Goodbye NationStates,
After playing this game to various levels of activity since '04 / '05, I think I'm through.
I've really enjoyed my time entire time in NS, from being a small time defender as Quagmire_Rocks, my time raiding with DEN as Of Crazed, and my time in TSP as Southern Bellz.
I said my goodbyes to TSP already, and I was only back on this nation to argue against what is an unjust ban of the DEN. Since a few people have reached out to me and I didn't say goodbye here when I left TSP, I wanted to make this thread.
I am proud of my small influence on the game. I am proud of what I help build in DEN, and it was really a thrill to play the part of NS' counter culture. I think DEN lived up to its mission statement of being the greatest raider army in NS history.
I am just as proud of my time in TSP. The region did not hold my past against me and judged me on the merits of my contributions to the region. I think the coalition government is very special, and the only people it doesn't work for is people who view the delegacy as a means of power and not a bond of trust.
I loved NS because I loved building things and I think I left DEN and TSP in better states than when I left them. They were both very special to me and truly my in game home.
I've had an interesting NS career so if anyone has questions, I'll answer them or if you want to know my real opinion on NS issues or people I will answer unfiltered.
