Fair enough. I see my character applications still in the OP, so... presuming I stick with the same characters, I should be able to reuse them / update them.

Or maybe I'll try someone new, though I've really got no ideas in that regard.

Alright I'm back. Sorry for not also mentioning that my grandma lives in the boonies of the Allegheny Plateau so I couldn't keep a good enough signal for very long. Also, called it early when I got to my other grandma's, was pretty tired from the day's events.

Welcome back! Cer returned and told us to wrap Carnival up; our characters have exited the tent. Macy and Rmwtyliin went to help carry scavenged provisions. Kale's location is ambiguous; she's welcome to help carry, but also has the option of returning on her own.

Reading through the OOC is strongly recommended.

I'm going to have two characters parked at all times tomorrow - Sat or Sun re family being a priority. (I'm not likely to switch which. If anyone cares who's available for interaction, speak up.)

How do I go about signing up Rmwtyliin for medical stuff? Currently she knows about the ag sign up sheet, and she'd definitely volunteer for agricultural work - she has some gardening experience - as well as medical. If she wouldn't be allowed to split her time between those, could someone tell her?

For said RL reasons, it would be very convenient if the above signup(s)/convo could occur offscreen. If not, ok. Either way, thanks!

I also vote for B but I would like to finish up Varg quest official.

I totally understand if we can't do that however due to time and what not.

A suggestion that just popped into my head is a sort of Quest Board a document or page anyone can edit that lists all the different events, who's in them, how to join, what the events are, the post schedule and other important details. That might help make the divisions extra clear and keep things moving smoothly. (a quick example I whipped up.)

Minerva is taking people to the Gatehouse. It's assumed that most characters have been there before. We don't need ten million volunteers. If you CAN NOT POST, do NOT send your characters. Swith is using Minerva to establish the gatehouse/gates for us. Non-participating players, pay attention to the posts so you can recreate the environment should your characters be sent there.

GT, TNEL, Carly, please sit this one out. We need people who can and will keep up in order to establish a major game element. It's just a supply run. It's nothing major as far as a mission goes.

TEAMS:
These are going to be set up according to player posting schedules and level of play.

What this means:

Can only post once a week? You'll be on a team with people keeping that same schedule.

Want a more intense game: your team will contain players seeking the same.


TEAM SUMMONING:
Teams are paged. Characters drop IC shit and respond. No "wrap it up" stuff. Treat it like a military mission where your team is called into action. Treat it like a firehouse where your conversation is rudely interrupted by the bell.



TEAM COMPOSITION:
What players do you want to work with? Do they want to work with you? Now is the time to talk it out OOC. Team size will not be more than 4 characters.


HOW DO WE FIT NOOBS IN?
The Noob Retrieval Team will consist of one or two OP or CoOP characters. These characters will guide the new player regarding posting expectations as they fetch the character.


HOW COME THESE TWO PLAYERS ARE ALWAYS...
Shhh. It's okay. Players tend to gravitate towards players that share the same writing ability, the same writing style, or the same concepts. Pouting because you're not gaming with them won't fly with me. If you want to game with them, prove yourself worthy to be on their team. This is how we will inspire players to push beyond their current levels. There's not a single one of you that isn't capable of matching any of the "powerful storytellers" in PL. You just have to put effort in.


WHO GETS LEFT BEHIND?
Some healers must remain behind. This could be a means to park your character.

Other characters will be left behind/not assigned to teams if their players prove undependable. There is going to be literally NOTHING for you to game if you are not active.

Still others will be left behind because they do not work in this capacity.

Other then that, RPing now doesn't seem like fun but rather a chore for me. So with that, I am gone indefinitely.
