REPUBLICS OF DUST | CHAPTER I
In October of 2077, nuclear war broke out across the globe. Civilizations that had been building and building for years, destroyed in the blink of an eye in atomic fire. Some survivors blamed China for finally causing the nuclear war humanity finds itself in, with others blaming themselves for engaging in war in the first place. The United States of America was fractured, with pockets of civilization scattered over the vast regions of what used to be the greatest nation on earth. Years later, these pockets of civilization came together in various regions of the ruins of the once great nation to build a new life. What they didn't count on however, was how different humanity can really be when born on opposite sides of a border. Will you serve humanity and help it rebuild? Or will you enslave and conquer. The world is yours, but you must always remember the simplest truth known always to mankind. No matter what side you take and what battles you fight, war...war never changes.

Additional Information
Now, a little more information about these applications. If you wish to make a faction such as the Enclave or Brotherhood of Steel with super advanced equipment, you will be heavily restricted in terms of territory and manpower at the beginning. Meaning if someone created a NCR faction, they would already have you beat in terms of resources and manpower in order to give them a chance to fight. So please, if you are undertaking a super advanced faction you will need to secure proper resources and manpower from somewhere in order to really sustain yourself. Also, if you are creating a nation be aware that you are responsible for creating towns in your nation. There is no canon Hub, or New Reno anymore. That stuff is all on you to create within your own borders. So if you take a nation, you are responsible for EVERYTHING in that nation. This is to encourage freedom of choice in your society that you make, and generally allow the RP to progress as a player-driven element. The starting year for this will be 2241. F.E.V. is still canon. Meaning mutants as we know them in fallout still exist. Of course, if you wish to create new mutants for areas with little information by all means do so. Creativity is key here. And Vaults are also canon.
On another note, this RP will be over the former USA, but is also expanded into Canada and Mexico. So yea...if you want something in those states you are able to do so. Below is a list of benefits given by various states, and how controlling them could lead to some benefits for your nation. Mind you, Pre-War mostly means that some but not all is in tact, but it is good enough to be used to help mass produce.

Btw, fair warning. I know some of the stuff I may do in this RP may be a little over the top, strange, informative, or whatever. If you feel like I am going to far with my random events, or stuff my characters do. Feel free to bring it up to me. Like I know I own Mothership Zeta with a pre-war general, but I balance it out by not using it's weapons against you all or anything to allow you all to have limited interference from my superior technology. Same goes with my spiders. They may be under my control, but I don't wanna stop you guys from doing anything of your own invention. In fallout, we're used to having some major challenge every game to overcome. And although nation-nation stuff is fun and cool, sometimes you need an outside force to also add some spice into our fallout world. Hence why I designed these spiders for our RP.
Like I said. If you ever feel like I'm going to far, abusing my OP powers, or anything. Let me know. I can limit/scale back stuff if needed.
