OVERVIEW
WHAT IS THE COALITION OF SIX (C6)
The Coalition of Six also referred to as C6, is a coalition of six nations in The Western Isles who have come together to form one body where they can accomplish the goal of world peace and regional stability. The purpose of the C6 is to safeguard the freedom and security of its members through political and military means.

The Political arm of the organisation encourages consultation and cooperation on defense and security issues to build trust and, in the long run, prevent conflict.

The Military arm of the organisation is committed to the peaceful resolution of disputes. If diplomatic efforts fail, it has the military capacity needed to undertake crisis-management operations.

ORGANISATION/STRUCTURE
C6 will be governed by the C6 Assembly, which comprises of representatives from all member states. The representative will bear the title of Ambassadors. Representation is not limited to Foreign Affairs Minister, Heads of Government, Defense Ministers, High Ranked Military officials. The Headquarters of the C6 will be located in Coventry, Covonant. The Assembly will have as its head a Secretary General who is responsible for coordinating the workings of the coalition, and leading the C6 staff. The C6 will consist of six original member states and subsequent associated states allowed to join

WHY THE C6
The C6 was formed as a result of growing tensions in the region that seeks to undermine the sovereignty and security of nations in the Western Isles. The nations of the C6 will seek to cooperate together to defend themselves, and other nations while promoting peace and ensuring stability throughout the Western Isles.

The Parties to this Treaty reaffirm their faith in the purposes and principles of their desire to live in peace with all peoples and all governments. They are determined to safeguard the freedom, common heritage and civilisation of their peoples. They seek to promote stability and well-being in their positioned inter-region and the greater Western Isles.
They are resolved to unite their efforts for collective defence and for the preservation of peace and security. They therefore agree to this Coalition of Six (C6) treaty :

Article 1
The Parties undertake, to settle any international dispute in which they may be involved by peaceful means in such a manner that international peace and security and justice are not endangered, and to refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force in any manner inconsistent with the purposes of the Coalition.

Article 2
The Parties will contribute toward the further development of peaceful and friendly international relations by strengthening their free institutions, by bringing about a better understanding of the principles upon which these institutions are founded, and by promoting conditions of stability and well-being. They will seek to eliminate conflict in their international economic policies and will encourage economic collaboration between any or all of them.

Article 3
In order more effectively to achieve the objectives of this Treaty, the Parties, separately and jointly, by means of continuous and effective self-help and mutual aid, will maintain and develop their individual and collective capacity to resist armed attack.

Article 4
The Parties will consult together whenever, in the opinion of any of them, the territorial integrity, political independence or security of any of the Parties is threatened.

Article 5
The Parties agree that an armed attack against one or more of them in The Western Isles shall be considered an attack against them all and consequently they agree that, if such an armed attack occurs, each of them, will assist the Party or Parties so attacked by taking forthwith, individually and in concert with the other Parties, such action as it deems necessary, including the use of armed force, to restore and maintain the security of the member state of the Coalition of Six (C6) and by extent the Western Isles.

Any such armed attack and all measures taken as a result thereof shall immediately be reported to the C6 Assembly. Such measures shall be terminated when the C6 Assembly has taken the measures necessary to restore and maintain international peace and security .

Article 6
For the purpose of Article 5, an armed attack on one or more of the Parties is deemed to include an armed attack:

On the territory of any of the Parties in The Western Isles, on the territory of or on the Islands under the jurisdiction of any of the Parties in the Coalition of Six (C6);
on the forces, vessels, or aircraft of any of the Parties, when in or over these territories or any other area in The Western Isles in which occupation forces of any of the Parties were stationed on the date when the Treaty entered into force or any inter-region of The Western Isles.

Article 7
This Treaty does not affect, and shall not be interpreted as affecting in any way the rights and obligations of the Parties which are members of The Western Isles, or the primary responsibility of the C6 Assembly for the maintenance of international peace and security.

Article 8
The Parties hereby establish a Assembly, on which each of them shall be represented, to consider matters concerning the implementation of this Treaty. The Council shall be so organised as to be able to meet promptly at any time. The Council shall set up such subsidiary bodies as may be necessary.

Article 9
The Parties may, by unanimous agreement, invite any other Western Isle state in a position to further the principles of this Treaty and to contribute to the security of each member state to accede to this Treaty.

Article 10
This Treaty shall be ratified and its provisions carried out by the Parties in accordance with their respective constitutional processes. The Treaty shall enter into force between the States which have ratified it as soon as the ratifications of the majority of the signatories, including the ratifications of The Union of Covonant, The Empire of Keomora, The Queendom of Perawin, The People's Federation of Domanania, The Democratic Republic of Athara Magarat, The Semi-Democratic Overlordship of Noronica have been deposited and shall come into effect with respect to other States on the date of the deposit of their ratifications.

Article 11
After the Treaty has been in force for 3 months, the Parties shall, if any of them so requests, consult together for the purpose of reviewing the Treaty, having regard for the factors then affecting peace and security in the member states, including the development of universal as well as inter-regional arrangements for the maintenance of international peace and security.

Article 12
After the Treaty has been in force for 1 month, any Party may cease to be a Party 1 week after its notice of denunciation has been given to the C6 Assembly, which will inform the Governments of the other Parties of the deposit of each notice of denunciation.

The Treaty came into force on May 29, 2016 .

Prime Minister David Gorge hurries into the room escorted by four heavily armed guards.

Ambassador Keith Richards was recently appointed Covonantian Ambassador for the C6. He was giving referral from the Ministry of foreign affairs and approved by the Prime Minister. He was a tall man, dark in complexion and highly experienced in the field of foreign relations. He was a executive director in the ministry of foreign affairs where he assisted with the drafting of many foreign policy.

Mr. Richards arrived at the C6 organisation. He was amazed with the many people at the building and the heavy security presence. He was escorted to the meeting room where he was told the Prime Minister of United Great Britain was already here.

"Good day Mr. Gorge. I see you are very punctual. I assume the other member states representatives will arrive soon."

[Carpestan]

Minister of State Harriet Visigoth enters in and greets the other two gentlemen in question. "Hello, Mr. Gorge. Mr. Richards. Our country's Parliament is still pending the nomination of Omar Liu for Minister of Defense so until then, I will be speaking on behalf of our country and both the State and Defense departments."

King Marion walked the long halls of the building where the first official gathering of the C6 takes place.  He is followed by the Defense Minister Jefferson Saye  and Cabinet Secretary Henry Cayvern.  They are surrounded by 5 top RSIS agents and 2 members of the Kings Guard.  

As they make their way through the building,  they can't help but notice the heavy atmosphere and security surrounding the perimeter.  

They entered the main hall for the meeting and saw the different representatives of the C6, already conversing.   They stopped for a moment and exchanged greetings.

Alright, you can do this thought Kim to herself as she walked inside the room. The security was alright but still had a few flaws but they could sort that out later. As she walked inside she sighed in relief that she was not the last person here.
"Ello," she shouted in greeting," How are all of you? Sorry I'm late my fault."

[Covonant]

Ambassador Richards greeted the delegates and heads of government that had arrived.

"We have one more left to arrive. I beleiev its a representative from Domanania. I hope they arrive soon as we have important matters to deal with." Expressed the Ambassador.

[Grand Illon]

The Grand Monarch replied, "Indeed we do Mr. Richards."

"Such matters cannot go untouched." He said in a serious tone.

"I believe that whatever agreement we come upon is for the greater good."

[Keomora]

'The Ambassdor from Domanania will be late, for reasons unknown. But they will be here."

"Thank you for that pertinent information, now may we begin?

[Covonant]

Mr. Richards looking a bit weary and eager to begin responded.

"Yes, I believe its best we begin. On the agenda is selecting a Secretary General for the organisation and then discussing how we will go about dealing with Jahe and the Legion of Dawns."

[Grand Illon]

"It's best if we start. What should we discuss first?" Marion asked in a stern voice.

[Covonant]

"Let us start by selecting a Secretary General. I believe the best way it can be done is to nominate a member state provided that we do not nominate ourselves. I will start by nominating Keomora." Respond Mr. Richards

[United Great Britian]

"I believe we should nominate individuals not nations."

[Covonant]

The ambassador realising his mistake corrected himself.

"Apologies, I nominate the representative from Keomora as Secretary General"








OOC:Guys lets speed it up cause we need to start discussing our approach to Jahe.

"Are there any other nominations?"

[Grand Illon]

"I second Ambassador Richards nomination. I believe that the the representative from Keomora should lead the Coalition at it's dire moment." King Marion responded.

"If there aren't other nominations, we would have to decide by unanimous vote. All who are in favor of Keomora choosing the Secretary General of the Coalition, raise your right hand."

[Athara Magarat]

Athara Magarat's Special Envoy to the Coalition of Six was Chandra Poon. Escorted by two bodyguards from the Athara Magarat Gurkha Rifles, she entered the room and read out an official letter regarding her nation's application as an Associate Member of the C6.

". . . Athara Magarat, her government and people shall follow the rules and regulations of the C6. Furthermore, our nation is already a member of another organization with similar aims, the League of Non-Aligned Nations which shows our commitment to peace and regional stability and inclusive development. . ."

When she had finished the long letter, Chandra Poon eagerly waited for the response from the C6 members as she took a deep breath.

Ambassador Richards greeted the new coming ambassador to the Coalition.

"Welcome the Ambassador from Athara Magarat, we are pleased you have shown interest in joining. we have great matters at hand. We are nearing war with Jahe and should make haste to discuss our involvement in assisting our allies but at present we make a vote for Secretary General"

"I would like to announce that the Cornelis family, the previous ruling family of Jahe are in Keomora as political refugees.

[Noronica]

Gary Twyck checked his watch in a slight panic. Seeing the doors to the assembly open, he rushed in with his papers strewn under his arm and his suit in a jaunted position. Taking time to readjust his suit and neaten his papers, he walked over to the other delegates,

"Good day, my name is Gary Twyck and I am the delegate from the Overlordship of Noronica, may I please sign the treaty?"

Avinne Draugr handed him the document. "Good to have you with us."

"Many thanks", Gary took the document and clicked open his pen. Signing his name, he gave the document back and found his place among his fellow representatives, making sure to thank Avinne again for her courtesy.

Welcome to the C6 Mr. Twyck. It is great to have you join this noble association as we work together in our mutual defense and strengthening stability in the Isles.
