Due to the problems that other socialist nations have faced with personality cults, Omnidem Populus is led by the Supra: the Supreme Unifying Presidium of the Revolutionary Associations, a leadership council composed of the heads of each major Revolutionary Associations (the corporatist-syndicalist worker's organizations that form the base of the Omnidemite state.) This is a form of directorial government, in contrast to presidential and parliamentary system.

Generally, the Supra is always referred to as the Supra. No individual members are ever specified and the Supra is present as a singular entity, thereby concentrating national sentiment into the Supra itself rather than any one member. The Supra only meets once in a while, perhaps every two months, and its membership is secret. The Revolutionary Associations are otherwise self-directing.

No. We firmly believe that long titles are unnecessary, a waste of time, and has no function beyond stroking the leader's ego. Therefore, the title of Instigator Henrik van Tessel is merely that, Instigator. The same goes for all of his predecessors and successors.

The title "Instigator" was chosen due to the fact that it refers to "a person who brings about or initiates something" which is exactly what an Instigator does - he brings about or initiates new policies. The title dates back to the Dontarian Mercantile Order's (DMO) assumption of power back at 1704.
