“This was the worst call by far.”
And people say Trump isn't a diplomat.

The Labor government that will take its place may well continue to play on a growing anti-American sentiment within the country and expel your troops and revoke many of your privileges. It should have been one of the most congenial calls for the new commander in chief — a conversation with the leader of Australia, one of America’s staunchest allies, at the end of a triumphant week.
Instead, President Trump blasted Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull over a refugee agreement and boasted about the magnitude of his electoral college win, according to senior U.S. officials briefed on the Saturday exchange. Then, 25 minutes into what was expected to be an hour-long call, Trump abruptly ended it.
At one point Trump informed Turnbull that he had spoken with four other world leaders that day — including Russian President Vladimir Putin — and that “This was the worst call by far.”
America has been taking Australian loyalty for granted for far too long. While previous governments paid lip service and at least feigned respect, the current administration is acting more and more like an openly imperial power and treating our nation more and more like a vassal state. The silver lining is that for patriots like myself, this provides the opportunity for Australia to regain it's independence once and for all.

Weren't you defending Trump before?

Well, do you agree detaining dual citizens, permanent residents, and other visa holders and denying them access to an attorney in direct defiance of a federal court order to halt a travel ban that affects these people because of how hamfisted the measure was? Oh, and let's not forget the kicker: detaining these people without due process is against the 14th amendment's due process clause.
As a gun owner, Big Jim should be terrified at this development - I am.
We're detaining people based on the possibility that some infinitesimally small number of them might become violent and kill people at some indeterminate future time.
If that doesn't scare gun rights advocates, they're not fucking paying attention. Arguments like this are already being used, and succeeding. You're empowering our own disarmament.

I love how Trump's #1 priority is his supporters turning on him and killing him.
Huh, I sure hope he loves the backlash when our breakfast media start to talk shit about him.
Perhaps sunrise will have something more entertaining than their cash cow.

It also seems candidly strange that all the Christians and conservatives are supporting trump. He's had multiple divorces, made crude comments while married, couldn't think of a favourite part of the Bible. It's just really strange to me.
I doubt the world will end, but I'll be surprised (although perhaps pleasantly so), if Trump is a good president that is loved enough to be re-elected.

Cooperation? The FBI, US marshal's and the DEA do whatever the fuck they want across the border and the Mexican government's protest falls on deaf ears. If selling weapons would make us allies then wouldn't it also make the cartels our dubious allies as well?

Worked well for the Taliban, Al-Qaeda, and us.
