STEPHEN PRIME HOLDINGS CORPORATION

Stephen Prime Holdings Corporation (SPHC), is the largest publicly-listed conglomerate in the Kingdom of Jeltronia. The corporation itself is the holding company of the Stephen Group. Stephen Prime Holdings was established as a business and investment entity by King Joseph VI in 1834. Initially, it was formed for His Majesty's participation in his preferred businesses, under the guise of a private entity. In time, members of the Royal family have taken an interest in the management of the group. Eventually, the corporation went public, though the royal family retains control of 85% of the corporation's stock. To this day, the Head of the Stephen family, (which means the head of the royal family, the Jeltronian Sovereign) is as per the articles of incorporation, always the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Through successful management and wise business decisions, it has grown to become the largest and most profitable conglomerate in the Kingdom. Today, it has substantial interests in banking and finance; land; property development; retail and luxury goods. It has entered oversees markets with several international expansion projects undertaken by its many subsidiaries and affiliates.

SPHC remains a tremendous force in the Jeltronian economy, and has consistently contributed to the socio-economic development of the country.

His Imperial Highness, The Duke of Sotherland Vice Chairman His Imperial Highness, the Duke of Sotherland is the younger brother of the Emperor. His Imperial Highness first joined the Board of Directors since the formation of the SPHC. He also sits as a member of the Board of Directors of Stephen Hotels and Resorts. James Bill Mr. Bill has served with the Board of Directors since the SPHC's formation. Prior to his assumption of the No. 2 spot in the Corporation, Mr. Bill worked at JeltrOil, as Senior Vice President. Mr. Bill sits as a member of the board of several group subsidiaries and affiliates, namely: Vice Chairman of Stephen Hotels and Resorts, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Jeltronian Grand Bank and Director of Stephen Investments among other positions. Ferdinand Henrick Mr. Ferdinand Henrick is the President of Stephen Retail, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Stephen Prime Holdings Corporation. He has been heavily involved in the development and growth of Stephen Retail into the world-class brand it is today.

Sir Dave has been a Member of the Board of Directors of Stephen Prime Holdings Corporation and Chief Executve Officer of the Corporation since the formation of SPHC. Sir Dave has led the Stephen group through the 21st century. Under his helm, the group continued to adopt sound corporate governance policies, a consolidation of SPHC's primary areas of business, and a competitive expansion plan. Through his leadership, the SPHC sustained its growth and maintained corporate stability. He retired on 12 August 2023, the same day he was appointed to the High Commission for Imperial Territories.
