Cognizant that Alliance Against Nazis was used as a staging point for anti-Nazi and anti-fascist self-defense militaries between June 2014 and January 2016, and that it was invaded by antagonist forces in March 2016;

Acknowledging that while Alliance Against Nazis has not yet had free entry barred by controlling forces, this is certainly the end goal of the invaders;

Bearing in mind past World Assembly condemnations of Nazi brutes as emphasized in resolutions passed by this institution, including SC#3, SC#37, SC#56, SC#109, SC#144, SC#159, SC#184, and SC#185;

Observing the dregs of the international community which currently inhabit the region;

Ignescent with righteous fury at the collaboration of supposedly anti-communist raiders with Nazi marauders;

Desiring that control of Alliance Against Nazis returns to its native anti-fascist populace;

Emphasizing that Alliance Against Nazis held no political stance beyond its anti-fascism, and that defenders from all political backgrounds called the region home;

Proclaims that Alliance Against Nazis is Liberated.

"Nazi barbarians", "dregs of the international community", "Nazi goons", could well be interpreted as flaming, which would make the proposal illegal.

If you don't want to give it away, then come and take it, for it would almost be a sign of weakness to be forced to resort to the SC to liberate a region that isn't even passworded yet, and a region which it should be easy to rally around, rather than coming and taking it by force.

A moderator (through a puppet) has posted in this thread and didn't reference those elements of the proposal. If a moderator feels that it's a step too far, I'll happily remove it from the proposal. As it stands, it's an in-character stance and fairly mild and without a moderator explicitly saying it needs to be taken out, I don't feel any urgency to change it.

Needless to say there will be some grossly exaggerated campaign telegram when this is submitted using the word "Nazi" in big bold letters 27 times or so, in an effort to misdirect people. I can only hope the large delegates can show some wisdom on this and stomp it into the dirt.

No, the Red Fleet was launching attacks out of it until about two days ago. This was an actual victory for Anti-Communism, not just a one-nation region.

Oh, and let's not forget that region was not always a puppet. It was an independent anti-fascist region that was not explicitly communist. It got taken by the GGR as it started to die, then as they started to fall the commies seized it an turned it into a staging area for their operations. There is no rightful owner to that region, not anymore. Now the reds are essentially asking the SC to liberate a military base seized by their enemies as part of a larger war.

Putting this line in may well have been one of the costliest fumbles I have ever seen. It pretty much guarantees that every defender in the game is going to vote against this, as not one of us ever used that as a staging point unless we were helping you. I am not sure who you are trying to bullshit here, but it can be smelled from several planets away.

I am guessing this was a last minute change as I don't see it in the draft anywhere. I must ask though, who are you trying to fool with this one? You can't even take back the region by yourselves, and by some miracle the Security Council is just going to give you back the region? Of course you are going to continue to use it as a military launch point and to say otherwise is more bullshit than most people can probably handle.
