Relating to gay people and black metal, I've seen some theories floating around the internet that all the crazy shit that happened in the Norwegian scene was really due to some of them being unable to cope with their homosexuality. I can't say that's certainly what caused it, but everything makes a lot of sense when viewing it that way.

Nodtviet went to jail for being an accessory to murdering a homosexual. Faust went to jail for murdering a homosexual. Euronymous and Varg are most certainly homophobic.

...which points towards that theory. Why did Faust murder a gay man? Homophobes don't usually murder gay people without their own struggles.

Varg is probably an exception to this, along with the sane people who came out of the scene (like Fenriz). Key word: "some"

Dude Varg and Euronymous were totally gay for each other. The breakup was quite messy.

Nocturno Culto came out sane. I would argue Fenriz's ego is a sign of his instability.

So apparently Chuck Billy didn't enjoy recording the new Testament album and Alex Skolnick didn't do anything on it. I'm getting a pretty bad feeling about this.

I don't care for him. I think James Murphy was Testament's best lead guitarist.

I think it's my favorite Feelson release period. Quite possibly a perfect 10/10 album already. What the fuck was I missing out on???

Yeah not the biggest fan of that one but I still like it. Hand Cannot Erase is now jumping a lot in my top albums list of 2015. Might be my favorite non-metal release, beating Chelsea Wolfe's Abyss which was fucking incredible.
