This RP, although based on Dragon Ball, will take place in an alternate universe. The story will be mostly player driven, as I will mainly be RPing support characters. The basic structure of this story will focus on planet Earth. Planet Saiyan (No cannon characters exist in this continuity, so no King Vegeta) was destroyed 10 years prior to the start of this story. Only a handful of Saiyans survived, fleeing to distant corners of the universe right before the Planet Saiyan's demise. This story will focus on Earth, the home of several Saiyans and their allies. All of the remaining Saiyans will eventually be introduced by a variety of different rpers. Everyone who apps will have a chance to play a pivotal role in the story, not just as Saiyans either. Anyone who doesn't want to be a main character, can rp a supporting character or villain. Because villains have the greatest influence on the direction of the overall story, there will be a pre-application that will need to be TG'd to me before a regular app can be posted here. I think that is about all the exposition I've got for you.

Powers and Abilities: Like any tailed saiyan, looking at a full moon (or equivalent) will cause him to transform into an Oozaru, he has no control over this form though. He is also capable of flight and basic Ki manipulation.

Attacks (optional): Hellfire Storm - Hikari fires a barrage of flame-like ki projectiles which cause an intense burning sensation when they come into contact with it's target.
Kamehameha - Hikari chants the name of the technique while cupping his hands, he then thrusts his arm forwards and fires a blue beam.
Spear of Light - Hikari creates a spear out of light.

Weaknesses: Grabbing and pulling his tail causes him immense pain and weakens him.

Bio:

Many years ago, on a distant planet, there was a monastery where Majin's lived and trained in martial arts. Botarah was a child, only 9 years old at the time. He was in training with the monks of the monastery, and began his martial arts training at a young age. Botarah lived with his father, Boshtar, who was a monk in the monastery. One day, Boshtar took Botarah to a high mountain and taught him how to fly and sense energy, when they had returned, however, they found that the monastery had been attacked by pirates and burned down. Boshtar hurried into the ruins of the monastery and found many dead Majin monks, and pirates whom had begun looting the temple. Botarah hid under some rubble, but could see his father and the pirates. Boshtar attacked the pirates and killed one of them, but was easily overpowered by the other invaders and was killed before his son's eyes. Botarah got a quick glimpse of his father's killer: A red, purple, and white alien with horns and a tail. It was an Arcosian. Botarah waited for the invaders to leave, as he knew he stood no chance against them. After they left, he found his father's corpse and buried his body outside the temple. From that day forward he trained in isolation, mastering Ki techniques and testing his physical and mental limits. By the time he was 12, he took the space pod of the invader his father killed and went to each inhabited planet he could find, improving his abilities and finding out more about the pirates that killed his father. He had heard about an Arcosian on Earth that matched the description of the invader and set a course for earth. Now, after 4 years, he has arrived on earth, ready to fulfill his vengeance.

Backstory: Born 6 years prior to Planet Saiyans destruction, Kale was sent away on a purging mission only four days before his home planets destruction. Stuck on a foreign world with his psychotic leader Mango, the young Saiyan was stranded planetside for several months, helping his master subjugate the locals. Throughout his stay, Kale experienced vicious beating from Mango, each growing more brutal than the last, until the Saiyan began completely avoiding the unstable adult. Finally, on a fateful day, Mango pushed the child past his limits, something vicious and wild snapping within Kale. Within minutes, the younger Saiyan murdered what could've been the last adult Saiyan. Quickly turning on the planets inhabitants, Kale razed the entire world, escaping the prison of a world in a broken Saiyan pod.

Careening through space in a damaged Saiyan pod, Kale impacted a asteroid, nearly destroying his already ruined pod and sustaining severe head trauma. Landing finally on a planet called Terra in the Northern galaxy, the damaged Saiyan was taken to the nearest hospital in West City, where he recovered slowly but surely, before being brought in by the wealthiest family in the city, where he lived until now...

Divine Meteors: Volley of fire-like energy bolts.

Backstory:
The second of Lord Gelid's children and his only daughter, Glacia was often forgotten about, stuck between the bitter and sadistic Frost and the arrogant prodigy Arcitca. Due to her sibling's near constant bickering and their father's preference towards Arctica, Glacia shut herself away, preferring to train by herself. She was also, unlike her brother's, a scholar who valued intelligence, strategy, and charisma above simple violence and brute force, although Glacia herself is more than capable of holding her own in a fight.
After Gelid's death, Glacia was given control of the Northern Quadrant, considered the more backwards part of the galaxy. Not long after, however, an indirect war broke out between her two brothers. Instead of explicitly assisting the one over the other, Glacia has clandestinely supported both, maintaining a tepid balance between the two.

Backstory:
Aonori was one of the few Saiyajins that survived the destruction of Planet Saiyan. Sent to Planet Mint, a highly advanced scientific planet, she was cruelly experimented in, in a attempt to create a perfect warrior for their army. She had one of her arms replaced with a mechanic arm, her internal organs were replaced with more efficent artificial parts. One day, while they were showing her off to the military, she escaped. She broke free of her bonds, and fled, to find PTO soldiers invading the planet. She pledged allegiance to the PTO, and slowly climbed the ranks, her abnormally high powerlevel giving her advantages. Now she works for the PTO. She's done a total of 800 planets, enslaving millions, and personally executing hundreds of billions of people. Shes known as the Bringer of Death to some.
She doesn't care.

Hypernova Her strongest move. She points her finger up and charges a large energy ball, before pointing it downwards and destroying whatever in her path.

Name: Kuro Hitsuji/ Spinak (Saiyan Name)

Gender: Male

Species: Saiyan

Age: 15

Backstory: Kuro has no memory of the first five years of his life, just the hazy image of a smiling man with spiked black hair, then the image of another man; Ippanshiro Hitsuji, the man that adopted him and raised him like his own son. What Kuro was believing that he was taken off of the streets, when what really happened was that a strange pod fell from the sky into Shiro's backyard in North City. Inside was a young boy with a tail and no memory of what happened to him. Fortunately, Shiro was both a well known and clever professor that was able to cover up the crash as a meteorite, and remove the boy's tail. This way, he would be able to give the boy a normal life.

And a normal life did he live. Completely average. Nothing special. Well, for the most part. He was a pretty smart kid, but for the most part now lives a normal high school life.

Power Level: 50

Powers and Abilities: He once made a robot dog which he named Inu, and is pretty good at several instruments and chess... that's it.

Weaknesses: If he doesn't have anything going for him, it's safe to that he is weak to everything

Backstory: Up until ten years ago, Brussel thought that he was actually living a good life. He was a warrior, yes, but a proud and honorable one, not a mindless killer. He fought only when he had to, and fought to protect his planet. But even he couldn't protect his people, or his family. He had a wife and a son, but they were both taken away from him. Today, he still doesn't understand why he was spared, why he wasn't slaughtered like the rest of his people. He and two other Saiyans formed a Triumvate, and for all they know, they are the only ones left.

Power Level: 50,000 (willing to change for whenever he's introduced)

Powers and Abilities: -Expert martial artist
-Ki mastery

-Telekineses
-Instant transmission

Attacks (optional): Comet Punch: Brussel's signature attack, he flies forward, charging power into his fist to deliver one devastating punch.

Quasar Gun: Every character needs their own beam attack, and this is Brussel's. You charge it up, and fire it. Simple as that.

Outburst: As a last resort, Brussel releases all of the Ki in his body in a powerful explosion, leaving him vulnerable if his enemy is still standing.

Weaknesses: -Brussel will never back down from a challenge

Backstory: Brussel is a feared Saiyan warrior, a brute that has killed hundreds, maybe thousands, he doesn't count. He is one of the few Saiyans that were spared, being a member of the Saiyan Triumvate. Despite being a mass killer, Brussel only fights if he has too, and certainly not as belligerent as his colleges. For all that the Triumvate knows, they believe that they are the last three Saiyans alive.

Tabella can be classified as a tomboy. She despises things that she considers girly and considers very feminine females as being beneath her. She has a fiery hot temper; something that has given her a huge reputation. Her temper makes her quite aggressive and often is enough to scare her father.

Despite her tomboyish persona and temper she is capable of being a very friendly individual and can be willing to help others. She confident in her intelligence believing that she is one of the most intelligent human beings to ever live and believing that she capable of doing anything if she puts her mind to it.

Backstory:

Tabella is the daughter of multi-billionaire CEO of Microtech, Storm Brieve. A technology company that develops and manufactures advanced weapon and defense technologies and provides the military with the most advanced weaponry known to humankind.

Growing up Tabella would often assist his father in his projects. She would learn how the world operates through him and how to manipulate others. She would be homeschooled for most of her life by her father who felt that normal schools were inadequate.

Recently her and her father would start to dabble in the creation of special power suits that could potentially boost the strength, speed and durability of the user. However their progress has been slow and many of their previous experiments have been failures.

A few months prior to the start of Dragon ball Universe she would stumble upon the two star dragon ball in her basement. Going back and reading the old stories her mother would tell her when she was young; Tabelle would create the dragon radar and would then begin her adventure searching for the other dragon balls. Determined to wish for the knowledge to create a fully functional power suit that would suit her needs.

Name: David Rothstein (Original name: Salati)

Backstory: Salati was born to a low class Saiyan family, and was pretty much instantly taken out of their hands and placed in a pod, to be sent to a far away planet and wipe it out of all life. It's how Saiyans do. The space pod launched, but a series of mishaps, malfunctions and badly engineered parts put it out of trajectory, really shook it hard enough to hit on the baby's head numerous times, and sent it to a whole other target - a planet named Earth.

Salati's pod crash landed to a savannah, and was soon found by a couple of tourists from West City on a safari. Who would let some child stay alone in wilderness? The tourist couple - the Rothsteins - were married, but childless, and thus they adopted Salati, named him David and returned home. David turned out to be cheerful and innocent, but a prankster child for sure. He'd run around putting pins on cushions and pulling away bed sheets all day long. David learned to read and speak at a very young age too, and grew to be a sarcastic and impulsive little brat. After watching some television shows about superheroes and buff men fighting, he decided to try it out himself - and how surprised he was when he suddenly shot a golden laser to the sky!

David still lives with his loving family in West City, but dreams of an adventure across the planet one day...

Powers and Abilities: Saiyan Physiology, which gives him natural proficiency in ki and superhuman strength. Basic ki manipulation.

Attacks: Super Super Cardiac Arrest! - A large golden energy wave fired from just one hand. Basically, the answer to them Kamehamehas and Galick Guns. Super Super adds some super super to it.

Flying Bacon! - A disk-shaped pink cutting attack. You know what this is.

Waking Up On 6 AM On Saturday! - David's strongest attack. He surrounds himself in an aura of golden energy and slams into the opponent full force, causing a massive explosion on the spot. Can be harmful to the user just as much as to the victim.

Also, attack names can change depending on his mood.

Weaknesses: Always light hearted and not too serious, even in the brink of death - this can annoy villains or do some other bad stuff. Also, still a teenager, so don't expect any great strategies to be pulled through the fight.
