A few things, like man portable ClF3 flamethrowers, chainsaw bayonets, the shotgun equivalent to Raufoss ammo.
A lot can be produced by a sociopathic soldier who read a bit too much 40k while recovering from a head injury.

MEC Troopers would have an optional flamethrower, but we could maybe produce a lightweight variant. Not sure about chainsaw bayonets as that screams Gears of War, but the Raufoss ammo is possible.

It does, but with an elerium battery, they wouldn't be nearly as loud as a normal chainsaw, and if alien alloys are used it could probably eat through most armors.

So far I've just been assuming that I have a regular health kit, but is there anything specific I should describe the spray or the combat stim (I have played XCOM: EU)? My idea is that I describe the combat stimulant as enhancing strength, reflexes, and pain tolerance. I would also talk about the stimulant as being a cocktail of drugs that if taken too much, would cause a devastating crash for the person's bodily systems. It would be kinda like a sugar rush.
Just asking.

I'd imagine the health pack is a mix of synthetic stem cells, platelets, and painkillers. To stop bleeding, heal the wound quicker, and to dull the pain. Combat stims are probably something close along the lines of meth and epinephrine.
Also I learned the respirator provides it's bonus by jamming a metal tube into the user's neck to provide oxygen... I'm kinda glad I (unknowingly) changed it.

Although, If I remember correctly, aren't the EW combat stims only available after killing a berserker and researching it?

I know you're being sarcastic but that would actually be hilarious for character interaction considering that a bunch of us have characters who fought similar groups.
