This is an unofficial continuation of Brasil Novo's Civil and Freedom Rights Index, which is itself an unofficial continuation of Ziegenhain's Glorious Freedom Rating Survey. Both Brasil Novo and Ziegenhain are no longer users on Nationstates, so I decided to continue the thread myself. To make the job easier, I made a computer program that calculates the results for me, the Computer Aided Ranking system. Because of this, you must be exact when entering your answers in the application.
The answers must follow the following examples exactly:
The questionnaire ranks both civil rights and political rights in a single scale. So if you feel you have great civil rights but your score is lower than expected, check your political rights - they may be what's impacting your score. This also works for politically free nations with lower than expected scores. If you have any questions about your score, post in this thread about it.
Though the application is very similar to the ones in the previous two threads, there are a few differences. Also, the points system is different. So scores from the previous threads are incompatible with scores from this version of the thread, though the old scores can help predict your new score.
After a questionnaire is processed, the Computer Aided Ranking system outputs the total points your nation earned and your nation's ranking category. I will upload the source code on Github as soon as I get used to git.
