Prometheus Holding Company would like to maintain a minority ownership stake in the company, but would be willing to cede the remainder of the company, which includes its physical and intellectual property, for the same $750,000,000 valuation offered. We would like to propose selling 90% of Prometheus Technologies and such property for a price of NS$675,000,000, with all other conditions in your original letter still applying.
