I thought Ulfric was a robot. XD You'd expect metal or electricity or some such. But whatevs. Ice is cool. Once made an NPC who could control ice and snow.

She was a blonde, Scandinavian assassin. It was me, making fun of Elsa. I enjoyed it very much. Especially when she created a snowman to attack the PCs and it fell apart instantly because it was just a snowman and wasn't made for physical exertion.

And then she got shot with a machine gun or something and died. That was pretty gratifying too.

As I thought this really is a parry to Heamet's barriers.
He can't fight her carelessly anymore.

But still, thank you for the many ideas you're giving me.

Speaking of barriers... If she struck a barrier, and it flexed enough to starts vibrating, she could use that to create one hell of a disabling sound blast on the opposite side. No impact wave though, she can't do that through air. Water on the other hand... Trust me... Don't fight a wave manipulator in the water. Water is a very good medium for sound and pressure/impact waves.

She would need to punch the movement barriers then since he makes them elastic to move around freely and jump around.

However, should she punch one of his bigger barriers that are only about as resistant as a tree trunk, that would break him considerably, and the person being protected inside.
The only way he'd have to avoid it would then be a Tier two barrier that would about as resistant as steel.
Does steel bend a lot without heat?

In theory if Riena can get the correct resonate frequency she could bend the steel. Everything has a frequency at which it vibrates, and if you can match it to a sound with enough strength and at the correct frequency you can cause even steel to bend and break. So yes, in theory, you don't need heat to bend steel.
