I expect that we could work you in fairly easily, given the setting. It was closed because we had a bunch of applicants at the beginning, but a lot of them have dropped, so Grestin might let you in.

If you do decide to apply, for god's sake, read the OP. One thing we require is a fleshy, detailed bio, and one thing we're not taking right now is any character with a military background. But of course Grestin will be the final judge.

Intelligent- He can lead when he needs to, but if he's leading you, you better shut the fuck up and just listen to him.

Weaknesses:
PTSD- He's seen some shit, man.. You weren't there! You don't know what it was like, man!
Heavy Drinker- Ish jush been a few drinksh man, no problemsh.
Blunt- If he doesn't like you, you won't be left wondering. He'll tell you.
Reckless- He doesn't really care anymore, so he can do some dumb stuff.

Personality: Described by most as a "massive dick", he usually scoffs them off, but never really denies it. He takes no bullshit when he's in charge and will not hesitate to rip you three new assholes if you fuck up. He also swears more than a tin can full of submariners at a truck stop.

Biography: Born in 1985 in Mobile, Alabama, Damion was raised by a family with a history of military service in the Marine Corps, his father and uncles having served in the Marines in Vietnam, and both of his grandfathers serving in the Pacific and Korea in the Corps. Damion and his twin brother enlisted in the Marines on their eighteenth birthday, and shipped out to Afghanistan as soon as they finished their tenure in the School of Infantry. He and his twin brother were assigned to separate units, but continued to communicate with each other as they were still very close with each other. However one day Damion learned his brother was killed by an IED, and the ensuing depression led to Damion being medically discharged at the rank of Corporal. Not being able to adjust to civilian life, he joined up with a PMC to stay with the rigors of combat, which he felt at home in. He has never returned home to Mobile, save for once to attend his brother's funeral, but still writes to his parents regularly. Since leaving the PMC, he made his way to Nevada once the Zone was formed, trying his hand at making quite a bit of money despite the dangers of the Zone.

We've got three main groups at the moment; Moapa, Crossroads and Overton.

Moapa group hasn't been doing much, but Overton is currently raiding a jewelry shop in a city overrun with extra-dimensional jungle.

Crossroads is a little shanty-town where that group is currently taking refuge.

It's not like NML where every region of the United States has a government, flag, national anthem and preferred breakfast cereal.
