The Kendorian embassy program is a diplomatic program started by President Dan Ferrell after his dinner one night. The purpose is like what he said above, finding more friends and allies, as well as seeking relationship with other nations. The diplomatic mission will be based in Baxter, Kendor's capital. All nation can apply for embassy, with exceptions like fascist, communist, and any nations that suppressed civil and political right, though the government can reconsider it on case-by-case basis and grant an exception.

The Federal Democratic Meritocratic Republic of Kendor, shortened to Kendor is a huge superpower, with a huge land at , huge economy, huge industry, great scientific advancements, great tourism, many civil rights and political rights, and finally many achievements, as well as some unusualities. Kendor is ruled by a president, with a vice president to support the work of a president. In addition, Kendor's governmental system also contains the Parliament and the Upper, and Lower Council. The members of Kendor's government is elected through a democratic meritocracy, which means that all candidates have to take a test and will have their background and merits examined to prove that they will become a worthy leader when applying for an election. In addition, Kendor is also a federation, comprised of 45 states and 5 territories that are ruled autonomously, except the territories, which is ruled directly by the government.

The Kendorian government believe in this tenets:
- Interventionism: Kendor will intervene in any war that the Kendorian sees as being harmful to a nation's sovereignty or threatened capitalism and democracy, as well as freedom.
- Prosperity: Kendor will aid any nation to become a great nation, such as poor nations.
- Sovereignty: Kendor believe that a nation must be free on what it will do and will defend any nation that has their sovereignty threatened. However an exception will be granted to a nation that have done a war crime, if a nation is communist, fascist, or the nation's government that is recognized by Kendor is overthrowned, which in this case the government will be considered illegitimate.
- Freedom: Kendor believe that every human in the world must have the rights to be free. This means that Kendor strongly condemns slavery and all forms of human exploitations, as well as restriction of freedom
- Democracy: Kendor believe that every nation must have a democratically elected leader. However, like the sovereignty tenet, an exception can be granted if the nation is a monarchy or dictatorship that have a good relationship with Kendor.
- Multiculturalism: Kendor believe that all nations must accept everyone, regardless of their ethnicity, culture, and religions and form a very culturally diverse community. In fact, Kendor will accept any immigrants from all cultural backgrounds.

The embassy and consulates will be considered as the territory of the nation that owned the embassy and consulates and thus Kendor will not allow it's military or police to enter the embassy, unless an extreme situation has happened or the embassy and anyone inside is attacked.

Baxter is a great city to establish an embassy or consulate(s). The largest city on Kendor and the capital city of Kendor, Baxter boast central government buildings, as well as many skyscrapers, tourist landmarks or place of interests, great sights, etc. In addition, Baxter is also the nation's largest economic center, as well as being the nation's largest scientific center. In other words, It is a great place to establish an embassy and a consulate

Westford
Westford is the second largest city in Kendor. For any nation that likes cultures, this city is the right place to open a consulate. Westford contains many historical or cultural buildings from all eras, even from the stone age, as there are some stone age era buildings that are located just outside Westford, as well as museums that contains many exhibits of all types, even unusual ones. Needless to say, Westford is the cultural capital of Kendor and a must see for any tourist.

Delford
Delford is the third largest city of Kendor. This city contains many industrial and production buildings, with the city even being called "The Center of Industry in Kendor". This is easy to know because the city contains many factories that were visible, and again places and shops that produces anything, as well as an extensive network of roads and railroads that connected Delford to most if not almost all of the nation's factories and production buildings. This make Delford a city where a nation must establish a consulate if they like industry.

New Keywell
New Keywell is the fourth largest city of Kendor. This city contains many industrial and production buildings like Delford, though not to Delford's extent. The other difference between Delford and New Keywell is New Keywell is a military center of Kendor, as New Keywell have many factories and production buildings that build and produce anything for the military and also some military bases of all divisions, as well as training grounds for the soldiers. For any nation that wanted to help Kendor militarily, New Keywell is a good location for that.

community is not without those who have abused their privileges to commit simple crimes (no such accusations have yet been levied
