Due to the latest political escalation in the north between the Union of Sovereign States and Den, that could lead to an extremely bloody conflict none of the sides is willing, both parties decided to begin secret talks near the Novokrainian and USS capital of Lvikyiv. The talks are hosted in the Hetman's Palace on the outskirts of Lvikyiv. These talks are yet unknown to the outside world.
