I was just concerned how the militant part would work. For example, you would need to know your population to know the size of your military and the geography to know if you can attack the person.... so yeah

It surrounds the Caspian Sea and stretches out to encompass most of the Aral Sea as well. The Caucasus Mountains line the west of our country, the Volga and Ural Rivers run through a couple of provinces... and the capital is located on what in real life is the Kara Bolgaz Gol. The spelling of which I can never get right.
