Biography: Arrietty has always been and probably always will be a performance artist. She took up the violin at a young age, and could be described as a prodigy, sometimes accompanying it with singing or just singing a cappella. She made a bit of a name for herself, under the alias of Rouge Riele, until one day, at one of her performances, something went terribly wrong. Which is to say, during a particularly tragic song, there was a Grimm attack. Dropping her violin, she jumped into the crowd, snatching up a weapon, and attacked the creature, paying no heed to the high risk of demise. She managed to destroy the creature, but several people were killed, and she sustained heavy injuries while doing so, spending several months recuperating and gaining a mass of scars. After this, she made the decision that she wanted to train her hunting skills so that nothing like that could ever happen again... and the rest, as they say, is history. Rouge Riele dropped mysteriously off the map, rumored to have died of the injuries she sustained, and Arrietty Char entered the world of hunting. She hides her alter ego from others, but still keeps her old, quite recognizable violin, Rosario, and will play and sing in her alone time.
Personality: Outgoing and friendly, Arrietty finds it easy to stay relaxed under pressure, and has no qualms about trying new things, often out of sheer curiosity, which has led to unfortunate situations in the past. She is adaptable, although despite her friendly nature she'd rather be proved right than make sure no one gets upset, preferring truth over other people's sensitivities, and often feels as if she has to justify herself to other people. She's usually highly motivated and energetic, and doesn't mind being the center of attention so she can show off her--often impractical--creativity. Her mood does change quickly, due to an underlying bitterness and envy towards others, who seem to have it easier than she does--she has to deal with complex emotions that she doesn't often show, preferring to keep them hidden under a veneer of happiness. A natural improviser rather than a careful planner, she jumps into things too quickly and has a good deal of scars--what she refers to as her 'trophy collection'--to show for it. Occasionally she finds herself in a low mood, contemplating the reasons for... well, everything... and in that mood she can lash out at people with little to no provocation.
She is the ultimate devil's advocate, thriving on the process of shredding arguments and beliefs and letting the ribbons drift in the wind for all to see. She doesn't do this because she is trying to achieve some deeper purpose or strategic goal, but for the simple reason that it's fun. She loves the process of mental sparring, but an odd juxtaposition arises here, as she is uncompromisingly honest, but will argue tirelessly for something she doesn't actually believe in, stepping into another's shoes to argue a truth from another perspective. Playing the devil's advocate helps her to not only develop a better sense of others' reasoning, but a better understanding of opposing ideas--since she is the one arguing them.

Capabilities: Looking cool and doing extra damage when doing the sword things it was made to do, due to the unique shape of the blade.
Semblance: Hell Bent--Arrietty can turn herself into humanoid-shaped fire for brief periods of time, both to avoid damage and to deal it out. Usually left with a small burn somewhere on her body after this. Does not increase risk of skin cancer.
