Doesn't someone else have the Malay peninsula?

You can get populations at Populstat. ^_^ Just click on the option for showing data for the whole region, and I think you'll get population decade by decade.

Singapore and Malay have been reserved I think. But use http://populstat.info/ for populations.

Singapore and Malay are homelands and Formosa is owned by Japan, like I said earlier, you want colonies your going to have to carve them out of players this time round.

I hope that my navy gets approved. I'm still lagging behind other nations, but that can be done away with over time, or I can at least be close enough that I'm not totally screwed.

Callista is an interesting nation. I want to ally them.

I need to figure out who my primary rivals are, though. Persia probably doesn't like me as much as Rome, and I probably compete with Japan heavily, and with Rome, too. Those are almost certainly friendly competitors, though, except for Japan, maybe.

Yeah, history was a problem for me, too. I asked Danceria to help, and am still waiting to see if they'll help me with my history since it's kind of sparse right now, but I think my app is well enough for approval right now.

In general I want Callista to become the Rome of the New World in sense of prestige, glory, and all that and from there develop into something of its own. It's one thing to just be copy but it's another to steal because when you steal you make something yours, and from the Latin influence that will hopefully mix with cultures that will likely migrate to Callista I can make something entirely new in this world.
