No you can see her on the council late in the movie. The scene was deleted for a reason

The deleted scene of her being stabbed behind by Anakin is now canon however, as shown by The Clone Wars show.

Tiberious was born on March 22 of the year 52 bby. At the age of 2 he was taken to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant for training to be taught by such individuals as Yoda and Dooku, among others as a youngling. As a youngling Tiberious showed great promise with telekinesis and won the 12 and under pushfeather competition when he was 9, and when he was 10 he signed up for additional training in negotiation, senate procedures, and meditation. Because the Dazouri didn't need to sleep, Tiberius would often spend the nights meditating on what he had learned during the day, as well as read in the library and practice with his lightsaber. On some occasions some Jedi masters such as Yoda, Yarael Poof, and Yaddle, would assist him at night with meditation, and Master Dooku would help him train in Makashii which they shared a mutual interest in and become friends over. This additional training allowed him to gain a mastery over his emotions and an advantage over the abilities of his fellow classmates by the time of the trials. During his trials at the age of 12 he would display this mastery by not transforming into his rage form despite the stresses of the situation. Tiberius was found to be one of the most talented of his Clan and would pass his test with flying colours, but discovered that although he was very skilled with the force for a young, it wasn't how he wished to spend his life and would leave the order.

Without the order to provide him with food, shelter, and instruction he felt lost. He would sign up for the military and accept that for every one month spent in school paid by the military, he would work in the military for 2 months. He would go to Anaxes to study Miltary history and minor in political science. He would buy some textbooks, read them, and challenge the courses. He would do surprisingly well using what he had learned at the temple, and afterwords he would go to basic training and officers training. When he was 13 in 39 bby he had finished and been taken into the republic navy as a Sub-Lieutenant. After 10 years he was a commander in the republic military and shifted into the reserves and joined politics at the age of 23 in 29 BBY. He would be elected the Representative of the Dazouri home planet in the republic Senate and serve for 3 2 year terms until in 23 BBY his homeland would decide to succede from the republic and join the republic. By that time he had reached the rank of Captain in the republic Navy.

After joining the Seperatists he would join there reserve armed forces. During the war he would continue to represent his planets interests in the seperatist senate, and his species intellect and strength on the battlefield during the seasons the parliament wasn't in session. He would duel many of the noblemen in the confederacy and become one of the best duelists in the confederacy, after Dooku. During the war he was involved in many battles against the republic and on a few occasions capture Jedi in duels who would later be slain by Grievus.

You can probably justify anything. I'd say to have a fleet as large as you feel you can comfortably RP.

About 15, including his capital ship, the Pride of the Core.

I know that seems small, but fourteen of them are Venator IIs (essentially, a hybrid of Venators and Imperial Is constructed near the end of the Clone Wars, which Vader saw to the completion of after the Empire began). Venator IIs, on average, are about 2 kilometers long in size (almost dreadnought sized for a regular dreadnought).

The Pride of the Core is a Mandator I-class Star Dreadnought, a prototype Super-Star Destroyer. It clocks in at about 8 kilometers long.

What I'm saying is, Vader's fleet makes up for small numbers with sheer size and firepower, and the ability to essentially crush Rebel fleets (due to their ships not really being able to compare in size) relatively easily. Separatist fleets with larger Sep-ships can put up a fight, but if Vader's fleet has arrived, there's already a few other Imperial fleets pummeling the Separatist fleets in question, so Vader's fleet is just overkill at that point because of this.

Personality: With a personality similar to that of a "strong, silent type", The Inquisitor known as the Seventh Brother is not necessarily that much of a talker, often preferring to keep to himself at most
times. The Brother's quiet, intimidating personality allows him to take some foes by surprise at his skill both with a lightsaber and with the Force. The Brother, like most other Force users of the dark side, channels his hatred and anger andfear to empower himself, mainly his anger, at times. While the Brother is a patient individual who often separates himself from petty conflict, he is one not to be fooled around with, given his somewhat hot-headed behavior and even tantrums, at times of frustration. His hatred of the Rebellion is just as large as his hatred for the Jedi, whom he hunts down with pleasure.
Force Sensitive: Very much so.
Skills/Powers: Given his training, The Seventh Brother is very skilled in handling a lightsaber, and is a very experienced and athletic duelist. He is capable of using telekinesis with the force, and can increase his agility using the force as well. (force jump, etc).
Weaponry

• The Force: The Seventh Brother's greatest asset, the Force itself is used simultaneously as a defensive and offensive measure against enemies by the Brother, and very effectively.
• Double-bladed light saber: Common for Sith and Imperial inquisitors, a double-bladed lightsaber or saberstaff, while somewhat difficult to master with, offers the user more offensive capabilities, and will catch most opponents off guard by its double-bladed appearance. The Seventh Brother's red saberstaff does exactly this, offering many offensive capabilities, such as a slightly longer reach in battle and more powerful strikes. As a failsafe, should the blade be severed in two in combat, one half is almost always able to still function even without being connected to the other saber.

Ship: A Lambda shuttle is The Seventh Brother's primary method of transportation to and from destinations. He uses Imperial Admiral Covesemo's fleet for longer transportation.

Biography: Born on the peaceful planet of Alderaan before the Clone Wars even began, the individual who became to be known as the Seventh Brother, was noticed fairly easily by the Jedi for his unusually strong connection to the Force, and soon began his training alongside an unspecified mentor to eventually take the title of Jedi. By the time the Clone Wars had begun, this Padawan, now officially a Jedi, had joined the ranks of countless other Jedi taking part in the three year conflict spanning across the Galaxy.

This Jedi, while he was not present for Anakin Skywalker' - now Darth Vader's - destruction of the Jedi Temple, he was lucky enough to survive Order 66 (barely), only to be caught and incipacitated by the Empire's forces, with specific orders to spare his life, given the potential asset he could become to the new Galactic Empire. During this period he, alongside many other powerful Force-sensitive individuals and former Jedi, was inducted into an organization simply known as the Inquisitors, an Imperial agency tasked with sensitive missions such as assassinations, eliminating Jedi who survived Order 66, and the location of Force-sensitive children. The operations involving the force-sensitive children were especially sensitive, given that the Inquisitors were tasked with finding and preventing Force-sensitive children from falling into the hands of the remaining Jedi or from using their skills against the Empire. After a series of additional trainings and trials to confirm his allegiance to the Empire, the former Jedi took up the new name of the Seventh Brother, and began his mission, as an Inquisitor, to hunt down the remaining Jedi and locate the Force-sensitive children.

Venator II's are actually roughly 1200 m long according to the wiki for them. Imperial I's are 1.6 km long. Technically speaking, my guy has no real control over his 20 fleets (moffs below do that), but the political leverage is there.

The only strategy I can see that could make an even battle with Vader's fleet is only executable right now by the CIS. No Hutt would be allowed into the Republic navy as their species has a strong penchant for crime. However if you wished to have him be a criminal of some higher regard who got captured then escapes that is perfectly fine. You could say he got his tactical skill from fighting rival pirates and such over Hutt territory or something similar

so to summarize in order to begin to fix my Application, I'll have to make the following changes:
1. slash the fleet he owns, I'm thinking
two big ships (munificent frigates or an old ship (Hammerhead frigate?) he got on the black market),
one corvette
four small IPVs
roughly 50 fighters and 30 bombers
2. cut out the part where he Joins the Republic Navy, and say he fights pirates to defend hutt space.
3. maybe have him be engaged in some shady buisness, get imprisoned and then freed.

You're likley thinking the munificent which has the majority of its firepower on its front to supplement the providence class's weaker frontal fire and stronger broadside

Personality: In many ways, the young Count of Serenno is like the one that came before him. Cunning. Manipulative. Charismatic. However, there are many things that set them apart as well. Unlike his predecessor, Aidan truly believes in the rhetoric expressed by the Confederacy and its supporters. In addition, whereas the previous Count Dooku was very calm and cool-headed, the current Count is much more passsionate, and at times, can act without thinking.

Biography: Many across the galaxy have heard of the great Count Dooku. To some, he is, or rather was, a great man, an inspirational leader, a freethinker, and a patriot. To others, he was downright villainous, a traitor to both the Republic and the Jedi Order, and the manifestation of evil in physical form. This, however, is not the story of that particular Count Dooku. Rather, it is the story of his successor, also called Count Dooku. The story of His Grace, Aidan Dooku, Count of Serenno begins thirty-five years before the Battle of Yavin, far from the planet he would soon rule. Born to a cousin of the infamous Count that came before him, Aidan's mother, rather than being a noblewoman from Serenno, was in fact a courtesan from Zeltros; his father, a merchant rather than a politician, spent much of his time on the planet, even owning a villa there where Aidan was born. The young Aidan lived with his mother on Zeltros for the first seven years of his life, very rarely seeing his father, who cared little for him. This was not something Aidan was particularly upset about; he and his mother were permitted to live in the villa, and were very happy together.

At the age of seven, however, Aidan's father brought the boy and his mother back to Serenno, intending to use his son and his wealth to gain more influence, and rise within the House of Dooku to become the current Count's successor. While few people, including the Count, supported Aidan's father for the position, Aidan himself was noted as a possible choice to succeed the aging Dooku; even as a child, Aidan regularly proved himself to be as intelligent as the Count, and the discovery that the boy was force sensitive (something only known to the Count and to Aidan's mother) all but ensured that he would be chosen as heir. In addition, the Count, secretly the Sith Lord Darth Tyranus, took Aidan under his wing as a student of the dark side of the Force, training him in secret as an apprentice. Under Tyranus, Aidan, enhanced by the natural abilities given by his Zeltron blood, become an expert at lightsaber combat, and the use of the Force to twist the minds of those around him. While Aidan had knowledge of Dooku's other apprentices, he believed himself to be his master's favorite, and strove to make the Sith Lord proud.

When the Clone Wars broke out, Aidan, too young to fight alongside Dooku on the front lines, instead stayed on Serenno to drum up support for the war effort and to ensure that the planet's nobility remained loyal to the Confederacy of Independent Systems and to their Count. During this time, his training would stop for long periods, as the Count was away fighting; when he would return to Serenno, however, it resumed with great intensity. This only ended with Count Dooku's death at the hands of Anakin Skywalker on board the Invisible Hand, at which point, after spending several days in near complete rage, Aidan was crowned Count of Serenno, and decided to no longer hide his abilities. After securing his throne, the new Count Dooku embarked on an intense campaign against the Republic in the Outer Rim, aggressively going after trade and outposts on distant planets. At the head of his fleet, the Count of Serenno seeks to destroy the Empire, seeing it as proof that the Confederates were right about the Republic all along, and to take his master's position as head of the Confederacy.
