500 ISE when submitting repeal

I keep getting a 500 Internal Server Error when trying to submit a repeal of "Condemn NAZI EUROPE".

I should mention that the repeal I'm trying to submit is nearly identical to this one, since my Getting Help request for plagiarism hasn't been answered, yet. (... Bumping that GHR, I guess.)
