Technically I left SACTO almost a year ago, so its really none of my official concern, but yes IMO IFC-SACTO can be progressive than Israeli-Palestine.

For the record I think there were some OOC declaration stated IFC-SACTO not to dejurely recognize one another. (After the whole fuss unleashed by Wrath and Aravea War; apparently, the only way not to rp with SACTO - and getting IFC collective bum streamrolled is by not recognizing, hence removing the neccesity to rp with, SACTO).

But to fair to Lib, his adminstration kinda unilaterally removed IFC ban when he appointed one of the dual members to become somesort of liaison in official capacity. Though the rest of the High Command felt somehow relations will be warmer if the former IFC PM is no longer in charge.

So yes, relations is definitely moving in the right direction I believed.

Previously when I was helping with the administration of both Axis and SACTO, de jure recognition , like documentation is for IC stuff, de facto is more to casual sense; if we didnt recognize them we wont waste time initiating contact in their forum. Simply engaging one another, in practical sense is part of de facto recognition.

Brief History of your nation: The Qing Dynasty, the last of the Chinese Dynasties, was overthrown in 1912 by Sun Yatsen and his Nationalist Party, who created the Republic of China. However, by 1913 regional warlords began to take power, and Sun was exiled to the south. In 1924, he created an alliance with the budding Communist Party of China. When Sun died the following year, his successor Chiang Kaishek took the reigns of the Nationalist Party and created a united military Front with the Communists to unite the nation and eliminate the warlords. Once the warlords were (nominally) overthrown, however, Chiang turned against the communists and began attacking them. An arduous civil war ensued from 1928 to 1937, when the Japanese openly attacked China. Once again, and united Front was formed, this time against the Japanese, and in 1945 the Second Sino-Japanese War (known in the rest of the world as World War 2) ended. In 1946, the civil war started up again between the Communists and the Nationalists, with the Communists gaining the upper hand by 1948.
