[Techislovakia]

The USIN (united science and innovation nations) is an organisation founded by Techislovakia and The Scientific League that ensures both protection and future co-operation between nations that value scientific and engineering fields above all else. Although the group is not exclusive to the North Pacific it is mostly located in the North Pacific. In regards to defense the purpose of USIN is to unite a community of small nations with homogeneous interests. Many nations that focus mainly on science, engineering and mathematics often do not have the expenditure or will to maintain large enough armies to defend themselves under dire situations and as such the USIN aims to provide equal defense to all of it's member nations and defend them in times of dire need. Member nations are expected to contribute greater than or equal to 50% of their armed forces to the USIN defense corps who mostly conduct training drills inside member nations however are likely to support any member nation who find themselves in need of defense. It must however be stressed that USIN will provide support only in defensive circumstances.

Despite the fact that USIN's explicit purpose is defense it does however maintain that international co-operation is a vital part of any alliance and as such supports any international trade agreements, scientific advancement programs and tourism programs that unify USIN member nations and provides a platform for such agreements to take place.

Operation rules:
-Every member nation has one vote which it may cast in any vote held
-Every member nation is recommended to assign > or = 20% of their armed forces to the USIN defense corps, this is not manditory however your percentage contribution may be used to somewhat gauge your loyalty (to be done through factbook dispatch)
-Both founding nations maintain veto rights of any decision made by the group however it is recommended that this not be used unless vital.
