Black People rights and movements in YN?

Historically, Hangrettya has always been a nation with black people. Even with cultural exchange and some failed attempts at foreign invasion, local expressions have always been practical and are until today. Because there had never been any slavery, nor racial segregation, there was no need for political movements for blacks to claim social rights.

They are treated as equals. In fact, they are so equal that they are ignored just as much as the majority.

Black people, and the mulattoes (mixed African and European (mainly Portuguese) blood) make up the majority ethnic group in Malizistan. The rights of those that are fully black, was only a problem under Portuguese rule, afterwards, relations between the Portuguese and native/ethnic black Maliz people were somewhat better and continue to improve today. There are no movements.

No movements. Most of the populace is Asian or white, but due to our ties with South Africa, many blacks reside in our nation. They are treated as equals, along with every other ethnic group.

No civil rights movements exist, mostly because of a lack of need for one. Again, labour camps don't care.

Appalachia is a mostly white country, as it has been for most of the modern era. In the 2015 census, 9.1% of the population identified as black, making them the largest minority group in the country. Legally, racial discrimination is prohibited and all races are treated equally by government. But there are still pro-black groups that protest the wage and education gaps that exist.

The black population in Appalachia is mostly urban. However, there are a few rural majority-black communities, some dating back to even before the United States civil war.

Their rights are equal to that of any Imperial citizen. In Aldina, dark skin does not mean "inferior"; it just means "of foreign descent". It has been this way since before the founding of the Empire; racial equality movements would be redundant.

Rojoans of African descent are treat as human beings here. No more, no less. They have the same social, political, and economical rights as everyone here. As for movements, it was African-Rojoans who helped with building this nation from the ashes of the old one. Although, many N.W.A.(New World Africans) already reside in Pre-Grande Rojo(A.K.A. Mexico), a plethora of them came from America, after several attempts to stop the Fascist uprisings failed. Even more came here after they escaped forced labor, reinstated by the new N.A.E.(North American Empire) government.

Whites and blacks fought as equals in our struggle for independence from a tyrannical country. We were so busy hating the occupying nation that we didn't have time for petty issues like skin color, and that mindset has continued to the present day.

While the Constitution does provide that minority ethnic groups should be granted special protection, successive governments have found it difficult to define exactly what constitutes a minority group. Currently, only those who do not have some kind of the Chinese language as their native language can qualify as a minority. This is because the government decided in 1972 that language is the primary barrier to minority representation in society. To qualify as an ethnic minority, a person needs to demonstrate that his first language is not Chinese, and that language must have been spoken in China for at least 50 years by a distinct community.

However, since there is no one language for black people (or any [colour] people), there are no "black people rights" movements per se. Most black people are in the English language minority group.

Citizens of African descent are treated equally to any other citizen, even though they are a very, very small minority, at about 5.1% of the population (roughly 255,000). They, like most minorities in Alpinia, are protected against hate crimes and discrimination, and Alpinia is usually very inclusive. Black movements are minimal, the BLM movement, for instance, has a fledgling branch in the city of Brendans Borough (which has the second largest black population in Alpinia, after the largest city, Acre).

Citizens of African or native descent are treated as absolute equals under the law. It is highly illegal to discriminate against anyone based on their colour.

Few blacks reside in Karamiko, and they have not been at the forefront of any significant movement, but those that do live here have the same rights as any other citizen.

No groups for such rights exist as in the government's view such groups give the outside world the idea that in some way the Karlsländer people are divided in some way and this maybe used against the government and the emperor in some way so such groups are quietly suppressed via military drafting and imprisonment or the latter solution of lifetime exile from the country. But as far as rights are concerned blacks are treated equally, equal education, equal laws, when men and women come of age they must serve in the armed forces like everyone else and are held to the same expectations as people of other skin colours.

Black people? Humans themselves are a minority in Khaeron. That being said, all human ethnicities are treated the same: As second class citizens.

There are very few black people living in Gandoor, but those that do have fully equal rights with all others.

There aren't really any movements, but this is because Yaosoland is ~90% East African, and has always historically been African.

The United States of now as a growing percentage of minitories becoming more mixed with white majorities as time goes on and the percentage of full africans is at 3.3% and discrimination against such miniorities can led to a federal offense that could get you re-educated or thrown in the gulags.Also movements are quite rare now as the United States had violently switch from a establishment based government to a Proletariat dictatorship which upholds the rights of all humans as a top priory from the fall of the establishment.

The darker skinned people of Koi-un province have the same rights as any full blooded Maichin. There are scattered Independence movements but most of them are Nationalistic and embrace all the people born in their province.

Heloin despite being a Black majority nation has fought three wars to keep the vote out of the hands of the Black Majority. it wasn't really until the Second Cape Town Agreement in 2000 that Blacks and whites stood as equals in law and black votes were equal to whites. This didn't change the fact that 70% of arable land is owned by white farmers, 80% of business leadership jobs are held by white workers, 52% of seats in parliament are held by white politicians, and 40% of the armed forces are white soldiers and officers, all despite the fact that the white population only makes up 16% of the population (22% if mixed race, baster, and coloured populations are included). The second largest political party in Heloin the Movement for Real Democracy has repeatably called for a reworking of the constitution to solve these vast inequalities.

[TURTLESHROOM II]

There are only a few thousand black humans in TurtleShroom, so they have neither a movement nor a real presence. As with all humans, they are treated equally regardless of skin color.

This said, we consider "Black Lives Matter" to be an illegitimate hate group that defends and rationalizes criminals. There are movements in the Deep State and elsewhere to classify them outright as a terrorist group and thereby ban its presence in the country. (It does not currently exist in TurtleShroom, but it never hurts to be preemptive.)
