Krugeristan gave a good question regarding operations. I have thinking about making a second operation thread but I don't think I can handle two operations at the same time.

Krugeristan...considering how often you are online of, may I appoint you as the second co-op, helping me and Kyraina composing the operation(s) along the way?

William was born in 1987 to a military family, in a small town south on Munich. William was the oldest of three children, born to John and Ada Weber. His father had been a colonel in the Heer before retiring and marring Ada Fischer. Together they had three children, William in '89, Henry in '90 and Della in '92. William spent most of his early life exploring the woods around his house with his siblings and father. It was here that he learned basic survival skills from his father, and would spend several weekends a year camping. In school William was an avid reader and pulled ahead in many of his classes including History and Geography. This lead him to splitting his time between fishing, reading, school and work. In William's 2nd year of high school his father gave William the present of a hunting rifle, which William began to use[along with a bow] in hunting after school. Finally at the age of 17 William reseviced news that he had been accepted into Führungsakademie der Bundeswehr.

William now spent the next 2 years in Führungsakademie der Bundeswehr, where he execlled in all of his classes finding a comission into a position as a corpral. After spending time receiving basic infantry training William spent several months in the Heer, impressing many of his higher ups and eventually was considered for the KSK. Finally orders came down for him to report for evualtion. He the spent several more months in conditioning wchich included a 90-hour run and a 3 month survival course which saw William travel from Norway to Australia, Israel, San Deigo, and Belize, where he showed his knowledge of survival skills and learned important Counter-Terrorism skills. His ability to learn quickly and his previous knowledge of Marksmanship and survival skills allowed his to recive advanced Marksman and ISTAR skills in the KSK. After reciving training he was then deployed to a 5th Platoon withing TF K-Bar.

He would spend over a year in TF K-Bar, particpation in several battles. After Serving with TF K-Bar he would go on to Particpate in operation Anaconda. And although the period of rest started for KSK operatives after Operation Anaconda, William continued to sever with fellow coalition members, even helping to resuce several VIPs being held by Taliban members in 2006. During a later mission William saved several of his fellow soldiers during at intense urban fire fight. He did so by running into a house through enemy gun fire. He pulled out two of them men, dragging them unarmed across 15 meters of open space, taking two bullets to the leg before rushing back into the house to pull out the other two men, all of which survivied. His record in the field earned him a rep as a hard working and skilled soldier who pulled through against horrible odds. His actions were finally rewarded as he was sent back to Germany and promoted to 2nd Lieutenant(From OR-8). He then spent several months in officer school before being returned to the front lines. As a 2nd Lieutenant he would go on to several in several smaller skirmishes before finally being moved into Northern Afganistan in 2009. There he served leading a 5th Platoon of KSK members in operation Oqab. Later he would also find action on Operations Gala-e Gorg, and Taohid I-III. After being wounded in operation Taohid William returned home for a period of rest.

After recovering from his wounds he was sent to spend several months assisting with training KSK Cadets in ISTAR and Marksmanship. After a year of training he was then selected to praticipate in the IDZ program where he recived training in some of the most modern weapons of the KSK and German military, with his KSK skills polished and new ones accuired he returned to the middle east with the KSK in 2015. He only spent a year there before he recived word that it had been requested for him to join a new Organization known as the Peacekeepers. It was not uncommon for KSK operatives to be selected for Counter-Terror groups, yet he was skeptical at first, wishing to continue severing with his KSK brothers and sisters in arms. But finally after he learned of a fellow German in the Organization and after convincing by his fellow KSK he decided to join the Peace Keepers.

How about a hostage crisis/terror in France while Group A (composed of those fit for EE) is enroute to LZ and Group B (composed of those not able to go to EE) get emergency deployment while getting ready to take off. The plane/helo ride for Group B can consist of planning and briefing.

We can run this op as one team. We will just wear balaclavas or facemask. Remember in Rainbow Six, they did have translators for the team's in the field. They also wore uniforms that didn't give away personal or. National identity. So for this one we should be fine.

After this mission we can do another HRT, while one team goes into hunter-killer.
