That was the inaugural address of President Jeb Bush. He won by a single electoral vote over Hillary Clinton. He now went to Congress to present his tax plan. The three brackets are 28%, 25%, and 10%. Corporate tax rates would also fall to 20%. He had also passed a law that cut the Department of Education in half. He was now working on adding 40,000 men to the army.

President Vladimir Zhirinovsky strode proudly across the office. He was the big man in charge of the largest nation on earth. His party was successfully voted in after former president Putin had died of a heart attack in mid 2016. Putin had made Russia proud by taking Crimea and South Ossetia from Ukraine and Georgia respectively. Zhirinovsky made her prouder taking Luhansk and Donetsk Oblast from Ukraine within the first six months in office. He was now focused on uniting the Russian people under one flag. On his private agenda was Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and eastern Ukraine. The first four would be much easier due to their pro Russian attitudes. The last one, however, still held the largest amount of ethnic Russians. Zhirinovsky dreamed of rebirthing the mighty Russian empire and expanding it far beyond it had ever been. The Liberal Democratic Party of Russia was extremely nationalistic, pan Slavic, and right wing. The military was receiving large budget increases to further expand her might.

"The hell could this be about?" he wondered. He picked up the phone
"Hello, Mister Ludwig is it? What is it you want?" He listened. "ISIS is not a threat, at least not to the mighty Russian federation. We have long been the most involved in crushing this unholy scum from Syrian lands. We were the first to send actual troops. Nonetheless, I will consider stepping up our involvement. Thank you."

¨Caliph, I think that we should consider making peace with the Russians, so that we can solely focus on the American menace.¨ Said a soldier.
¨Alright, I will send an envoy to Moscow, but make sure that you call the Russians first so that we don´t automatically get shot at.¨ Asked Caliph Al Baghdadi. Another soldier walks in, the other soldier walks out.
¨Caliph, we are closing in on Baghdad, how do you propose we make the assault?¨ Asked the soldier.
¨We need to quickly secure the Capital building and execute any high government officials there.¨ Said Caliph Al Baghdadi.

Zhirinovsky looked at the ID. He didn't recognize it. It seemed to be coming from somewhere in Iraq. Nonetheless, he picked up the phone, suspiciously, and asked

"As much as the Americans have caused some turbulence in the past, I would never fight a direct war against them. As well, you are interfering with Russian interests in the region, fighting against Assad forces. Syria is a long time ally, and we will not let you take them over."

He was the first President under the new presidential democracy based off America. The German people had voted for this change and now he had to prove that it would work. The cost had been controversial with the public so now was the time to show the public that the modernization was necessary. President Kiser picked up the phone and called the White House and Kremlin on a conference call. He just hoped that congress would support his decision to enter into the fight on ISIS.

"I'm sorry but The Syrian Government has rightful claims to all of Syria, if not more. Iraq we can care less. But we will push you out of Syria. Anything less would be a breach of the long standing friendship between Syria and Russia."

"People of Belgium... I, Ludwig VII, have formally decided to invade Netherlands. It has been part of our territory since antiquity. I understand the international community may react badly, but I implore NATO to allow this. Belgium only needs this territory to bring back the glory of the United Provinces. Also, I have decided to re-new our Alliance with Russia and Ireland, and possibly expand to call peace with ISIS." Ludwig cleared his throat.
"Please, remember the glory of old Belgium. Good day!"
The press chattered, snapping photos and shouting questions. Ludwig responded to one reporter who cried angrily "Isn't this how Hitler got his start? Annexing Poland and Austria?"
"No. This is part of actions like Hitler. Anymore?"
The press was silent.
"Good day."
Ludwig walked away in silence.

Zhirinovsky was sick of hearing the terrorist leader talk "call back later." And slammed the phone down.

Zhirinovsky heard of belgiums claims to Netherlands as rightful territory and their soon coming war against the Dutch. He knew it would be his only chance while NATO and the EU were distracted.
"Commander, I want a full frontal assault against Ukraine the second Belgium enters Dutch borders. NATO and the EU will be far too distracted with handling the situation to do much about an invasion of Ukraine. One of their members going off like a loose cannon will surely anger them more than another Russian invasion. I want Russian troops marching on Kiev within two weeks, if not then less."
"Sir, are you sure they won't put more pressure and sanctions against us?"
"If they do so, we will stop our natural gas and oil exports to anyone who wishes to sanction us. They rely on us. We are the ones who hold the upper hand. We will teach them this if we have to."

A soldier walks in to report the success in Iraq
¨Caliph, our assault on Baghdad has been successful, the Iraqi government has fallen, time to turn our way towards Syria I guess.¨ Said the soldier
¨Alright, we will move some of our troops out of Iraq to launch a full blown assault on Damascus and once Damascus has fallen then we will invade Jordan. But right now I would like it if we could get the King of Belgium on the phone I have been hearing about his plans and I would like to discuss peace with him.¨ Asked the Caliph.

Russia is sending 35,000 Russian troops, including 500 spetsnaz, to Syria to combat the Isis terrorists. If ISIS continues with fighting Syria, they will be crushed by Russia and her allies. If they choose to leave Syria, they may live on in Iraq.

As the Russian troops begin laying into ISIS fighters, Zhirinovsky recalls Caliph to give him a chance.
"Russian troops have arrived and are laying into your Syrian branch as we speak. Pull out of Syria or we will force you out. Iraq can be yours, but Syria will not be allowed to fall. Choose wisely and know who you are messing with."

But maybe with Russian assistance, you could survive. In exchange, I demand you resign from NATO and the EU and join the Eurasian Union, a now military alliance currently between Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Armenia, and Iran. The EAU plans to expand into Western Europe, such as Ireland whom I'm sure would love to remove Britain from their island. As well, I demand you send your Muslim population to Russia to be...
