Executive Decree
THE GOVERNOR OF THE PROVINCE OF JINYU proclaims as follows:

A state of emergency is hereby declared in the province of Jinyu. The Provincial Assembly is prorogued with immediate effect.
The Jinyu Provincial Police shall detain any individual in insurrection against the lawful government of the Federation of Elizia as elected by the sovereign elected house of parliament.

As Vice President, I decree the following after the passing of the Wartime Anthem Act;"

THE VICE PRESIDENT proclaims as follows:

Pursuant to §1c of the Wartime Anthem Act, Advance Elizia Fair shall be performed on loudspeakers throughout the Federal Capital District of the Democratic People's Republic of Elizia.
The Federal Government instructs the Provincial Governments of Elizia to execute their executive power to implement §1c of the Wartime Anthem Act as soon as possible.
