Appearance: Changeable depending on the person. Generally appears as the most desireable individual of each persons species to them.

Birthplace and Nationality: Unknown. Adopted Belgium as her base of operations before the shadow council.

Limited teleportation of others in her close vicinity
shapeshifting
lifelike elusions (capable of touch, however damage inflicted is not real and does not cause pain.)

Weaknesses: Farely unresistant to getting hit, generally cautious about taking the field of combat directly

Bio: Savenna Kel-Andrues is an immensely powerful shapeshifter, teleporter, worker of elusions and seductress hailing from the gods only know where. She quickly rose to become one of the most powerful villains of her time, and the future looked bright.
Until the shadow council got set up. On the first meeting of the shadow council, she gave a long speech about not working with heroes, and left the room literally arm-in-arm with Ciaron Moore and Antonin Caliveros; a few other major villains walking out behind her. Aside from the shadow council, their little group became easily the largest and most powerful villainous enterprises going. That was until Caliveros, knowing that the council were closing in on them, framed his betrayal (and the groups deaths) and managed to get them all away to an undisclosed location.

Personality: Unknowable. Some say she acts cold and distant, some say she acts as a passionate lover...one even claimed that she was a party girl who was constantly stoned.
