The Cabinet of Foreign Relations of Ghovatstan has finally initiated its diplomatic mission to improve relationships with foreign and faraway nations. We also look forward for non-aggression pact, student exchanges, cultural exchanges and free trades. We don't seek military partnerships, we are a nation devoted to neutrality and peace.
According to our State Idea, one that can't rely on help from others, is bound to be lost. We already have established embassies in several nations, but now it's our turn. We will receive ambassadors from many nation. That said, here are the locations available for the embassies:
TSAKAVALI
Tsakavali is the capital city and largest city in all of Ghovatstan, and it's also capital of its own canton, called Tsakavali, Capital of Ghovatstan. Its district comprises of nine boroughs, each with its own major and all self-governing, with the exception of the Tsakavali borough, which is ruled by the President of the Republic himself. It was founded in 1950 after the former capital, Saga Serena, was destroyed in the cold war. It is a very rich city with lots of different hotspots, cultural centers and museums of every kind, from the Museum of War, the Museum of Caprine Farming, to the Museum of Fake News. Embassies will be built mainly in the boroughs of Tsanshinka and Osama Kana. There are 40 slots available in Tsanshinka and 20 in Osama Kana.

Retorika is the third largest city and a major hub for transportation and copper mining. The city sits at the foot of the Gras mountains and it traversed by the Yy river. This is one of the most modern-looking and fastest growing cities. All Embassies in the city reside in the Matsamuto Hotel.
Matsamuto Hotel used to be the residence of the Governor of Buleka Canton, and hosted the chamber of ministries for both the province and the canton. 45 slots are available in the hotel.
