I like the idea of a drug dealer being caught in this mess, but I do have few things. Cut back on how much ammo he has with him. If one DEA agent was killed then I can see him getting off on a plea, but four officers killed is pushing it so maybe rethink that a bit. Also, the zombies didn't show up until 9 days after the initial outbreak, by which time the city was already a madhouse. That's all.

Occupation: Janitor at The Field Museum in Chicago
Immunity: None
Equipment: Big splitting ax, a pickelhaube that she claims, and appears to believe, was given to her by the Kaiser (but she actually took it from the museum), a bowie knife, a walking stick, practical work clothes, tool belt, multitool, zippo lighter, bic lighter, matches, a bag of sweets and nuts, a backpack, string, duck tape.
Skills: She's very handy, imaginative, and quick to learn and adapt.
Weakness: She has schizophrenia.
Personality: Happy and usually calm, tend to be quite crazy when her condition gets the better of her. That manifests itself in her getting violent and hyper active, most of the time still happy, but sometimes angry and afraid. She can be very unpredictable then.
Likes: Harley Quinn, bright colours, summer, sunshine, her work, and generally things that make her relaxed and happy. Recently she's realized that squirrel meat also fits into this category.
Dislikes: Stress, infected people - which she refers to as zombies. She doesn't really like her condition either, but she has learned to live with it and accept it. That is, until the outbreak made it impossible for her to continue with her therapy and get a resupply of her medications.
Fears: Just one thing: Being killed by zombies.
Bio: Felicity was lonely as a child, and was considered odd by other children. She wasn't bullied, but was very often left outside. (WIP)

Skills:
Note Added By Lt. Nashwell, K. on September 26th 2012: "Private First Class C. Mitchell has shown his ability to understand the basic infantryman training of the United States Army. He has shown great accuracy at the firing ranges and has the ability to think on his toes in very demanding situations. He is also noted to be physically fit and deemed prepared for active combat duty."
Note Added By Cpt. Fredericks, P. on March 19th 2013: "Private First Class C. Mitchell has completed his first tour in Iraq and shows little signs of physiological harm. Appears that he is able to cope with the stresses of warfare, as well as the ability to maintain his calm while under fire. This does not mean, however, that Private First Class is immune to the physiological effects of warfare, but rather he is able to cope with it. Extended periods of time exposed to constant warfare however, will cause significant physiological harm to him."
Weakness:
Note Added By SSgt. Hartnell, Z. on October 3rd 2011: "Private First Class C. Mitchell spoke out during drill again without any permission to speak. Reference please note that Mitchell has a tendency to speak his mind or perform his actions before thinking about the consequences. Mitchell was ordered to perform an additional lap around the field along with one hundred push-ups. Future personnel for training should note to reinforce Mitchell's discipline.
Note Added By Cpt. Fredericks, P. on March 19th 2013: "Upon examining Private First Class C. Mitchell, it was found that the subject has become very brash and stubborn. On the field of battle this may prove to be his undoing. Please note for the future reference."
Personality:
Note Added By Cpt. Fredericks, P. on March 19th 2013: "Private First Class C. Mitchell is very outgoing despite his brash and stubborn nature. While he holds a consistent amount of confidence and humour, with a very charismatic ability to pull humour out of a dire situation or to lighten up a situation, there comes times when Mitchell will show complete distrust or hostility towards others, particularly people he has just met. Therefore, it takes time for Mitchell to warm up to people, and until he knows them personally and very well, he will proceed to act very cold to them."
Likes:
Audio Excerpt: "The fuck? What do I like? Hoho, you guys really wanna go there right?" [New voice: "Private First Class, answer the question.] "Alright, chill out, you'll get your question. I like getting absolutely hammered on weekends, partying, getting wasted-" [New voice: "Mitchell."] "Okay, okay, for real this time. I guess I'm a bit of a music head, I like a wide variety of music, ranging from pop to country to heavy rap that they blasted during boot camp and over in Iraq. A bit of a foodie, I like food I guess, I eat a ton, probably because I burn a ton while working out. As I said before, I enjoy partying like any other normal 20-something year old, or people my age."
Dislikes:
Audio Excerpt: "Dislikes? Well first of all, respectfully, this guy's haircut. I mean Jesus Christ what the fuck did they cut your hair with? A buzzsaw? There's absolutely no-" [New voice: "Focus please Mitchell."] "Okay, fine. I don't like those really fucked up people. You know what I'm talking about? Those people who like, post those super weird ass pictures on Facebook, or like, shit like that. Oh realistically? That's pretty realistic. Fuck. Okay. Fine. I mean, I guess I don't like at all the fact that I'm consistently being exposed to combat and death. That's pretty bad in my case. And honestly, I strongly dislike enclosed spaces. I'm not claustrophobic or anything, but I just hate getting through those cramped little spaces where I can barely move. Those suck balls."
Fears:
Audio Excerpt: "Heights. I'm not saying anything else. I fucking hate heights."
Bio:
Carey Benedict Mitchell was born in Lynchburg, Virginia to Cameron Mitchell and Eddie Mitchell. He was the youngest of the Mitchell family's three sons and of course resulted in being the most ambitious, probably due to the lack of attention given to him by his parents, who were consistently praising his older brothers' academic and athletic feats. While Carey's ambition brought him to higher levels, mainly athletic wise, he struggled academically in school, not living up to his family's expectation of him. Being constantly compared to his eldest brothers, Carey could only take so much before he exploded. And by exploded, it's meant that Carey completely disregarded his parents' plans for him to attend various community colleges, and joined the military instead.
Undertaking boot camp, and thanks to his background in athletics, Carey was able to survive the army's bootcamp in order to finally be assigned a position in the United States Army. Surrounded by his brothers-in-arms, Carey enjoyed his time among them, and continued to bond with them. It took him a while to get over the loss of life when he was finally deployed to Iraq however, and Carey struggled initially to cope with the death of a few of his platoon members following an ambush on his patrol. Eventually after several weeks in Iraq, Carey's first tour had ended and he was shipped back off home. Back home, Carey had difficulty adjusting to the civilian lifestyle once more. Eventually, he adapted, working part time at various convenience stores and grocery stores while mending his relationship with his parents.
Following the conclusion of another tour break, instead of being redeployed to the Middle East, Carey had received orders to report to his Battalion HQ in order to be deployed to the city of Chicago in order to help contain a quarantine over the Windy City. Following his deployment, Carey watched as the situation rapidly spun out of the Military's control, eventually his company coming into contact with what the Military were calling "Zulus", but the civilians were referring to as "the Infected". Their names didn't matter, the only thing that did matter was that they were incredibly hostile to everything, even themselves at times. As Carey's company attempted to fight the Zulus in order to help with evacuation efforts, they were eventually forced back, suffering immense casualties along the way. During the chaos, Carey's squad in A Company's 2nd Platoon, 3rd Squad was tasked with the effort to establish an additional safe zone outside of Chicago. Due to the combat intensifying in the city, Carey's squad suffered four losses after one of their HUMVEES were surrounded and lost.
Now, they're outside of Chicago, with themselves, their personal equipment, a supply truck and their HUMVEES, with their last orders being to establish a safe zone. Uncertainty fills their hearts and minds now, along with the memories of the terrifying beings they have witnessed in Chicago.

20's at the youngest. Unless he's a dropout he'd only just be out of high school at 18, and while I do not claim to be an expert on lumberjacks a teenager seems out of place for such a profession.

Logging's a trade, so his occupation could technically be a logger, he'd only just be an apprentice logger, likely working in a rather sparse work site to avoid any major fuck ups.
