Either it is the Prussian President who has little to no power at all, who's called "Der Präsident des Bundes der Preußischen Volksrepublik", or the chancellor, who has the most power from everyone, who's called "Der Kanzler des Bundes der Preußischen Volksrepublik"

Comrade President is the official title, however, Comrade is often used and is even used on the Comrade President's official diplomatic registration plates.
He should always be addressed as "Brother Comrade", "Father Comrade" or " Sir".
He personally accepts "Comrade" "Mr Lichtenberger" or "Sebastian" however, those should never be used in a televised conversation.

There are two "Leaders" of Roborea, one being the head of state, Colin F. Moray, and the head of government, Lucas St. Bernard. The first's official title is "Spokesman of the Citizens' Council", though it is commonly just "Spokesman", while the latter is the "Governor-General of Jefferson and the Board of Governors", while that is shortened to "Governor-General", or sometimes "Governor in Jefferson" for ceremonial purposes.
