Princely Broadcasting Authority
Principality of Alderrden

A Nation is Born! Alderrden Declares its Independence

A principality has been born with the declaration of independence from the Kingdom of Locuterris after a public referendum, the first of its kind, resulted in a victory for independence; over sixty-seven percent of people voted in favour of separation.

The new government, which shall be a consultative absolute monarchy, as per the proposal put forth, with Reuben Adams, the young political activist who pioneered independence, selected to be our new Sovereign Prince. A princely declaration, made earlier today, announced that there shall be a new form of government, where the ministries of the cabinet shall be filled with technocrats - people who are able in the field needed. His Serene Highness The Sovereign Prince, who is the world's only Atheist monarch, shall be the head of state and nominal head of government, and shall preside over meetings of this cabinet.

The people cheered with joy as the new flag, a 'Princely Banner', was raised and the new nation was presented to the world. A series of new coats of arms and other heraldic achievements and emblems have also been released on this day.

A 'State Councillor', a political advisor to the Sovereign Prince, is expected to be appointed, although this is not compulsory. His Serene Highness is expected to appoint distinguished citizens to a variety of chivalric princely orders and to be elevated to peerages - a sign of a new, independent monarchy.

His Serene Highness is also expected to coordinate a new and effective foreign policy, which will allow for new allies to be found and new economic opportunities to be explored.

Congratulations to all Alderrdarn subjects, and happy independence day.

    Long live the Sovereign Prince!

Negotiations to begin between Eurania anBhikkustan highlighted in Chenenko's speech

Image
Chenenko speaking at the University of Komig

Negotiations between Eurania and Bhikkustan are to begin according Angela Chenenko's speech, at the University of Komig. There, she also stated that it was for 'classified reasons beyond the state' and it was purely political. Despite skepticism from some, Chenenko has remained firm, saying what she said was explicitly the exact information.

At 11:00 PM she is expected to land in Kazan, after taking a flight and greeting the army at the Komig Air Base, where the annual Komig AIr Show is held.

It is also possible (also highlighted in her speech) that Athara Magarat may attend the negotiations.

President Morris of Callumstan addresses the Consul

In what would be one of his last public speeches on his visit to Covonant, President John Morris of Callumstan after being invited to the Consul (Parliament of Covonant) addressed the members of the Consul along with Invited guest. CBC Political Commentator Mikael Stokes brings us that report.

Image
President Morris Arrival to the Consul

With his visit to the Union coming to a end in just a few more days, President John Morris of Callumstan gave an address to the Consul, which we can say was well received. Arriving at the Consul around 10 am, the President was escorted into the Great Hall of the Consul by Consul Guards. After being introduced by the Speaker of the House Honourable Lucretia Luci, the President went up to speak.

Image
Inside the Great Hall of the Consul

My friends, we live, in troubled times, with war and conflicts raging all over the Western Isles, and, it's in times like this, that we need to band together, and show unity, in the face of great challenge. That is why I am here, to unite with this great nation, in a military alliance. While many of you, may have your doubts, about the necessity of this alliance, I can assure you, that our co-operation is beneficial not just to Callumstan, not just to Covonant, but to all the countries in the Western Isles. This military alliance, is not just about building a new base in Callumstan and bringing some troops into Covonant, it is about working together to build a better, safer world. This union, will allow our two military to work closely together. We have similar aims, so why not work together to achieve our goals. With your help, we can start to build a more open Western Isles, a place where everyone is free to do what they wish, where nations cooperate to achieve what is best for the whole region, where there is no conflict, no hatred, and no wars. This alliance, is how we will build a more peaceful, and unified world, where our children can run and play all day, while we are safe, knowing that no Government will try and take their precious lives. This union, for me, is not about, my Government, or my political future, it is not about being left wing or right wing, it is not about trying to get something out of anyone else, it is about securing our future, and making the future a better place for all people, from the bottom of society to the top, rich to poor, young to old, minority to majority, this is about the people. This alliance, this union, is not just about our military, it is about trade, and cooperation. It is about two nations, working together to achieve what is best for their people, and for the people of their ally. This is about, you, those who, may be sitting among us, listening to my speech, or those at home, with their families, watching the TV. This alliance, should send out a message to everyone, across the Western Isles, that Callumstan and Covonant working together is what is best for you, and what is best for your neigbours, work colleagues, friends and family. As I conclude my speech and my time here in Covonant, and as I thank the Consul for this honourable opportunity, which I am humbled to have been given, I send out a message, a simple message, that I believe every Government, in every nation, should send out when ever they make a decision. I send out a message, that should be the most important message in politics, and should be repeated on every news paper, network or site, by every politician who will ever live. We are on your side, we will work for you! Thank you!

The President noted and throughout his speech stressed on a alliance, and what I have gathered from a credible source is that in coming days, the Prime Minister would be addressing that secret alliance which many in Covonant is calling it, but we here are sure eager to hear the full story on that. Back to you Gloria in the Studios.

Schools reopens, Ministry confirms smooth start

Image
Coventry College, prestigious secondary institution

Thanks Mikael. To other news now. All schools in Covonant reopened today with the Ministry of Education and Youth giving a thumbs up for the first day of the new school term. This is also the first term of a new revised education system. The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry Mr. Andre Reid updated the CBC with how the day went for many students and schools in the country.

I can express success and I can say that all schools based on the report that I was giving by noon today expressed that operations went smooth

Mr. Reid noted that this being the roll out of the new syllabus and revision of the education system, the Ministry is happy that there has been no reports of non cooperation.

We grappled with the thoughts that some schools might have had a challenge with the transition, I am happy to declare that there was no reports of challenges and schools not cooperating with the mandates and policies of the Ministry, and I will use this medium to express on behalf of the Ministry our confidence that throughout the rest of the term it will remain a success

Covonant to provide assistance to Moukere

The government has announced its interest in providing financial assistance and infrastructural assistance to the newly independent state of Moukere. The CBC got in touch with the government representative in Moukere Mrs.Amanda Antwert via telephone. Mrs. Antwert noted that the country is in need of assistance and is pleased Covonant answered the call to help.

Image
Road in Vertaque, Moukere that needs rehabilitation work

The first thing I noticed once I arrived in the country, was the bad state in which the roads were in, and so my assessment would look on road rehabilitation work and how best we could provide the resources to help with a road network being drafted and put in place. I also realise that the country has not yet modernised, and I guess years of fighting and not really being I would think administered well by the Bhikkustani government when they had control over the island would find them in such crippling state.

Mrs. Antwert also noted that the country's infrastructure in health, education and national security needs greater focus.

Image
School building in Taka, Moukere

Image
Local community clinic in Mogara, Moukere

I have noticed that not much hospitals are present a few clinics here and there, the schools could use a face-lift, and the local security forces are not equipped with the requisite tools to combat crime forces and instill law and order. In my assessment, I propose that we provide first world medicinal products along with medical equipment and supplies, and try in the best way possible to help train the local security forces.

Image
Members of Moukere police forces patrolling the streets of the Capital Vertaque

Mrs. Antwert however expressed that these are major task that Covonant alone can't do. She is calling on other countries in the region to make an effort to assist in the best way possible.

As much as we may like, we alone can't achieve the task of making Moukere being placed on a progressive path towards modernizing and development, other stakeholders and governments would need to come on board. Covonant can do so much and no more. Presently I am still here at the Forum in the capital and we are still negotiating. One thing that the government has expressed is their concern for safety in the country, along with the concern of the political stability. So these are being monitored and the government has expressed that if at hindsight where they see major disruptions they would reconsider the aid, and as well this I have expressed to the Foreign officer who has officiated the talks

Mrs. Antwert noted that the discussions had are progressive and she is eager to present the findings and recommendations to a joint committee in the Consul when she returns.

Well, that's all the time we have here but do remember to join our partner CBC ONE for a live and exclusive interview with the Prime Minister and the Minister of Defense on Politalk. Do remember this is the CBC

A bomb exploded on a train in Quame, Nvrads. The train explosion was miraculiously lucky, considering the train didn't derail, and only 10 were injured and are expected to live. But its political affect was larger. the Quame Police Force conducted a two day investigation, finding out the reason: Ulmurian independence. Many peoplee sued for Ulmurian Independence peacefully. Becaus of this terrorist attack, on August 30, those protest number jumped, and kept rising and is expected to keep rising from now.
King Speaks
The king spoke eight days after the attack today in Alameda, a major city north of Quame.
"Hello, my Nvradian brothers and sisters," He begun."We all know why were are here-to address the situation in Quame. As you may know, on August 29.."
He continued to speak about the attack, and that he would be building a secret police in Nvrads to avoid this.
New University Open
A new university opened in the capital of the Ulmurian region, Azenuerch.
It had been in construction since 3.9.16, and recently was finished, named Francis University, named after the King of the same name.
Rapidly, by 5:00PM, 30 Teachers were in the list of hireable.
It has been described as stunning.
It cost 6 Million To Make, and Consists of 3 Schools: Francis Elementary Academy, Francis II Middle School, Francis Junior and High School, and Francis University; Francis Academy, Middle School and Junior/High School were built 3 months earlier, in June. The Francis Schools, beside the university, all cost 2 million out of the 6 million gold coins.(Which arent made of gold). Many people enjoy the new ideas of the Middle School, where students could rate their teachers. After the teachers are sifted out, the new school is expected to open tommorow.

ImageDebate Opens on Centuries Old Policy of LGBTQ Rights Ban
Protests Move Across Multiple Major Cities as Parliament Schedules Vote
Image
Group of Protestors Begin March in Southby
AMBRIDGE, EUTRISTAN- After hundreds of years of being left almost untouched, a policy almost as sacred as the values it upholds, the LGBTQ Rights Ban has suddenly thrusted itself into the political limelight. The ban has been active since 1630, when the newly established monarchy moved to end the practices of perceived witchcraft and other heretic activities. After its implementation, the law was left relatively untouched, aside from a few fringe groups over the years moving to expand the laws reach and jurisdiction.

The only major predecessor to protests of the law in this magnitude occurred in 1963, when the political spectrum as a whole begin to try and adapt to the new challenges of the day. Known to this day as the Rainbow March of 1963, the event began on the morning of February 23, when protestors grouped en masse in Ambridge, and begin peacefully marching. The protest soon became violent as travelers began to become anxious due to the delay of the large mass of people in front of them. A total of 189 people died that day, 78 of which were not participating in the protest at all.

Many credit the significant loss of life that day to the government's attempt to ignore the subject, which made many MPs this time around quick to call for action. The daily session's normal agenda was scrapped when knowledge of the protests spread, and immediately debate on government action took place. The final verdict was a vote of the Parliament, scheduled to occur next Monday. David Thominson, Conservative Party Leader and Prime Minister, was among those in the Parliament to come to the verdict of a vote.

"No matter my opinion on the subject, I do recognize the need for speedy action to be taken on this issue." Thominson elaborated, "We cannot forget the teachings of 1963. Blood mustn't be spilled during a debate that requires the utmost civility. While I myself cannot truly orate my thoughts on the issue, I can see the dire need for people to see something done about this."

Current polling on the issue among regular voters shows over 27% are against any change to the law, 59% for small changes to the law in either way, and 14% for repeal of the law altogether. This could hold little relevancy when the Parliament goes to vote though, as no poll can be directly taken from them, along with the fact many MPs have not spoken on the issue yet. All eyes are on September 12th, and on whether or not this age old law will finally be disposed.

Details for Legalization of Prostitution Revealed
Image
Mandatory bloodtesting is one part of the government's plan for "safe sex work"

PORT GRAY, ATNA PREFECTURE, ATNAIA - In another move by the Hegemonic Quorum to modernize and set itself apart from former royal power, the government has released an outline for the legalization and regulation of prostitution nationwide.

"In the past several years, national and ducal governments have spent hundreds of millions of dollars combating vice crimes related to prostitution," said Rheya York of the Quorum. "It has become increasingly clear that this cycle of behaviour is not only untenable, but is actually detrimental to people nationwide. The system that we currently have forces escorts into situations of practical slavery under criminal organizations connected with much worse activities, encourages an illicit trade in human trafficking, costs the taxpayers millions on the front end of combating the crime and the back end of dealing with prisons, and has contributed to the spread of sexually transmitted infections and diseases. Much like with the drug trade, it is not criminalization and witch hunts that will protect people, but control and regulation."

Under the new system, sex workers will need to apply for a license from the state. Ability to get these licenses will be predicated on monthly check-ups to ensure escorts are clean of STDs and will also require a monthly due system.

"Eventually, we hope to find a good way to tax the sex trade," York said. "But until the stigma associated with it has passed, the government will earn revenue from the system through a licensing due system, which should cover the majority of upfront costs associated with the new law. The goal is to get prostitution off the street corner and into a safe atmosphere for the workers, an atmosphere not predicated o threats of violence."

Non-sex escort agencies have scrambled in the wake of the news to diversify their business models by establishing a system whereby they can help cover dues to license their employees.

"I am ecstatic about the opportunities this presents us," said Julia Mao, owner of Mao Models and Escorts. "Not only will we be able to cater more closely to the needs of our clientele, but it is a step to eliminating the stigma of sex and protecting the rights of women by regulating and preventing sexual slavery."

More conservative groups have been less excited about the prospect. The new law has been decried for being potentially costly and for decaying Atnaian morals. The government has not specifically spoken about these criticisms, but has said that they expect that the upfront costs of the system will decrease as licensing will be tied to the Atdent biometric system.

More Government Spending Implemented

Chenenko and the N.Z. have introduced mote government spending on public projects and the navy. Chenenko's own resolution was the public projects, which was to create a bridge between Mainland Eurania and the island of Kraya, currently only linked by ferry and train. The bridge would allow vehicles to be more effeciently transported to Kraya.

In compensation, Chenenko agreed to spending more on Eurania's military, in this case, the navy. The N.Z. plans to create more jobs by building more vessels and with the previously mentioned project.

Protests Over Naming of Naval Ships Erupts

Hundreds of protesters gathered outside the capitol today after information spread concerning the names of the twelve Kenai Class Patrol Vessels currently in service. The dozen ships, most of whom have never seen action, are named after the twelve Biblical disciples. Many citizens feel concerned about the breach between church and state.

"Vancouvia is a progressive, tolerant nation. We need to respect the fact that our servicemen - men and women from all religions and creeds - shouldn't be forced to serve on a ship named Judas," said one protestor.

Congress and the VNA leadership issued a joint response almost immediately.

Yes, our Kenai class vessels are named after the twelve disciples (with the absence of Judas Iscariot). We have not hidden this fact from the public; in fact, all of this has been public record since they went into service in the early 2000s. Although we understand that these names have a religious connotation and that that may not sit well with certain citizens, we wish to make it clear that they were issued with a notion of convenience, rather than offense. We are, of course, open to any suggestions for improvement."

The internet is abuzz with ideas, with several popular ones being the twelve seasons, the twelve most popular Vancouvian cities, and twelve representative animals.

Top Story: Taziri-Norseland War, where does Polar Svalbard lie?

The Taziri-Norseland War, is a week old war at this point, that started out due to cultural clashes between the two nations, this has already spawned one League Resolution and another one to discus punishing Taziristan is more than likely to crop up. The situation developed over the course of a month as the Kingdom of Upper Norseland actively hunted down and executed monotheists, many being of Taziri, muslim descent. This drove both nations to fighting, especially in the League, of which this brought about Resolution 14.

This resolution brought about a number of punishments on KUN, but the most important one was that no League member could declare war on the nation, without permission from the League. In contravention of this legislature, Taziristan took it upon themselves to declare war on the nation, without the League's permission. Thus this situation has caused quite a stir among Svalbardian governance, both Consuls released speeches about this topic.

Consul Bellum: Klark Zeltargo
Date: September 6, 2016; 15:00

"As many may know, the Taziri-Norseland war has fired up over the past few days. I have been asked where we lie as a nation, and what our best course is as a nation. I will lay out what I see from where I stand. Firstly, Taziristan went against the League and took it upon themselves to fight this war, and disturb the peace, within our sphere of influence. We cannot let that stand without punishment, but KUN, has been committing awful human rights offenses of which have been targeting a populace that makes up a majority of our nation's population.

From what we can see, Taziristan is winning the war, but it is unknown at this moment how all of this will change as the Norse overcome the shock from the surprise attack. As I have laid out to you, there is no right side we can choose, all we can do is try to establish peace as quickly as possible. We shall do that through the League, but as for now the first fleet is preparing to take action if necessary, and we are going to enact full, across the board sanctions against both countries. Thank you and have a good afternoon."

Consul Adstutia: Samantha Hartega
Date: September 7, 2016; 16:30

"Good Evening my fellow Svalbardians. I come before you at this time to discus the Taziri-Norseland War. My fellow Consul discussed this yesterday, and I would like to make clear to the citizenry that we stand as one, us and the city-states. Both nations have committed grievous insults to us Svalbardians. One attacking many of our's religions, and the other going around the League. Even though this conflict is in our backyard, we cannot support either nation, and it is obvious we must be quick to peace.

This is why our delegate to the League, Stephanie Rocknez will be working hard to bring the League together to punish these two nations, and establish a peace between them. This is a petty war, and one close enough that it cannot go unnoticed by us, thus we shall be enacting full, across the board sanctions against these two nations. No oil, no food, and definitely no weapons. Let us hope peace is restored. Have a good Evening my fellow Svalbardians."

It is quite obvious that sanctions will be enacted, but it seems strange that only the Consul Bellum mentioned a fleet preparedness level, is it possible that both Consuls do not fully agree, or was it less of an importance to the Consul Adstutia, we may come to find out in the upcoming days.

The Vienne-Bhikkustanni Conflict, An Update

In what is being called by many Svalbardian historians and military theorists the most useless war in the history of Isles Warfare, the Vienne-Bhikkustan Conflict continues. Even though neither nation can have much of an effect on the other, they continue to wage this war. If anyone hasn't heard of how it started we shall regale the tale. To be honest it is most likely the least justified war in history.

It all started due to Bhikkustan shaming the Dauphine of Vioraux, moved onto Bhikkustannis being arrested in Vioraux, moved onto bank hacking by Bhikkustan, then Vioraux rounding up Bhikkustannis and putting them in concentration camps, and it flared up when Bhikkustan delivered a surprise attack on a Domananian fleet. In between then and now Vioraux lied to the League, Domanania and Bhikkustan signed a seperate peace breaking the Vioraux-Domanania Treaty, and recently a Missile attack has been launched against Vioraux.

Neither nation has the capacity to invade the other, nor do either seem willing to approach the negotiating table and thus it might be a long time before it ends. The Consul Adstutia Samantha Hartega recently released a statement on the position of Polar Svalbard recently due to the Taziri-Norseland War.

Consul Adstutia: Samantha Hartega
Date: September 9, 2016; 17:00

"Good Evening my fellow Svalbardians. I come before you at this time to discus the ongoing Viouraux-Bhikkustanni Conflict. This is a conflict that may have escaped many a Svalbardian's memory, mainly as it is quite petty and not extremely threatening to stability and peace, but I must remind my fellow Svalbardian that it is in our sphere of influence and as such must be carefully watched by us.

Luckily it is not a war that is hugely damaging, mainly due to neither nation's capability to invade one another, but neither of them wish to come to the negotiating table. As such we as a nation will be stopping any weapons flow to either nation, and fuel flow, by Svalbardian companies to either nation. Plus we will be looking for our allies to help further this goal and issue sanctions of their own on each nation. It is our hope that this will force these nation's to come to the negotiating table, if not more sanctions may be necessary. Have a good night Polar Svalbard."

The Consul Bellum Speaks out against Vioraux enslaving Bhikkustannis

In recent news, in more of Vienne hatred of Bhikkustannis, the nation have begun selling off Bhikkustanni's property, and basically enslaving them. The government of Vioraux says that there is no price tag on them but that it is only so that they work for rich Viennes who will indoctrinate the culture into them. This is Slavery. Even if you don't sell them, it is slavery, and the Consul Bellum recognizes that and has spoken out against that.

Yesterday the Consul Bellum, Klark Zeltargo, issued a damning statement against Vioraux and that once the Taziri-Norseland war is off the League floor, Polar Svalbard's delegate to the League, Stephanie Rocknez, will start a conversation on the League floor about more of Vioraux's civil right's abuses, now that they are selling Bhikkustanni's into slavery. In a deliberate blow to what he sees as an overly fake culture, he has called upon all Svalbardian companies to stop selling any products used in Vienne beauty products or fashion to Vioraux, and for a more important sanction has called for companies to not sell to Vioraux things used in construction, weapons making, nor pharmaceuticals. Thus hurting different Vienne industries, and he has stated he will be going to Svalbardian allies to also issue Sanctions of their own.

Domestic News

Top Story: Third Fleet locking down the Wake Isles

The Third Fleet, on order from the Consul Bellum, has been patrolling the Seas around the Wake Islands in the hunt for illegal activity there. Due to recent wars in that area, illegal activities such as piracy and smuggling has become ripe in the area. With major shipping routes going through there this has hurt many nation's economies in the area and as such has made it of import that the area be patrolled.

Already this has seen a good effect on shipping in the area as it seems with good faith more ships are willing to go through there. Along with that the third fleet has already reported stopping, searching, and destroying or commandeering eleven pirate and smuggler ships since two days ago. On these ships there has already been found numerous items which are in contravention of sanctions around the area, as people try to make money off of them. Especially towards Jahe Davmwoem.

It is unknown how this will affect relations with nations in the area but it is certain that most will be pleased.

Alta Gaming Charity Event Raises 1 million dollars for Cancer related Research

In happier news than usual, last weeks, week long gaming fundraising event, "Rain Down on Cancer" raised 1 million dollars for the fight against cancer. This was situated in the Alta Expo Center and had people from around Polar Svalbard in tournaments in many games, across many platforms competing against each other. Tickets, Donations, and Raffles racked up large amounts of money for charity, even going so far as to having the Consul Bellum stop in to give a large donation and play in an FPS competition. While not placing very high the Consul had many people excited and donations were largest on the day he was there.

It is hopeful that this money will go far and help treatments for people with Cancer, and maybe even help further a cure.

The Sleeping God Stirs

Recently, Mt. Skaijep, home of the God of War (Kariaicšol) in Skaityso-Skanekä mythology, has shown signs of renewed volcanic activity. Geologists believe that Mt. Skaijep could erupt at any time, covering south-eastern Kalna in ash and magma. The entirety of southern Kalna is being evacuated, but some groups of mountain peoples have been known to preform child sacrifice by throwing children into the coming wave of magma in an attempt to appease Kariaicšol and stop the eruption. For this reason Skaijekä soldiers are being deployed to oversee the evacuation and ensure this does not occur. The resulting Ash will also block travel to and from Skaitsya.

The Cakdavsco has announced that it is a matter of when, not if Mt. Skaijep erupts.

President Morris departs Covonant for Callumstan

Image
Plane transporting President Morris leaves Coventry, Covonant

In what is described as the longest state visit in the Union's history, came to an end yesterday at noon. President John Morris of Callumstan, after spending weeks in Covonant left the Coventry International Gateway Airport yesterday en-route to Crannock, Callumstan. The President boarded the aircraft around 12 pm. On Friday, the State Banquet was held in honour of Mr. Morris and was attended by foreign ambassadors, government officials, celebrities and other important officials in Covonant. At the banquet the Prime Minister Imperatus Marl in making a toast to President Morris expressed joy at the visit and noted his confidence in the relation between both countries going forward.

After weeks of discussions, ceremonies, talks and agreements, and countries establishing long lasting ties, we tonight reflect on the past weeks, and to end the visit of President Morris of Callumstan. This visit may be coming to an end, but the workings discussed and agreed upon will have just began. I am pleased with how the visit have been dealt with and the events that took place, I am pleased that Covonant has an ally that she can rely on and pleased that Callumstan has an ally that they too can rely on. I am happy to have forged personal friendship with President Morris, and confident in the future of both nations even when my time is nearing its end as Prime Minister.

Prime Minister Marl also noted his confidence on matters agreed on by both him and President Morris will be also accepted by Covonantians as well.

I expect harsh days ahead with conflicting views on what we have agreed on, but I am confident that it will be agreed upon due to the nature of our region. We have showed President Morris every bit of Covonantian hospitality that we could serve up. Our customs, our traditions, our ceremonies, and might I add the President performed his role well in them. As we celebrate the visit, let us look forward to the future together hand in hand, shoulder to shoulder as we chart a path many nations have not charted nor have gone before.

In his final speech on his visit to Covonant, President Morris expressed appreciation for the welcome and hospitality he had received while in Covonant.

Thank you, Prime Minister Marl, and thank you all, for treating me so kindly, and so warmly, during my stay here. I had never visited Covonant before becoming President, and I have to say, this certainly will not be my last time in your country. You have shown me, such warm hospitalities and I am truely grateful, for the time I have had here.

He however took a different tone from the Prime Minister expressing hope instead of confidence.

I do not know, what the future holds, in terms of the relationship of our nation, I cannot foresee changes in the future, both in terms of international circumstances and in the leadership of both our nations. My hope, is that my visit here will have strengthened our nation's bonds, to the point that no matter who leads Covonant or Callumstan, no matter what the world stage looks like, we will remain strong allies. And as I leave Covonant today, I wish to extend, a personal thank you to all those who I have meet on this trip, all the Government workers, military personnel, staff in every sector, the Government Ministers, President Gauis, and in particular Prime Minister Marl, who has, become a friend to me, which is difficult to come by, as leader of a country, and I wish to extend to him, and others, that whatever the circumstances, you are always welcome to come and visit Callumstan.

The state visit came about as a result of both countries government approving the establishing of military alliances and joint bases.

Prime Minister Marl expresses shock at the actions taken by Taziristan towards Upper Norseland

Image
Prime Minister Imperatus Marl speaking to Lidia Granger on POLITALK

Speaking on CBC ONE night-time programme POLITALK, Prime Minster Marl who was a guest was asked by the programmes host Lidia Granger whether the Prime Minister was aware of actions north of the Union and if so what was his initial reaction.

I was briefed on the events that were taken place in Upper Norseland and to be frank, I was shocked.

The Prime Minister expressed that he would have hoped another route would have been taken by the Taziristani government who he believes as lost the confidence and trust of the Union and most states in the region.

I think that a different option could have been explored by them (Taziristani government). They could have used the League more effectively and might I add they were making progress in the League. Their action comes as not only a surprise to Covonant and other states in the region, but also as a betrayal to us for lending support when the incident of Taziristan nationals being persecuted for their religion in Upper Norseland.

When asked whether Covonant will respond or play a role in the events, the Prime Minister had this to say.

I would not want to make a rash decision on such a sensitive matter, noting that most of the information I have received is in the form of reports. The best that I think we can do is to deal with this conflict as a region instead of going it alone. I am not one who wants an open conflict at this time, nor do I think the rest of the country. But we are monitoring the situation and making assessments as we go along. Our representative in the league as given the strongest condemnation.

The Prime Minister was also asked whether sanctions will be directed towards Taziristan.

We are working out an effective way to deal with the situation diplomatically, sanctions will be explored. Presently none as been drafted by the Consul to implement.

Host Mrs. Granger went a step further in the talks to ask the Prime Minster whether Covonantians were deliberately left in the dark on the actions taken by Taziristan.

Prime Minister, one could not help but notice that major news network in the country had opted from reporting on the invasion of Upper Norseland by Taziristan, would you say this had anything to do with your administration, or were you aware of any attempts to not have the incident reported in Covonant?
-Lidia Granger

I have no authority over what is reported on in the country, nor was I aware of any attempt being made to have the incident not being reported in Covonant. I have heard reports of the incident on the radio, it is all over the internet, so Covonantians are not withheld information or prevented other access to information

The Prime Minister notes that the Covonantian representative in the league will use that medium to arrive at the best solution to the conflict.

Prime Minister breaks his silence on future alliance between Covonant and Callumstan

Image
Inside the Consul's chamber where the Prime Minister will deliver his bill

Prime Minister Marl gave an exclusive report on what was discussed between him and the Callumstani President concerning a future alliance. The Prime Minister was speaking on the CBC ONE night-time programme POLITALK.

Mr. Morris and I have both agreed to the formation of a bloc that would see a more intertwining of relations that would span not only our militaries, but our economies, or societies, and to a lesser extent our politics.

The Prime Minister noted that this bloc will ensure greater cooperation between both countries and he stated that other nations will be allowed to join subsequently after its formation.

I am a strong believer that this bloc will lead to greater ties and stronger cooperation between Covonant and Callumstan, and President Morris and I have expressed our hope of including other nations as well with the goal of developing stable nations and a more open freer and peaceful Isles.

The Prime Minister when asked further questions, declined to provide answers as he expressed the issue is in its early stages and he is yet to bring it to the Consul to have it debated and a motion taken to have it voted on.

Political commentator Mikael Stokes however believes that the Prime Minister may have a hard time convincing members of the Consul to vote for the bill.

I think this week in the Consul will be an interesting one, with reference to the Prime Minister introducing that controversial bill. Many already have expressed opposition to it. In fact there is not one opposition member that have expressed support for it, and even members of the Prime Minister's own party have expressed though in a softer tone, that they find it hard to support it. And I think for most of them the issue of free movement is what will drag this bill into the ground.

Mr. Stokes is of the view that the Prime Minister may have to use Executive Order if he wish to see the bill passed. An action Mr. Stokes believe may bear crucial consequence.

I don't see the Prime Minister having much of an option if he cant secure a 2/3 majority vote with at least a quarter of that 2/3 vote being from the opposition. I don't think he will have much success in convincing them, and I am expecting him to execute an Executive Order to have it passed, which is a sticky little privilege granted to our Prime Ministers due to its nature of causing unrest not only in the Consul but also on the streets. Many Prime Minister's have opted from using Executive Orders because of the problems it tends to create. Many see it as the PM going against the views and opinions of elected officials and the PMs not acting democratically. So I expect interesting times this week in our Consul

The Prime Minister is expected to deliver the bill to the Consul on Tuesday.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs announce State Visit of Prime Minister of Norstham to Covonant

Image

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs late yesterday afternoon have announced the approval of a state visit of the Prime Minister of The Free Land of Norstham Mr. Jeremy Abbing to Covonant this coming Monday. The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry Mrs. Likalia Cassia noted that the visit would focus on trade, diplomacy and travel arrangements.

We have been in dialogue with the foreign ministry in Norstham and they have outlined the Prime Minister's need of wanting to officially visit the Union. We have both agreed to bilateral talks that would focus on trade arrangements, establishing diplomatic ties and also discussing travel arrangements of persons from Norstham to Covonant and vice versa. These talks will be held between the Prime Minister of The Free Land of Norstham Mr. Jeremy Abbing and the Prime Minister of The Union of Covonant Mr. Imperatus Marl and relevent Ministers of key governmental Ministries.

The Chief Protocol Officer Mr. Gregory Mair have expressed his confidence that the visit will go smoothly and an itinerary has already been designed.

One may think that this visit coming right after another state visit has ended might be a challenge to host, but we have various agencies under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that work behind the scenes ensuring that state visits are conducted smoothly. I am confident that this visit will be successful and already we have an itinerary of events designed.

The Police Chief of the Coventry Metropolitan Area have expressed readiness in providing security for the Prime Minister on his visit to Covonant and has already drafted the routes that the Prime Minister's motorcade will travel on.

With the visit of any head of government or state to Covonant we want to ensure that the security detail is organised as well as outline the routes that the visiting dignitary will travel on giving us ample time to divert traffic and be adept to providing additional security along those routes.

The Prime Minister of The Free Land of Norstham Mr. Jeremy Abbing is expected to arrive in the Union around 10 am and be provided a state visit ceremony to be held at the Palatine Manor.

Its Election season again!

Image

After the impeachment of María Lunari on several counts of corruption this election cycle has seemed very different from usual. The Centre-Right National party now seem shaken and not the dominant beast that they have been a few years back. The Guild Labor Party has had a resurgence, bringing in the chance of a left leaning government for the first time in twenty years. Other contenders include the far right Basso-Estenan Alliance party, who have gained ground after the semi-recent scuffle with immigrants in CDR. One thing is for sure, this election is going to be very tight. A quick reminder of the parties:

National Party: Centre-Right, pro business. Somewhat libertarian. Pro foreign investment. Pro military intervention.

Guild Labor Party: Left wing, guild socialists. Somewhat libertarian. Anti foreign investment. Pacifist.

Basso-Estenan Alliance: Far Right, authoritarian. Against immigration.

Guard of Power: Fascists. Pro wars with communism.

Party For Liberation: Anarchists, leftist and pacifists.

Agkense University bans Prayer during hours, Students files lawsuit

Agkense University in Ballenfourse, a small town outside Maniowa, recently introduced a new Campus Guidelines handbook, detailing new rules implemented by the University.
One of which was:
Prayer will not be permitted on our premises,
Reason:
As this is a fully academic environment, we would like to keep religion from interfering with academic activity, thank you for your understanding.

This caused 21 year old Flaren Sukobden to file a lawsuit against the University, but did not make it that far.
After a short case at the Provincial Court of Hayden, Agkense's legal team cited Bill 3-A7, enacted in 1876, giving private institutions the right to limit various activity, including religious activity.
Sighne Herese, President of Agkense University had this to say:
I am glad that a fair decision was made by the courts according to our laws

Around 70 students have left the university, mostly religious students.

Prime Minister Jeremy Abbing of Norstham arrives in Covonant

Image

On Monday, the Prime Minister of The Free Land of Norstham visited the Union of Covonant for his official state visit in the country. Arriving at the Coventry International Gateway Airport (CIGA), the Pm was escorted to the Palatine Manor to greet Prime Minister Marl at the state visit ceremony.

Image
Prime Minister Abbing motorcade on Union Way on route to the Palatine Manor

In his address at the state ceremony Prime Minister Marl expressed hope in opening and extending trade and diplomacy with Norstham.

Mr. Abbing and I have both expressed our hope and will of establishing ties and relations between Covonant and Norstham and I am pleased that we are moving swiftly in that direction. Covonant champions itself as being a nation that is diplomatic and this venture that we have decided to take with Norstham expresses our spirit of cooperation and diplomacy well. During these days of talks and meetings Prime Minister Abbing and I will seek to focus on how we can establish trade linkages. Covonant is a country that boasts our well regulated financial and services industry, our tourism and our abundance in natural resources. We would hope to see how best we can contribute to the Norsan economy and how they can contribute to ours. We will also hope to establish embassies in both states to make the bond even stronger. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will play a key role in these talks being a success.

Prime Minister Abbing noted that he hopes for the days of talks to be prosperous. He also expressed hope at forging ties with Covonant to last for years.

I hope that these talks lead to a prosperous and friendly relationship that our two great countries can enjoy for many years, and extend the hand of friendship to the people of Covonant. We will seek to further trade links, to the benefit of both our economies and to strengthen our diplomatic ties. I am delighted to be joined on this trip with me from several top foreign office staff, including the foreign secretary. I hope these talks progress well, and that this is the start of a prosperous relationship between us.

Prime Minister Marl introduces Bill to Consul, Opposition Members stages Walk-Out

Image

Prime Minister Imperatus Marl introduce to the Consul on Tuesday his hope of the passing of a legislative bill to see the Union in creating what he termed the Cooperative Union. The Prime Minister expressed that this Union will be as its name suggest a uniting of nations cooperating for the greater good of mankind.

Madame Speaker, I propose to this Honourable house, a bill that would see Covonant playing an integral role in the realm of foreign politics with the creating of an alliance between Covonant and Callumstan, a Cooperative Union where both countries and subsequent others in the very near future will come together to go into the future as one Union, with similar ideals, goals, aspiration, and hope for peace and stability

The Prime Minister expressed a few stipulations of the proposed alliance.

During his visit to Covonant, President Morris of Callumstan and I, discussed extensively on the idea of such an alliance and have both agreed that this allaince should see the coming together of our countries military, economies and societies.

The Prime Minister assured this would not undermine Covonant's sovereignty but to more so ensure its sustenance.

I would like to give a great assurance, that the proposed ideas will not see to Covonant losing its voice or sovereignty but to see it safeguarded. We will still maintain our position and stance in both local and foreign politics, while benefiting from an alliance that would benefit our economies, our militaries and our societies

When asked by Opposition Leader Crassus Gais, how this alliance would benefit our society, the Prime Minister responded.

Thank you, Hon leader of the Opposition, I am glad you ask. Our societies will benefit from such union as we will be able to share ideas with citizens of member states who will be granted visa free passage to Covonant, and by also establishing educational linkages. We are still in the early stages of planning, but I need this Consul to agree with Covonant's role in the alliance

An alliance that is still being planned on, surely Prime Minister you do not believe the members of the Consul to be that dense. I will not support a half baked idea that is fanciful and fanatic. You propose opening up our borders to flood our country with foreigners to burden our coffers, you propose to open our markets to flood foreign products and I would assume Prime Minister at no tarrifs, do you suppose Covonant could compete, you propose our military being linked. We may have agreed to a joint partnership with Callumstan Prime Minister but these propositions are bordering on one being Un-Covonantian and should be seeing as treason, for the Prime Minister to come to the Consul asking us to sign away our hard fought independence. I would rather lay down my life than to give away my freedom Honourable Prime Minister
-Opposition Leader Gais

Image
Opposition Leader Crassus Gais criticizes Prime Minster Marl's proposal

Prime Minister Marl in his attempt to address the Opposition Leader concerns was met with great uproar.

I am not sure what freedom you see from this being signed away Mr. Gais, and I ask you to be respectful to me as your Prime Minister and the office that I hold. How dare you insinuate me being Un-Covonantian, I am more Covonantian than you could ever be. And yes Covonant is in a great position to compete with foreign trade, yes our military will cooperate with our allies and members of the alliance, and yes we will allow foreign nationals the privilege of coming to Covonant but not for....

It was at this point that the entire members of the Opposition staged a walk out in protest of the Prime Minister's proposed alliance.

Image
Opposition members walking out of the Consul Chambers

Mr. Gais, Mr. Gais, I would inform you that the Consul is still in session sir, Mr. Gais
-Lucretia Luci Speaker of the House

The Prime Minister had continued his presentation without the Opposition being present.

Image
Consul Chamber after Opposition walk out

Minister of Foreign Affairs Tilonius Vesa took to the floor to speak out against the actions taken by the Opposition members.

I am appalled and shocked that those on the other side having no regard for the House, and lacking great respect for the Prime Minister and the Government would show how immature and low they could reduce themselves to

Speaker of the House Lucretia Luci expressed disappointment and noted that the Opposition Leader will be sanctioned for leading his supporters to bring disgrace to the Consul.

It is unfortunate that this incident happened today. I am very disappointed. I will ensure that this incident does not go without its sanctions to ensure the prevention of a repeat.

Voting on the Prime Minister's proposed bill will begin in a week time. Many are already calling it a loss.

Covonantians all over protest

Following the Prime Minister's announcement of a proposed alliance, many Covonantians took to the streets to protest. Across the country many were voicing opposition to the proposal.

I don't agree with some parts of the alliance, I would more appreciate it being one of those defense pacts we normally sign. I feel foreigners will come here and contribute to crime and will take our jobs. I love the Prime Minister but he should rethink this
-Amelia, Jueverna Ailis

Its just the Prime Minister showing is level of intelligence again, this man never cease to amaze me. I hope the Opposition does not give in. I would not agree to my freedom being signed over to foreigners

The Prime Minister should resign he has showed that he is not for the interest of Covonant. HE SHOULD GO

I think we are being unfair, the proposals made by the government so far have been good. We should give him a chance with this one as well

Many came out to the Consul today before the Consul session had ended to protest the Prime Minister's proposal.

Prime Minister Motorcade caught in the midst of protest

Image

On his way out of the Consul today, the Prime Minister's motorcade was caught in the middle of protestors causing force to disperse the crowd. Speaking via telephone, Head of the Praetorian Guards Malachi Rowe expressed that the scene was intense.

In all my years of being a Praetorian Guard I have never witnessed anything like this before. Our main concern at that time was to get the crowd away and go on a diverted route

Mr. Rowe noted that getting the crowd to leave was a challenge.

We needed to get the crowd at a perimeter, so obviously they broke the outlined perimeter that they are suppose to stay at when on the Consul and also when protesting. I had to see that we had additional forces to get them back because my fear was the Prime Minister's car being damaged or an escalation that would have led to a different outcome

He also noted challenges in getting a route change.

Prime Minister motorcade on diverted route

Before the Prime Minister leaves Consul we always ensure his route is prepare. He takes one route to and from the Consul so there wasn't an additional route drafted so we had to immediately draft a diverted route to take him back to the Palatine Manor. We had to ensure that it was a route that had no protest so we had high number of security personnel available

Do remember this the CBC.

SOAR Commits "Unprecedented" Attack in Atnaian Waters
Image
Ghost-in-Sea Algae was used in an unprecedented
attack by SOAR in Atnaian waters, confirm sources

HART ISLAND, ESCOTT PREFECTURE, ATNAIA - Sources in LISA have confirmed that SOAR has perpetrated an unprecedented act of "absolute terror", utilizing a formerly unknown biological agent in an attack on the Atnaian cargo vessel Adirondack. According to these same sources, a modified strain Ghost-in-Sea algae was used as an "improvised bioweapon" in this attack. Twelve of the ship's crew are confirmed dead, with one survivor.

"This is an escalation of the worst sort," said LISA director Joe Blythe. "We never would have guessed this would have been possible."

LISA claims that the algae strain is being tested, but at this time the biological agent in question does not seem to be directly communicable.

"SOAR is not trying to start a pandemic, they are trying to start a panic," said Blythe. "It is the job of every individual in Atnaia not to allow them to do so."

In the wake of the attack, increased security protocols have been pushed through in Atnaian ports, transportation hubs and major public centers nationwide. Stone Wall security agents will have a visible and numerous presence in many of these areas, and Atdent verification has been confirmed for broader use across public services to ensure security compliance. In addition, widespread detention of individuals with confirmed links to SOAR has been authorized by the Quorum.

"These increased security precautions will ensure public safety until the nature and breadth of this threat has been confirmed," said Blythe.

Security analysts say that the international community should not take this attack lightly, and that SOAR ahs already displayed their willingness to perpetrate international acts of terror, as evidenced in Athara Magarat.

"The international community should be vigilant unless this organization perform similar or greater acts in their own nations," said a Stone Wall shareholder and contractor, who for security reasons could only be identified as F. "If I were to make an educated guess, I'd say that this first attack was a weapons test. SOAR has yet to claim direct responsibility, and their involvement was confirmed through witness testimony. I'd guess the small-scale nature of the attack proves they were just getting their feet wet."

The government urges citizens not to panic, and to continue to make use of pre-existing reporting methods and citizen involvement organizations to ensure the continued security and welfare of the nation.

Eutriston to become LGB Supportive as LGBTQ Ban is Revised
Liberals Compromise on 'Half Way' Bill to Attract Conservative Defectors
Image
One of the Celebrations Across the Nation in Ambridge
AMBRIDGE, EUTRISTON- Shock spread across the nation Thursday as Parliament voted to legalize LGB rights, after many believed the conservative majority would guarantee no reform. Delayed to Thursday from its original scheduling on Monday because of the discovery of mold in the chamber, the vote had been one of the most highly anticipated events since the Declaration of War on Keomora. Many politicians avoided stating any position on the issue prior to the vote due to what Edward Brooks-(C) called "a seriously splitting issue."

The faith no reform would occur was mostly placed in the conservative majority, who many said would not give a single vote for any reform, and some even anticipated a walk-out. For days the debate had been on blanket legalization of LGBTQ Rights, which conservatives had gave no interest in. Last minute revisions were made to the bill though, which suddenly changed the legalization to be exclusive for LGB citizens, and to grant 'civil unions' rather than marriage. The changes were enough to get more moderate conservatives to defect, breaking the conservative majority, and with it the hopes of denying reform.

"I see no problem with it," Archream James commented, currently on a trip to Jahe, "Although I as a Christian may find these actions to be deplorable, many LGB citizens are not Christian at all. Therefore the reasoning to not legalize it, because it violates our beliefs, do not apply. I personally scream out against this, but I can only decide what I do to me. These people deserve to have a way to practice their beliefs, we cannot censor them."

The revised law is set to be initiated starting September 26th, to the outcry of many. Not only is the legalization receiving criticism from the right, but many Transgender activists feel betrayed. Bobbie Madilyn-(L) released a statement, saying "I am ashamed that my party would turn its back upon its principles for politicking. Not only is this bill completely ineffective at its purpose, but it is an open taunt to the entire issue by conservatives."

Government approval ratings dropped significantly after the decision, with the most recent ENN/PRC Poll finding that rates have dropped nearly 40% in a single day. With approval rating peaking at 78% on Tuesday, it has now dropped to 41%. Negatives have gone up from 15% to 33%, with 89% of voters in that category admitting to being Christian or believing in God. Undecideds have recieved the largest bump, going from 4% to 32%. Amidst the celebrations protests against the bill have occurred, and it is unclear as to how the approval rates can be recovered.

Imperial Reform enacted, the renaissance of a glorious nation!

September 16, 2016
INO (Imperialonian News Organisation)
Frosto, Great-Imperialonia

The rebirth of the Empire and peace with New Aapelistan

The past year has been hard for Great-Imperialonia. The land faced a lot of revolutions starting in the spring, including some coups d'etat which transformed the complete image of the nation. Down here is a chronological summary of what happened this summer:

May - The Community of Akran illegalises homosexuality, launching a huge debate if they have the power to do so or do not. The action is condemned by Consul Melas I but the Supreme Court judges this constitutional. The Consuls do not recognise this move of the High Court and Consul Melas tries to overrule the decision. The Senate is afraid he is lurking for more power and decides to remove the Consul from office. Consul Wessel thereby dissolves the Senate. The Senate and the High Court do not want to recognise this dissolution and proclaim the Transitional Republic of Imperialonia. Former Consuls Melas and Wessel flee to the Sadievi islands. Meanwhile the Southern Community of Akran proclaims their independence as the Islamic Republic of Akran.

June - Most people in Great-Imperialonia do not approve all the moves of the Senate and High Court and accuse them of plotting against the state and trying to undermine the democracy. Many Communiy Councils, and even the departments of New-Cristo and Nordonia pledge loyality to the Consuls. The Republic is weakened enourmously by this actions. Consul Melas gathers a huge army loyal to the monarchy. A civil war is inevitable and the 'Loyal Army' attacks the mainland of Great-Imperialonia and invades the capital city Frosto in two weeks. The Republican government flees to Imperialo.

July - The Loyal Army keeps conquering land of the Republic. The Republicans lose a lot of land, also the important harbour cities Icle and Harbourville. The AirForce is taken by the Loyalists and they threathen with bombing Imperialo. Although the Republic keeps fighting the Loyalists only bomb the northern parts of the city. In the end of the month the pressure is too heavy and the Republic signs terms of unconditional surrender. Consul Melas I gains absolute power and proclaims the Monarchy of Great-Imperialonia.

August - The Monarchy of Great-Imperialonia is basically a absolute monarchy since the Senate has nothing to say anymore and is just there for show. Consul Melas writes the Imperial Act of Reform, which discusses an Imperialonian Empire. Consul Melas asks the people to judge over the Act in a referendum. 74% of the people vote in favour. Consul Melas thus proclaims the Empire of Great-Imperialonia. Elections for every position are in a few weeks time. There is some drawback about this, since some say the people didn't have the right to think utterly well.

September - All the elections were done the 9th of September former Consul Melas was crowned Emperor Melas I September 10. The 14th of September did Emperor Melas I present the Imperial Act officialy to the new government which accepted it and approved the new constitution today.

After the acceptance of the Imperial Act by the new government of Great-Imperialonia the Emperor, former Consul Melas I, gained much more power and acts as a semi-constitutional monarch. His party (Not officialy his party, but the party he indirectly supports) the SLP (Social-Loyalist Party) gained most seats in the parliament and formed a coalition with the Liberal Socialistic Fraction, thus also supplying the Prime-Minister, the head of the government.

There were many elections these weeks. A total summary of all political funtions is here although the most important election was probably the election of the House of Nobles. The election of the so called House of Nobles (Lower House) was won by the Social-Loyalist Party, followed by the Liberal Socialistic Fraction and the Christian Order. The Communist Worker Party, which participated for the first time as a legitimate party won 6 seats and the Islamic Party managed to win 1 seat, they only participated in 3 districts.

Legenda

Social-Loyalist Party: 37 seats
Liberal Socialistic Fraction: 21 seats
Christian Order: 14 seats
Liberal-Democrats: 12 seats
Communist Worker Party: 6 seats
Conservative Union: 6 seats
Lotus of Freedom and Democracy: 3 seats
Islamic Party: 1 seat

Jonathan Montgomery, the new Prime-Minister of Great-Imperialonia immediatly started with contacting the United Socialist Republic of New Aapelistan. President Aleksei Ivanovitsh Nijakov of the USRNA and and Prime-Minister Jonathan Montgomery negotiated for a long time, but eventually announcing a breakthrough. Jonathan Montgomery announced in a press conference that the USRNA and the Empire of Great-Imperialonia would sign peace.

The USRNA and Great-Imperialonia declared war on each other more than a year ago when Great-Imperialonia tried to win back the Sadievi islands. It is not clear what happens with the Sadievi islands after the peace, although it is highly unlikely that the Empire would lose islands since the new governmental system has a complete system for ruling the Imperialonian-Sadievi islands.

Jonathan Montgomery already said that New Aapelistan and Great-Imperialonia will start to cooperate more and more the comming months. Emperor Melas I didn't launch a complete statement but did not have any objections with the peace. The Emperor will probably launch his statement about the peace in the House of Nobles next week, although it is probably a simular view as his Prime-Minister, but maybe a bit more weak since he was also the great mechanism which started the war.
