex people: No

Family

Can same-sex couples in your country marry with the same rights as married different-sex couples: N/A, marriage is an exclusively religious affair, only civil unions are governmentally-recognized
Can same-sex couples in your country enter into a civil partnership with the same rights as married different-sex couples: Yes
Can same-sex couples in your country enter into a civil partnership with weaker rights as married different-sex couples: No
Are same-sex couples included in laws and legislation regarding cohabitation: Yes
Does your country's constitution or law limit marriage to a gender, such as a union between a man and a woman: No
Can same-sex couples legally apply for joint adoption: Yes

The local police are not always reliable in these same areas and may only intervene if property is damaged, arresting everyone within a mile of the scene. For this reason the Republic Gendarmerie is supplanting planetary police forces and providing security to LGBT demonstrators in these Republic provinces.
Can LGBT+ organisations or publications operate without legal or administrative restrictions, free from intimidation and criminalisation: Legally there are no restrictions. Shòvor Bénxbòrrô
Benxboro Republic
Formed 76 years ago as a movement to succeed and overthrow The One True Benxboro Empire, the Benxborian Republic is a federal parliamentary republic devoted to liberalism (here known as Freethought) in all its' forms.

By the last century B.C., the Roman Republic had run out of 'civilised' opponents to obliterate so those who ran it started upon each other gold and glory. Rival generals Marius and Sulla took turns to take de facto full control. They were called dictators rather than emperors but amounted to the same thing. In the end a certain Roman with a long nose and bad haircut come out on top. He was called Julius Caesar.
